Person on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped me will every aspect of my compressor order. Only problem I had was the fact that ordering over the phone I could only had it delivered to my home address and not work. So used their internet site. Already had the items I required from the telephone conversation so no Biggie.

Couriers had laid the box on it's side, and although the box looked

I needed to find a replacement part for a boot strut that had corroded over the years but had no idea what I needed. I took photos and sent them over to Tom, who was able to identify the parts and provide me with links for the correct replacements. The parts were inexpensive and of high quality - I have just fitted them today. Great service throughout.

I've bought a 42" tool chest, and then a creeper and seat. All items were delivered promptly - the courier company for the tool chest rang in advance to arrange a convenient slot, which is a first for me and most welcome as it's such a large item.
Everything is packaged and protected, the quality is exceptional, and the price is so much cheaper than anywhere else.
I wish I needed more stuff for my garage!

Over a month ago I bought 2 gas struts which I needed to return to be modified. ( I paid the postage)
The struts have never been returned to me after many phone calls and emails. I paid in advance for the work to be carried out.
They lie constantly about delivery always blaming DHL for losing the parcel (3 times I believe!).
I have been told I can have a refund, but after ringing accounts a few times, there's no sign of any money back!

I ordered some struts for the tailgate of my wife's Ford Mondeo. Choosing them from the website of SGS-Engineering couldn't have been easier. Once I placed my order I soon received confirmation. The struts arrived very quickly and were packaged very well indeed. Fitting them was easy and they work perfectly. What more could you ask for? This is the second strimmer I've bought off SGS, the first one is still going strong, it's about 6 years old now, and it's had a hard life, having been loaned out to my neighbours a lot! The reason I've bought another is that I just want a new one, then the neighbours can use the old one. They are absolutely great, and I highly recommend them, very powerful, economical, easy to start, and very robust, buy one!

Took the leap to get a toolchest on wheels and get all my tools in one location. Bought the 13-drawer Mechanics Toolbox chest and roller cabinet deal for £130 - incl VAT and free delivery. Very pleasantly surprised at the ease of choice, purchase and delivery - and especially pleased to find the quality, finish and attention to practical design detail in the product. Would recommend - wish i'd bought this years ago...

When I matched the new struts to the originals on our 2007 Focus CC3 they looked slightly different with mental heads and a removable pin. As they were a tight fit I rang SGS who explained where possible they preferred to use plastic sockets compared to plastic. A quick tap with a rubber hammer replace the pins and job done - less than 5 minutes. Only time will tell but it appears I now have a better part than the original, great service, support and product.

I purchased a Grass and Brush Trimmer ordered on the Sunday night and was delivered on the Tuesday. The product is excellent i had owned a multi tool before from a well known shopping channel and it was useless. The one i have now is just brilliant.

Bought a 5 drawer roller tool cabinet on Friday was filling it with my tools on Monday afternoon. Good quality build, it was on offer so the price was great. First time I have used SGS and have no problems with them.

Received my new strimmer from SGS today,
Put the parts together not too bad of a job approx 10 min. A nice tool kit with it,
To carry out the necessary fixings.
Filled with petrol mix and gave her ×2 pulls on choke started and away I went. Very power full unit,
I need to sort out the adjustment to on the harnis then I think I will be ready for any cutting job,

For information, the specified unit weight for this product is 90 kgs but this does not include the packaging and pallet it is shipped on. The total weight was 110kgs so be prepared for this extra weight.

I am a 73 year old senior citizen and i try to keep myself mentally and physically fit so i have a large shed that i do a bit of mechanical repairs and wood turning so the compressor comes in very handy thank you very much for being so prompt.

My boot struts were easy to order, with simple instructions on how to ensure I was ordering the right item for my make of car. The struts arrived quickly and well packaged. To fit the struts there was even a step by step video tutorial which made the whole process stress free. I now have a boot that is easy to open and stays open, with easy to fit instructions all at the fraction of the price of going to a garage to get it done - and yes I am a woman, who says we can't do car DIY!

I sent my faulty boot struts to SGS at the start of the week for refurbishment. By the end of the week, I had received them back and they were like new and now work as they should. I cannot recommend them enough. It's rare these days to get this type of service and the communication from them was first class!

Hi I have just received my 72 inch toolbox and it is great and also the help I got when I rang before I ordered was great. I have been a HGV mechanic for more than 30 years and have had snap on and us pro tool boxes. This tool box from SGS is as good and well built as my snap on box at work this box is for my garage at home and is better than expected.it was also well packaged and delivery service was excellent with a phone call 1 hour before delivery.

I needed a solid trolley jack to lift my 4x4 Landover Defender 90. The SGS 2.5 ton hight lift fits the bill perfectly. It is solidly made. Smooth lifting action and return down. High lift achieved by the extension to the lifter cup. Rubber pad supplied in the lifter cup. Very quick delivery by DHL who notified me of the 2 hour delivery slot.
