Second purchase from SGS. Chainsaw arrived when stated, easy to assemble and started after third pull with a true easy start mechanism. Impressed with the additions - fuel mixing bottle, tools, file and bag, plus 2 chains. Have not tried it in action yet but all in all seems good.
Bought 2 gas struts, one failed immediately because it was incorrectly manufactured with insufficient thread on the shaft, I notified them and sent them photos, it took 2 weeks for a replacement to arrive this was completely wrong and would not fit, I notified them and sent photos again showing the errors. Since then they have ignored my emails, they promise to phone me back but don't on numerous occasions, a company to avoid
To be honest, I don't leave many reviews about retailers; I mainly review products I have purchased. However, SGS has really impressed me. I purchased a tool case, which is great, but the level of service that followed after was exemplary. Confirmation and tracking emails were received within minutes of pressing the Confirm Order button. My order was delivered the next working day, as stated. I left a quick note review on Reevoo and thought nothing more of it. I was again contacted by SGS, thanking me for the review and to ensure everything with my first order was satisfactory. I can comfortably say that my experience with SGS has been fantastic, from the initial order to the after sales follow up. Keep up the great work.

Delivered super fast and the Car Jack was better quality than expected, my father has been a motor mechanic for over 30 years and said this is a much improved version than he has seen over the years, it is lower, wider and looks much more heavy duty.
They have been very helpful even though l bought the strimmer used and l did not have a manual the email to tell me which part l needed had a link to enable me to buy very easily l am 71 years old so can't recommend them enough

After much deliberation and searching I finally decided to by a 42 " chest on offer from SGS. I am really pleased with the product which is high quality and am sure will last me a lifetime. Dealing with the company was very professional and the tool cest was delivered quickly.
My hydraulic press arrived very promptly and is of excellent quality with easy to understand instructions. A couple of queries I had regarding loosening and tightening bolts and collars were answered quickly and professionaly.

Recently ordered a 20ton hydraulic press from SGS. It was ordered mid morning on the Monday and was delivered by 10am the following day... std next day delivery had been paid for, so I was already made up! The kit itself was securely packed on a pallet, undamaged. After breaking the boxes down and laying everything out on the workshop floor, nothing was missing so construction commenced. There were a couple of minor typo errors in the instructions, but nothing untoward at all. Within 1 hour we were up and running. It took a bit to bleed the hydraulics and maybe slightly clearer instructions would assist as a number of others reported similarly but in the greater scheme of things its nothing major. Absolutely delighted with the product and the service from SGS... we will use them again for sure.
