My experience of this company is 5 star from point of order to delivery and was hassle free, I received a phone call to arrange delivery and a phone call from delivery driver to say he was on his way with eta.

Sgs engineering will not except negative reviews on products
After having a problem with my airline splitting and a tire inflator on wanting to stay on the valve seems trying to leave a product review was impossible as they wouldnt post it on the product seems they would rather no review over a negative one.
This to me means you cant trust what your buying to be good quality
Customer service want to sort the problem out with out you the customer knowing about the faulty product before they make a choice to buy

Ordered the parts in the afternoon they the arrived in good time I paid for next day delivery they arrived as expected next day properly packed exactly what I ordered fitted perfectly.

3.75 kVA Portable Petrol Generator With Wheel Kit - excellent product, best value on the market in my view and a 2 year warranty too. Fast service received it in under 24 hours. Placed the order at 3pm and it was with me at 10 am the next day. Followed the instructions and had it set up and working in under an hour.

I ordered an 8' stainless steel storage bench and 1.8m tall stainless cupboard, for delivery to my domestic garage in country. Excellent communication re delivery and very helpful delivery driver who skillfully unloaded the large pallet package to my driveway off small country lane.
Stainless steel bench is excellent quality, the cupboard came flat packed but was simple to assemble and is very designed/well made.
All round very please with products and intend to order 3 more benches and another cupboard.

Bought a vehicle jack from sgs witch was on sale very cheap all the reviews were good so orderd it in. The next day the item arrived which was amazing delivery the jack was very well packaged. I really didn't expect the quality to be as good as it was really. The build quality is excellent very strong. I only needed this to do a few jobs at home I'm a vehicle technician working in a dealer and this jack is just as good if not better then the snap on one I have at work. I have already been recommending the jack to Co workers for the price this is a real bargain

Where poor service or poor quality products are encountered, it's only right that consumers warn others of the risks. The very positive experience that I enjoyed in ordering and receiving tool chests, a trolly jack and axle stands from SGS Engineering give me confidence to continue to place further orders with this very efficient company.

Have purchased two compressors and various tools from SGS.
Compressors used for stapling, drilling, sanding and sandblasting - also blow/dusting other tools.
Quality is very very good for the price.
Advice given online on what to purchase is very sound - you need to read it and take heed.

Only one minor error made in the order of some compressor oil. Dealt with very efficiently and without any fuss.

Great item. The tool box had a few small stuffs and dings but it a tool box. I absolutely love it. Delivery was fast and customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend and will use again. I have been telling everyone!

Ordered gas struts and found them out of stock, new stock would arrive when we were on holiday but the sgs team said they would send them when we were back. I emailed them to delay until 10th and they arrived next day. Excellent service

Delivery was received the morning after I placed my order, well within the "Next Day" offered.
My 24L compressor is strongly made and the accessories seem of equally quality.
My only niggle is the manual was not clear on where the air filter was to be fitted. The SGS video for the model on YouTube gave me the answer.
I would recommend SGS for their service and product quality.

Bought replacement bootlid struts for my Nissan 350Z. They arrived overnight and including new end-fittings as standard they cost less than half what I was expecting, based on prices for the same parts from SGS 10 years ago. Couldn't be happier!

Ordered gas struts for the horsebox lockers. Arrived promptly (despite being Christmas/New Year) and worked perfectly. This is the second time I have used SGS for gas struts and have no hesitation in recommending them for the excellent service and product.

We purchased a Stephill diesel generator. £2,800.00. It has an intermittent fault and does not produce power. To get this fixed we need put put it on a pallet in the original packaging and we have to have lifting facilities to get it on the return lorry for it to go back to the manufacturer what a joke.
So if you want a good service do not buy from SGS.

No email 30 mins back on phone to be told order had not been sent waited in all day for nothing
Would not recommend unless youve got lots of time to waste
