I really like this site. I have only experienced one problem--a particular item had sold out and they held the entire order until I contacted them. I did have to contact them several times to get it straightened out but it was a small inconvenience compared to other places. Now when I order, I annotate in the "note to seller" section, if an item is no longer in stock, please refund that item and ship the remainder of the order. That has eliminated this issue for me. They provide great product descriptions on the items including if a shoe runs large, small or is true to size. They provide the shoes' platform and heel heights, which I find extremely helpful. I have not had any issues with quality or shipping (shipping usually only takes 4 days). I am a very happy and loyal customer.
If I could give no stars I would company is a joke they are what's wrong with the shore game now I from out state and I promise you anything attached with California I will longer use you guys make the whole state look like a joke and make Cali people look bad and do bad Business been over 30 days never received my shoes or my refund scam. Fake don't buy from here.
Shiekh shoes has great club/going out shoes for women. They have higher heels than I usually see (5 in.) and I like thier designs. A lot of them are on sale and they are already priced pretty low. They offer free shipping on orders over $75 so I got two pairs.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes on 11/13/2013 for under $30. Received an email 3 days later stating one of the items was on back order. Received my order on 11/21/2013.
Love the shoes and they are all true to size and great quality. The shoes do not look or feel cheap and I'll definitely shop here again!
I have loved each and every experience with Shiekh Shoes! My closet is full of every color to match my wardrobe except I can't seem to find any purple flats sandals or enclosed shoes since I cannot wear any heals anymore.

Love! Love! LOVE! I really don't know why anyone would give this company a bad review... The only thing I can think is that those people must have expected Ugg boot quality, HELLO... did you pay Ugg boot pricing? No... so considering the low pricing you pay, think the quality is fantastic! The styles are super cute & I did not find any noticeable flaws in any of the boots that I bought (I got FIVE PAIRS!) Shipping time was good considering it comes from Canada... they arrived in my doorstep in less than a week! I will DEFINATELY be ordering from this company again soon... Love! Love! LOVE!
Oh I love love love shoes! However, my shoe size is rare! Well not that rare, but I am a shorty and wear a size 5. It's hard to find cute shoes that don't have little lights in the soles or images of hello kitty and dora the explorer in my size. The deals are spectacular and the shipping is lighting speed. Love it.
I had my doubts after reading the reviews on here and took the risk as I got many many shoes for the price Id have paid for three pair here in Australia. I am pleased to say they answered all queries promptly by email and not one error with my order. Each and every shoe out of 16 fit perfect and presented perfect.
So maybe they have improved because I am sure glad I took the chance, really happy with my purchase and will shop here again. A few of my shoes had to be ordered from other area as were not in stock. From purchase to receiving was about 3/4 weeks. Not bad considering I am in Australia. I wouldnt hesitate to order again in the future.
I ordered shoes 11 days ago and my order still says processing. I've called 3 times and 2 of the 3 times I was told they would contact warehouse and call me back. And the other time I was told they would be shipping out later in the day. That was 4 days ago. Meanwhile the sneakers I purchased are still available for sale in my size. They withdrew the money from my bank account the day after the order. I am very disappointed with this entire transaction. I will never order from this company again.
8/23/2015- DJ runs this store very poorly, I was there on today to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased for my son the night before, and they didn't have the size that I needed. I then asked for a simple return, and I was told, "we have met our max for today you can come back tomorrow" I asked DJ so if I wanted to purchase, or exchange, that can happen, but no returns? He said yes, I called another store and found out that, that was not true. I went back to the store to get his name and he gave me
DJ and then told me to back up out his store... Shiekh you really should do better when hiring people to work for your company.
The one pair of sandals didn't have a hole for the buckle. I easily made a hole with a knife. The coral sandals, the gold rings came apart but were easy to put back together. Shipping was fast. Prices were great.
Hi! I'm Ted. I got my girlfriend some heels, and boy did she thank me! She went "footsie nuclear" on me! We both are into the "foot thing," and we have so much fun with her pretty, petite bare feet. First, she dipped her toes into my wine glass, and she giggled as I licked every drop off her toes. Then she massaged my face with her bare feet when we wete laying on the bed. By far the best part is when I sucked on her toes and licked the sweat off the soles of her bare feet. I ordered a pair of shoes I couldn't find in my size anywhere else, I got them internationally shipped and they showed up in 10 days. Pretty good service and the shoes are in great condition. The description was right on and I would probably buy from them again.
Ordered a pair of sneakers, in about 3 or 4 days I recieved an email saying they do not have them in stock and they were placed on back order. I waited about 3 more days and I called and was told they were being delivered to the warehouse that day and would be sent out either immediately or the next day. Later that evening I received and email saying order was canceled because that shoe is no longer in Stock in that size. Horrible customer service employees lie and after all that I asked if they could give me priority shipping for all my waiting and trouble and was told no. Extremely unorganized.
I don't really think you have to sign for the package if you have a mailbox that has a key to put in bigger packages that's why we have that so we don't have to sign when the UPS man comes most of us work all day long so they come during the day and it's not fair to us when they come that time but it's so much easier if they leave it in the mailbox that has a key and you can put the key iin the smaller mail box for letters etc. that is what other carriers do
I ordered 2 shoes received both and 1pair was worn. I had paid for the return shipment and asked for refund and to be reimbursed for shipment. Yes they did credit only for the worn shoes I received but not for shipment cost. I feel that was not good customer service or good business.

I spent $40 for some track pants and was satisfied with them besides the 50inch drawstring that I had to triple knot and tuck bc it was still to long. I decided to wash them after one wear the tag in the back say no dry cleaning so I decided to wash them in cold water as directed. When I took them out the dry they was detroyed and look like I had them over 10yrs smh dont waste your money. I also brought a Jordan printed tee shirt for $40 not paying attention to the price smh never again straight trash you hear me.
I ordered a pair of boots from ShiekShoes. I did not receive my package although UPS confirmed that it was delivered. I contacted ShiekShoes and they advised me that they would need to open a claim with UPS which would take 8 business days. 12 business days later I followed up because I hadn't heard anything. After two emails and a phone call they finally got back to me and told me they would need to reopen the claim and it would be another 8 business days. At this point I ordered the shoes about a month and a half ago and they were supposed to be delivered a month ago. I have yet to receive my shoes or get my money back and I don't expect either to happen based on my current experience with their customer service.
This is the 2nd time I ordered from them. The first time they sent me a size 6 in a size 9 box. The 2nd time they sent me a size 8.5 in a size 9.5 box and the wrong shoes. They do what they want to do. How about if you all don't have the right size don't waste your time or mine sending them. Just give me my money back. I hate this store!
I order a sneakers and the shipping address was incorrect. Called back less than an hour to rectify error. Customer Service Representative said it was corrected. Went back to track, error still exists. Called again, and requested a change. Customer Service Representative told me again that it was corrected. Went back online to track shipment. This time, shipment city has been diverted from Euless to Grandbury without my knowledge. Asked to speak with supervisor or manager, cannot get one for up to two days while shipment is still in transit so as to correct the error. Up to now shipment is still in transit to an unknown destination which they care to do nothing about. I'm about to ask for my refund ASAP! I don't think they know their what's going on in their circle.

Shoes shoes shoes! I love shoes! I love them even more when they are marked at rock bottom blow-out prices. I have 60 pairs, yes, sixty, of shoes from them! Mostly sandals and booties! I have actually boughten more than 60 as I give them as gifts at Christmas. The ladies on my list eyes pop wide, POW!, when they see what they got from me... and the best part... I only spent $6 - $11! Shhhhhhhhhhh our little secret! :)
Will not shop here anymore order the new Jordan 11s platinum tint on 10/27 and on 10/29 I was notified that my order was canceled due to a typographical error on their part and they issued me a refund. I was not able to get the shoes I really really wanted I should of just bought them on Nike.com. All customer service can tell me was we do apologize for the inconvenience after holding $233 over the weekend just to be refunded and offered a $15 coupon code like what am I suppose to do with that I wanted my Jordan's now they are sold out in my size just great thanks a lot shieks I will not buy from them again I will stick to Nike or footlocker.

I called today and the agent says that my size shoes are not available in the size I won! The. Why did you take my money? It was $259.63 for the Jordan 5s UNC. Ordered a hoodie, took 4 days to send out. Finally arrives with the security tag on it. Email for an exchange, I get a stock email response with their exchange policy which states I have to pay for the exchange. Called their customer service and they send a shipping label, tell me my exchange will be sent out as soon as they receive it, alright cool. Send it back, they receive it and I hear nothing for a week. Emailed on a Tuesday asking whats up, I get a snippy reply stating they "should be able to get to it by the end of the week. Its now over a week and still nothing, emailed and left a voicemail asking for a refund and got no response. Will be calling my bank to have the charges reversed, Im not paying scam artists for clothes I dont even have.
