I dont know why people are leaving so many negative reviews. I ve purchased 2 dresses so dar and both of them are nothing short of perfect. Most people have the problem with the size because, without going through the actual size guidelines they book it... but if the guide is folllowed, all iof you will get perfect dresses like me too... Dont fret, just go ahead and order.

Horrible horrible experience ever! Once you have the dress their customer service dept. Does not respond to your concerns. I bought a dress from them for my wedding and was very disappointed. You can tell its a knock off. The material is cheap and the differences stand out. But above all I hate how I've sent them 4 polite emails and they didn't bother replying. DONT BUY FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELVES!

I bought a evening gown with lace work at shirleys, has been the best online shopping experience till date. I was looking for a white evening gown for very long, but was not able to find one which looked great and also suits my budget. But finally my wish has been fulfilled, and I've got the dress I always wanted. The quality of the material has not been compromised because of the low price. I purcahsed a mermaid style dress for my daughter and it wa quite impressive. I ve given 4 stars because there was a bit of a delay in the delivery. I got this dress within a week after I ordered it. The material is of decent quality for the price. As this was my first order, I ordered 1 size larger with a thought that I could alter it if it is big. Just like I guessed, it was the right size for me. Satisfied with the overall experiennce right from the easy with which one can shop, collection, ordering process, online payment security and even delivery. Will order again.

I ordered a custom made dress. When it came, I was appalled! The craftsmanship was horrendous. The pattern on the fabric was not as displayed on the site. The jacket to the dress didn't fit - couldn't even get it up my arm - and let me stress that all measurements sent were accurate. Checked and double checked. They wouldn't call me back though I left messages. Through email, they originally offered me 50% money back, then 70% money back. I refused both. They finally agreed and have provided a full refund. I am still out of pocket the duties and taxes but I am running for the hills.

I'm not sure why so many people can be so negative about Shirley ' dresses! I ordered my dress and my bridal party dresses and we couldn't have been happier! The price and fit was perfect. Thanks to Shirley dresses my wedding was just like a dream come true!

Let me start by saying... I love my 3 dresses I just received from Shirley's Dress. Just like many, I was very apprehensive about ordering bridesmaides dresses online, especially after reading some of the reviews. But I couldn't beat the price, so I went for it. I am so glad I followed my gut. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous! The quality is simply amazing! I promise the quality of the dresses are the same if not better than what you would buy at higher end bridal stores. I am so thrilled with my purchase. I feel like I scored big time. I paid about $70 per dress, and they are worth about $170. They all arrived perfect, and super fast! I am so impressed with this transaction, that I just ordered my bridal gown from them. I can't wait to get it!
