I have to say shirleysdress has made big day a dream. It has so many wedding dresses what any brides want. I ordered my dress, it offered me a free veil. Great. The PRICE was so awesome. That's not the whole part, I gave them a bad measurement. Their customer service helped me out. They did reply all my email in a quick way. My dress arrived on time. Thanks, each and everyone blessings at SHirleysdress. You really and truly took away my worry for my wedding day. Awesome!
I ordered a dress on 2/12/16 was promised it would be delivered by 4/4/16. Now my wedding is in 2 weeks and they have not even shipped it. They have ruined my wedding day. They take forever to answer your questions have no contact number and send you 3 word responses! Do not order from them they have destroyed my wedding. I even asked 2 weeks prior if it would be ready and they still confirmed knowing it wasn't finished yet. HORRIBLE!

Looked stunning in my new bridesmaid crème dress from Shirleys Desses. They fitiing was just apt and the cutest part were the little beads which looked flawless. At such a cheap rate I got a beautiful dress I am now planning to get this long flowing Maxi Dress under the cheap rate category. Do check their stocks and grab it before its gone. Shirley dresses are so reasonable and cheap that the stocks literally get over and you have to wait at times for the new stock to be sent to you. This is why I suggest you to keep track as they keep blessing us with news dresses every week. From color to the bead work, I am in loveee with the new dress, pretty close to the picture shown in the website.
The customer service line is always ready to assist you and highly attentive I must admit. I am really impressed with their courtesy and thoughtfulness as my dress got a bit late in coming but they made sure to keep calling me from time to time and informed me when it would reach my doorstep. Lovely experience definitely. Expect great dresses and fashionable ones, but at the least expected prices! Affordable, great quality!
My daughter was recently married in a beautiful gown from shirley's dress. She is nearly 6'2" with a 38" inseam and thin. This makes finding clothes that fit nearly impossible. I had 8 weeks to plan a wedding and finding her dream dress was at the top of the list. We were also looking for a modest dress as well. A local gown shop had the lace look that she wanted. A designer gown by Allure, however, it was about 5 inches too short and the price tag was $1,500. I happened to google "dresses for tall brides" and stumbled upon the shirleysdress site. The next day we carefully watched the measuring video provided on the site and entered in her measurements. We opted to enter her bust, waist, and hip measurements 1/2 an inch larger than what we were reading. We also were able to specify how much longer we wanted the dress and how high of a heel she would be wearing. The only additional measurement I would have liked to see was the waist placement. We did not have a problem because my daughter has very long legs and the waist was in the right place for her, but many tall people have long torsos. 18 days of anticipation later and the dress arrived in a package on my doorstep. I admit that I was really worried that things wouldn't work out, but when my daughter tried it on it was absolutely perfect. We ended up taking off the satin belt that came with the dress and ordering an embellished belt and slip off of Amazon. I am sure that if we had mentioned leaving off the belt at the time of ordering accommodations would have been made. The best part about the dress was the low price. We paid about $180 INCLUDING SHIPPING. The money that we would have spent on a more expensive gown went toward their dream honeymoon.
I am a photographer, and this dress photographed beautifully and she got so many compliments. People were shocked when they heard that we ordered it online, and even more shocked when they heard the amazing price. There were some clear strings that I had to snip off, but they were from the lace fabric itself and NOT from the construction of the garment. I found the dress to be well constructed and stunning to look at. THANK YOU shirleysdress!

I was a died bride for Halloween last year and i bought a wedding gown! The quality was very good! I will buy from theme again
Four of us girls ordered bridesmaid dresses off of here for our girlfriends wedding. We all live out of town from one other so we didn't get together until the night before. Low and behold they're all different colors. Two lilac, one pink and one somewhere in between. Mind you they were all confirmed ordered as LILAC. Was so drastic that it couldn't have just been due to the dye lots. The necklines were different on every dress. One sweetheart, one straight across, one basically choking the girl out, and another in no mans land of sweetheart and straight across? The quality was complete garbage- my dress wasn't even connected. The lace body was separate feel the lining inside making it a pain to put on. Half of the girls were missing buttons on the back. (I had 4, one girl had 3, the other two none). One was an entirely different lace overlay pattern. The quality was so cheap that the dresses kept unhooking the whole night. Ordered customly for each girl- only ONE fit enough to pass off as wearing. Poor everyone who had to spend additional money on these stupid dresses. Speaking of which, I got charged twice for shipping. Paid with my order and then SURPRISE send the shipping charge to the recipient. If that wasn't a slap enough in the face, when contacting customer support, I was sent the same generic response with a different white females name slapped on the top. Suggesting to me I sell it on a local website. No one will pay a thing for this poorly made dress. Finally, after asking multiple times for it to be escalated to someone who would actually give me a human response I received one. Three sentences long. "We really wish we could help, but we have to follow our policies." Complete and utter garbage. Never have I received such terrible service. The fact that you can't even give me a human to interact with and then you don't even TRY to resolve the issue. Enjoy the nearly $800 spent from us and know you'll never get another cent for your products! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hi I am a real person who lives in GIlbert, AZ. I ordered a dress that had no reviews on it from the www.shirleysdress.com, and although I was aprehensive about placing the order due to the reviews on both ends; I ordered! I followed my gut and it payed off! The dress quality was leaps and bounds above what I could have expected! I needed the dress in time to depart for my vow renewal on July 3rd.
I ordered the dress with just enough time for expedited shipping to may be get it to my the day before I boarded the plane. I emailed the company to see if it was worth placing the order. I received replies each time within 24 hours from June Zeng! June assured me that the dress would arrive on time and she was right. I got it a week early, June 27th; and it was gorgeous! It had a built in corset, was satin lined, the rouching was amazing and it looked just like the picture. The only downfall was that it didn't quite fit in the hips, the rest of it fit like a glove, their measurements were right on. I contacted June to see if I could get a refund and ship it back, and she offered to either yes, ship it back or get 20% refund and try to resell it on my own.
This company really wants you to be happy and it shows. I had to write on behalf of this company because they went above and beyond what any other online company has ever done. By the way... most of the products in the United States originate in China and they do an amazing job! It cracks me up that so many people are bagging on that fact! Wake up people! This website blatantly counterfeits the designers by stealing their designs, and actual photos of the models in the dresses from their websites. (See: http://www.shirleysdress.com/classic-femme-soft-ruched-sweetheart-luxe-taffeta-short-wedding-dress-p*******.html and http://www.morilee.com/bridals/voyage/*******). Unfortunately, I didn't know this until I ordered two dresses from Shirley's Dress and what arrived was NOT what I ordered. I input custom measurements to be sure that the dresses I ordered (wedding and rehearsal dinner dress) were the exact size I needed them to be. When they arrived a month later, one dress was so-so. It was a much cheaper fabric than I expected and I will have to take it in to be tailored since there were loose seams and some areas that are about to fall apart, but I will make it work.
The second dress (my wedding dress) was at least 5 sizes too large - not sure how this is possible since I put my measurements in - and a completely different style than the one I ordered. The top part was the same with the sweetheart neckline, but the bottom had lace and it was supposed to be tea-length, this gown was dragging the floor. It looked absolutely hideous. I took photos of me in the gown and attached that with photos of the gown I ordered in an email to their support team. I heard nothing back for over two weeks, so I left a voicemail on the phone number which was previously on their website (has since been removed). It was tough to even call when they are open since there is a 13 hour time difference between the U.S. and China.
Having not heard anything back, I re-forwarded my original email asking for a response. Again, hearing nothing I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then they finally responded, saying they would offer me 30% back and I don't even need to return the dress! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I wrote back how unacceptable that was and I needed a full refund for the wrong dress that was sent to me. (Frankly, they are lucky I didn't request a refund for both). They wrote back saying now they can give me 60% back, and again I don't even have to return the dress! What terrible business practices. I re-iterated that I need a full refund. Have heard nothing back since. Crossing my fingers that the credit card company sides with me and not this TERRIBLE company.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. I ordered a wedding dress from Shirley's Dress and when the dress arrived, it was a completely different dress from the dress in the photo that I ordered. You assume that when you're ordering something online, based off of a photo, that when it arrives, it will be the same as the photo that the company is representing. The two dresses are absolutely nothing alike. The material isn't the same, the dress I received had huge ugly flowers poorly stitched on it. Not to mention, the material is cheap. I would never wear this dress at my wedding. The dress on the model went to the knees. This dress goes to my ankles. I'm 5'6". When I asked about the length, she said well if you're 70" tall (6 FEET!) the dress should fit the same. WELL IM NOT 6 FEET TALL! This is totally ridiculous. I have exchanged approximately 7 emails with the "customer service" people. You. Can not get through to the phone number and no one calls you back, even when you leave a message. Whoever is responding to the emails is a different person each time, the name is always different. The first email I received back, she said she would give me 50% refund and I could re sell the dress myself. When I said that wouldn't work for me, they offered 80%. I then demanded a full refund, and they agreed to that saying they would refund $94 back. When I responded To say my card was charged $127, not $94, I then got an email saying "see the photo of the dress below, it does have flowers on it". So now they're back to arguing with me! THE DRESS IS NOT TE SAME DRESS, END OF STORY! DONT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. You will receive a cheap piece of garbage and you will be lucky if it's even the same item you actually were expecting to receive. Waste of time and money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MERCHANDISE! STAY AWAY!
