Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.

Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again

I purchased a pair of boots that didn't fit well. I ordered another size. I asked if I would be charged a restocking fee as long as I returned one and they said no. I returned the second pair because they were faded and worn in compared to the first pair. I was charged a restocking fee. I explained it to a supervisor and they refused to refund me the restocking fee.

I just found this website a few minutes ago and ordered some aerosole shoes that normally cost twice as much at macy's. I hope it all goes smoothly but they have some great prices on shoes and clothing on this website.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A recent order that I had placed was shipped to my old address. When I brought this to the attention of customer service they told me, that more than likely will not be able to help me so I messaged back, informing, them i would not be able to receive my order if they could not fix it. I received an additional email stating that the problem in question had been solved and that my order would be sent to the correct address. My order was sent to my old address. I sent several emails to shoes.com to resolve the situation but they chose not only to not assist me but to not even respond to any my emails. I will definitely take my business elsewhere in the future.

Nothing, I never recieved my order, and shoes.com decided to ignore my emails requesting help, and not further assist me.

This review is for Shoes.Com
I saw a kind of shoe that I love but it showed size 11N. I was able to scroll down the sizes & find my size (8.5 M); I clicked & placed the order. I got a confirm for size 11N. I IMMEDIATELY sent a cancellation & I also emailed customer care. I saw a phone number but it was only M-F (this was a Sunday). I called Monday morning & heard the message, in so many words: "we're way too busy too busy to answer the phone; send an email" which I did again. On Tuesday I got a response that they would look into coancelling my order. On Wed., 3 days after I sent a cancellation, I got a notice that the shoes (the wrong size 11N) had shipped. Fortunately I was able to refuse delivery & of course AXP was notified & refunded my money. Oh and once you're on Shoes.com mailing list you can't unsubscribe. Beware!

Products used:
none but the original order was for shoes. BBB says that they have over 500 complaints for this co.

I bought three pairs of shoes. Two pairs did not fit. I never wore the shoes and tried to return them. They would not take back a 60 dollar pair of shoes because I accidently threw out the original box. They said they are not the manufacturer and that they would not be able to return them to the manufacturer. I will not shop with them again but with the original manufacturer. Learned my session.

It was a nightmare to shop at shoes.com. Bought a pair of shoes wrongly, tried to call and wrote to them. The phone line is forever on hold! And never get any reply from the email!

No choice, I had to send back the shoes as a return. At that point, I was praying that the experience doesn't get any worst than this. I was wondering if there is anyone that is working for shoes.com? If I will get my refund? Sure enough, the return was received by shoes.com on sept 7th, after one month, I still don't get my refund!

Will never buy from shoes.com again! Really bad experience!

Shoes were NOT WORN. Purchased a half size down in the same shoe and returned the ones that did not fit. Company sent the shoes back to me a second time with a note they would not accept them because they were worn. INSANE. Do not buy from this company.

I returned a pair of shoes that were too small. shoes.com sent them back stating they were not put in original box AND skuffing on shoe partly right. There wasn't a single skuff mark on the shoes. I never even wore them. I will never shop here again!

What is wrong with the website? Everytime I tried to go to shoes.com it shows this "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Reference #3. A101fea*******985. 2e2a5145"

Everyone probably expects to were their casual leather shoes outdoors where it might rain. According to ShoeBuy, if a product does not specifically state waterproof they are not. My Aerosoles had the misfortune to be worn in the rain. When the colors ran (this nubuck shoe was pink) no manufacturor's defect was found and the resultant problem was deemed customer misuse. I recommend you find another site to buy your shoes.

Dont use Shoe Buy. We order for prom and our daughter had an injury so she could not wear the heels. We did order the shoes early to have her outift ready. Not expecting an injury they would not accept the shoes past 60 days. Use AMAZON

I've been a loyal customer of them for many years. My wife and I are runners so we go through a lot of shoes at@ $100 a pair. One of the reasons we shopped with them were their free returns. Imangine my surprise today when I went to return a pair that didn't fit right and got charged a $6.95 "restocking" fee. I've returned shoes over the years without an issue. I called when I saw this new fee to see if they would wave it since it is something that is new. Not budging. They are very cluless on how to keep good customers. Luckily there are still plenty of other shoe companies that offer free return and they will have my business. I've boughten my last pair of shoes from Shoe Buy.

I bought a pair of Keen work boots from shoes.com about two weeks ago. I loved them at first they were comfortable and looked really nice. I even wore them (as directed by the company) in the house for 4 whole hours before wearing them to work, because I thought they might not help me out if I wore them to work and something went wrong. Unfortunately I was right. I wore them to work and the metal eye holes for the laces dug into my ankles and it was very painful. It is so painful that I can't wear them at all. I called costumer service and they said they wouldn't help me in any way. So I now have a nice new pair of $150 work boots sitting in my garage I can't wear and can't do anything with.
Buyer beware - this company will not help you in any way if you have a problem with your boots. NOT worth doing business with. Spend money with your local retailers or other online stores- you have a better chance of getting Someone to at least pretend they care or want to help you.

I ordered my Uggs, Ugg protectant and 2 replacement insoles RIGHT before closing one day last week. They had me call back after placing my order as I was a first time customer and they gave me 10% off my Uggs. (I appreciated that). The next day we were gone all day. To my sheer delight, when I got home, by my door, was my entire order! I ordered the evening before, got free shipping, did not ask for overnight, and they packed it and got it to my door the very next day! I was very pleased. I wanted to wear my Uggs for that weekend, it was perfect! I will be ordering from them again. I wonder if they offer a repeat customer discount?

Do not order from shoes.com! If you have a return they have no intentions on refunding you & will not issue you a credit or return on your credit card unless you contact the BBB. They do not answer their so called "customer service" phone number (you get a recording) & they do not return emails. I've been trying for over 2 months to get a credit for a return & they will not respond. I wish I had purchased from Zappos in the beginning, even if the price was a little higher, it would've saved me a lot of headaches trying to get a credit! A 1-star rating is even too high for this company & my experience dealing with shoes.com.

Tip for consumers:
Read the reviews on the company. I wish I had read the reviews on shoes.com before I decided to purchase 2 pairs of boots that were cheaper than another website I've ordered off of.

I ordered size 15-16 slippers. I wear a true 13 1/2 to 14. These would barely go on and appear to be closer to 12. I complained and they said to send the "unworn" shoes back in the original box with the original tags. There never was a box. I explained this to them plus I had to try them on before I knew they wouldn't fit. Also, I had already thrown away the tags because I never suspected size 15-16 would be too small. They gave me no options. To top things off, I noticed the 25% off coupons they sent were only good for 3 days! Pitiful.

I informed these folks that the sandals hurt my foot to the point that I had a huge bruise. They were expensive Vionics. Because I did not the sandals send back in the original box, they refused to take them back. I will never buy from these scam artists again.

This company has no customer service and charged my card when I canceled, sent me the shoes, so I sent them back and still no refund. Gonna contact the Federal Trade commission and reach out to my attorney

Shoebuy I purchase a pair of KEEN 13 2E When they arrived my husband then worn them to work. We have purchased 7 other KEEN boots all 13 2E. When he returned home he had blisters. I then compared the boots to his other Keen 13 2E's Not even close to 13's. I then returned the back to shoebuy within the week. I just received them back UPS 5/5/17. They said it was past the 60 day return policy. Which it is not I purchased them 3/24/17 today is 5/8/17. Secondly there other reasons were and I quote ( Boots worn, soles dirty, leather scuffed unable to resell original box damaged.) To kidding they were worn a day. And not dirty I just wiped them down with a towel the look new. No scuffs or dirt. Yes I wrote on the box. Wrong Size. I then called Shoebuy they will not take them back. $167.96 and the boots are useless to us. Stay away from shoebuy.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by our return policy.
Unfortunately, our return policy states that items must be returned with the original shoebox and must be returned in new/unworn condition. We normally recommend trying your shoes on in a carpeted area to see how they feel. If our warehouse receives shoes that shows signs of wear or use, or if the shoebox has been damaged by the customer, then the return is rejected and sent back to the customer. This is not a common occurrence and we are very sorry that this has happened.
If a customer believes their return was rejected wrongfully, we encourage them to contact our customer service department and request an image review. Our warehouse always takes pictures of rejected returns and we would be happy to review those pictures for any mistakes.

I tried twice to place an order with them and got an error with my payment method both times I tried. And my payment info was valid and correct. So I gave up and did not order and recd no email about my "order". Then the next day find out they charged my card both times for pre-auth. Wrote them now they have my money for 3-5 bus days and offered no explanation other than I encountered difficulty placing my order. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Much better options for shoes out there...

After unable to ship as promised and no information as to when was given I asked to cancel the order. I was told that the order went to their warehouse and would not be able to cancel. They still had no idea as to when this item that was indicated in stock would be available. After being persistent I was told they would send email to warehouse and get back to me shortly. After 2 days of no response I received an email that my order was canceled due to Shoes.com being unable to deliver. Horrible service and will avoid buying from them in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about Angela, from New Hampshire the customer service representative with whom I placed my order. She was very friendly and very efficient, the qualities one hopes all customer representatives would have. If I need to order shoes again, I would certainly use ShoeBuy thanks to Angela.

My experience was not too bad but I can not recommend them to anyone. I submitted several reviews on there site and not one was ever published. I wrote them and got half hearted sorries and replies. I followed all the guidelines and they could never tell me why my reviews were not published. My thoughts are they do not want to publish anything that is not fully positive. In my mind I do not want to shop at a business that does not want to be fully open about their product. I felt like the item I purchased was sub-par and possibly even fake.

Ordered a pair of shoes 6 days ago and been chasing them for the updates to no avail. Their supervisor was so rude that terminate the live chat. They simply push away their responsibility to the "supplier" who did not update them even after 48hours. Was asked to wait for another 48hours until "supplier" updates the status. What kind of ridiculous and non-standard policy. The item has not shipped out yet and UPS confirmed that they never pick up the parcel. Worst ever when they told me that the refund is not guaranteed until the "supplier" updates the status. What a joke! I have yet to receive the parcel and NOT allowed to cancel for a refund! NO NO NO NO NO shoes.com.
