Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.
Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again
Bought a pair of shoes and they did not fit at all, very small sizing, so I had to return them. I decided to buy local with the problems in sizing by manufacturers. Got to shoes.com to return no problem to return subject to an RMA restock fee, have yet to get a refund and its over their 5 business days, not a good company with some poor policies. You can avoid the RMA fee by buying another pair of shoes.
Extremely limited inventory. Shipping time at least a week after date of purchase. Meanwhile expect a flood of their sales emails several times a day every day no matter how many times you unsubscribe.
I purchased a pair of sneakers since they had a 30% off promotion on their website. My order was cancelled without any notifications. I called and was not given any logical explanation. I was advised that I can order again at a higher price with a lesser discount.
I have been waiting 3 days for Shoe Buy to send a simple fax to my bank in order to take 4 charges off pending transactions, $65.00 each! I wanted to place an order for 1 pair buy they said that my address did not match my card, and recommended I call my bank to see why. There was no problem with my address and card not matching; however, they had received 4 charges for this one pair of shoes! When I first asked them to remove them, they said it would remain a hold on my card for 7-10 business days. Then, when they could tell I was highly upset about this, the lady said she took care of it but it wouldn't show up for 2-3 hours! It's now been 3 days! Every time I call they lie and say they're taking care of it, but don't, and they will not respond to my emails. They have the worst customer service ever, and I would not recommend this business to anyone!

I just read that this company has inserted politics into their business by banning our President Elect Donald Trump's daughter's products from their site. I find that unacceptable. I will no longer visit this site when shopping.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes because of availability & price. They arrived via UPS in shoeboxes in bags. They did not fit so I got a Return Authorization from the company & followed the instruction in the email they sent me. UPS said both pairs were received by Shoes.com. I called to ask about my credit and they told me that I did not put the shoe boxes in a return box and the shoe box was damaged. I replied that they should have gotten a credit from UPS. They probably did but they also only returned $30.00 of a $170.00 order.
Do not do business with these LIARS & CHEATS. They should be locked up & sent back to where they came from. I did not speak to anyone who speaks or understands English well. So much for tolerance.

Purchased a pair of running shoes, great price, within minutes of making the order I second guessed the size and wanted to go up a half size. Called customer service and was told it was too late order was being processed, it had been literally 10 minutes, told me if they don't fit, I could exchange shoes free if I wanted an even exchange. Ok shoes arrived too small called and was told they could not exchange shoes, they said I had Send shoes back and they would fully refund my money No restocking fee and I would have to do a new order for the larger size. So I made a new order, got a email with return label ups, email stated $6.95 restocking fee would be taken out of my refund. Customer service said I would not be charged since they could not process an exchange. When I questioned there policy service rep had an attitude. I am sure I am getting burned on this one. $37.00 lesson. Never again
Shoebuy.com has a new policy on returns. They no longer give full credit back for every returned item. Now there's a $6.95 restocking charge for every item returned. The new policy is not well publicized on their site. It would have made sense, considering the drastic change in policy, for the company to show this along with their proclamation that shipments are free and exchanges are free. I purchased 19 items, wanted to return 7 and shoebuy.com wants to charge me $49 to return those items. If I exchange for 7 items, there's no restock fee. I spent a lot of money and asked for an exception to the restocking fee. They wouldn't budge. I want to let folks know because it will be a shock to the system for anyone used to buying from them.

I have been a customer for years and one of the reasons is the free shipping and returns. Lo and behold, they now have a "restocking fee" of $6.95 for each item returned. A sneaky way of getting around "free shipping and returns". Sorry, I won't be doing business with them again.

Stay away from this company. Do not order. Tried to return the wrong size shoes and they act as though they have no idea what the hell is going on. They returned the shoes to me. Not only did they send them back without the box but they took the tags off and claimed I had worn them outside. Now according to their return policy without the original box and tags I cannot return the shoes. LIARS and THIEVES.
People you need to read the fine print. 6.95 re-stock fee; most companies charge something, unworn shoes in original box, how hard is it to walk around your house. I placed an order and received exactly what i wanted; in a reasonable amount of time. Very Happy SMH...
Never pay by credit card, only use pay pal. You will have protection if they don't ship the order. After asking pay pal to return the money to me ( 12 days did not send the order), for the first time they (Shoes.com) answered me that they could not send the order and would return the money. Better not order from them never.

I am a long time customer of shoebuy.com because I have always had trouble finding shoes that fit. Prior to August 2015, I could order several pair, keep what felt great and return the rest with free shipping and no fees. I've spent, literally, hundreds of dollars on their site and recommended them to countless numbers of friends and family. Imagine my surprise when I recently ordered five pair, decided to keep two of the more expensive brands and went to online returns only to find I would be charged $6.95 for EACH pair returned for a refund. An exchange would have no charge. Since I hadn't purchased anything in over a year, it was a complete surprise. I talked to customer "service" but they wouldn't budge and kept referring to the company as "they" which I find suspicious. I'm making the returns for a refund, but you can bet it is the LAST time I will purchase from them.

The worst customer service that you may experience. I bought the shows around 8AM, then I changed my mind and called them around 9AM to ask for refund. They told me sorry its already in shipping process. The items were shipped 6 days later!!!! They do this because they want to charge $7 for restocking fee. All their representative are rude not friendly at all. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from shoes.com!
This business cheats customers by listing items they no longer have in stock at a lower price. They will then send you wrong items, make you send those wrong items back for a refund that takes forever to process. I wonder how they are even in business with so many complaints with BBB and so many negative reviews? Don't trust them with anything
I brought what I thought were flats, but ended up with two inch heels. When I tried to return them, I was told that there was a "restocking fee" of $6.95. When I purchased them, the website claims it is so easy to return with free shipping, but you have to dig a few levels down to where they finally tell you that they charge you a "restocking fee" of $6.95. So, free return shipping really is not free. I spoke to customer service and told them that this was a deceptive practice and asked them to waive the fee. Customer service could not care less, they just kept saying they "were not able to" waive the fee, but of course they could have. They also did not address that the product was not a displayed on the website. I will never use this company again!

The item the customer purchased states in multiple places the heel height is 2" and the pictures clearly show the shoes are wedges not flats. After 20mins on phone was told sorry can't return because you are international customer, requiring me to pay my own shipping to get $#*!ty shoes back to them, pay restocking fee and UPS charged me a C. Very disappointed, frustrated & angry. Bought shoes from this company few times. Beginning of September ordered New balance 847V4 walking shoes. Without walking how am I suppose to know how comfortable they are. Wore only four times, it hurts my feet and not comfortable at all. Didn't ask for money back. Was ready to exchange. They can charge restocking fees but no. They accept return only they r unworn! Can't believe how one can feel the comfort of walking shoes without walking? The pair I paid more than $100.00 will never use this site.
I had to cancel my order because very upset that Shoebuy gave me Norton shopping protection. I would have expected that there would be an opt out option prior to placing order. This practice is deceitful. I cannot order comfortably with Shoebuy.

I have looked at different shoe sites on line looking for Bernie Mev items and this site advertised a really great price for the shoes I was looking for. I ordered the shoes and was dismayed at the $ 30. Shipping fee and the length of time to ship the item. I must say that I am a Canadian purchaser so I realized that exchange would apply but I was shocked at the exchange rate on the shoes and shipping fee and the outrageous duties that were applied to the order, so my $80.00 shoes ended up costing almost $200.00 with the exchange rate and duties. Shame on me for not looking further into this company. I can only hope these shoes fit as they are a birthday gift for a friend who has long admired my Bernie Mev shoes. Reading some of the reviews I am concerned about the return policies. Buyer beware the company is not on the up and up.
I bought a pair of running shoes but they rubbed a blister on my heal. Sometimes it does take a bit to break in shoes so I put on thicker socks and kept on but after a month, I was still getting a blister and called to get an exchange and they wouldn't do that since the shoes were not in new condition. There website says they guareentee happiness but that is a farce! Will never buy shoes from this company again and will let everyone know how bad it is!
Because of Covid, I looked everywhere on the website about delays. There was nothing noted anywhere, and even my email confirmation said in stock orders will go out in 1 to 3 days. After over a week with no info, I called to check. The person on the phone had to be working from home. I couldn't understand but maybe 5 percent of what he said. He then got irritated when I asked him to repeat since I couldn't understand him. I DO NOT recommend this place.
I attempted to order a pair of shoes after going through the process and clicking complete your order I received a message saying unable to complete your order. Thinking something went wrong I tried again and got the same response. I decided to try later in the day and was able to complete the purchase, when I checked my email after this I saw that all 3 orders had gone through. I immediately contacted shoes.com, you can only contact them via email, the next day I got a response saying they couldn't stop the process and I would need to return the extra shoes. Once I received them I emailed again and stated that I didn't feel I should have to pay the $7.50 return fee. Received an email saying I would get a full refund but didn't. I have sent emails requesting the full refund but now they don't respond. There is no way to talk to someone because the phone number has a message that they only respond to email.
Customer servise and return policy are very poor and almost against the customers, especially the international ones. In my opinion from the moment they take your money they do not care of any problem that may occure... Just try to return something and you will see what i mean!
I was worried these adorable shoes would be uncomfortable since I have issues with my hammer toes. They are very pretty and I chose them to wear to my granddaughters wedding. To my surprise when I tried them on they were very comfortable right off. I Am so glad I gave them a try. I now have a pretty pair of blue dress heels for the wedding!
