Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.

Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again

Was sent the wrong shoes by ShoeBuy, I paid to send them back to them, and got an email saying they'd give me a refund minus the restock fee. Basically I paid international shipping and a 'restock fee' for shoes I didn't even get. I just wanted the shoes I originally ordered?!

We sincerely apologize for this customers situation. She should not have been charged a restocking fee due to receiving the wrong items. That fee will be refunded within 5 business days.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse for shipping. We did not ask this customer to mail the shoes back to us. When the customer alerted us of the mistake we asked for pictures to confirm. The customer mailed the shoes back without our knowledge and so we regret that we cannot reimburse for those shipping costs that she incurred.

We are very sorry that the shoes are no longer in stock and would be happy to process a new order for this customer once they do come back in stock.

I purchased a pair of shoes... what I received was not what I thought I ordered. Probably a mistake on my part. No big deal there. The problem is this, I have been on hold for almost an hour. I would simply return the shoes, but I'll not only have to pay to return them, but I will have to pay to have someone in the warehouse do what they are already getting paid to do, stock the shelves. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Tip for consumers:
If you are expecting any kind of customer service, this is not the company for you.

Their size charts are way off. The customer service sucks! They wouldn't exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit me. They sent them back with no explanation. I wore the shoes for about 10 minutes and they were clean when sent to shoe by. WISH I COULD RATE ZERO!

I ordered a pair of under armour dhoes and they sent me the wrong color. They told me i could return and reorder but the shoes are out of stock in my size. Very disappointed. Wish i would have read all these reviews before i ordered. BUYER BEWARE

I placed an online order (or hope I did). I received no confirmation And tried emailing customer service but have not heard back yet. After reading other reviews I am now worried. I hope order was placed and no other problems will arise.

My package hadn't arrived after two weeks, so I started to worry. I searched the web to look for comments. I was a little horrified at all of these negative comments, but funny thing is, my package arrived today. It was exactly what I ordered, packaged perfectly. The thing I find funny is all of these people complaining about a restocking fee... many, many retailers have this restocking fee and it's absolutely ridiculous for people to believe that a company charging such low prices could absorb all the returns people send. Clearly a lot of people don't understand margins and the costs of doing business. I'M VERY HAPPY. Thank you!

I order a pair of shoes size 9.5 2E, and they sent the wrong size - 9.5D.

Then they tried to make me pay for the postage back.

Then they lied 3 times about giving me a refund. I had to file a Claim / Complaint with Amazon.com to finally get my refund.

They are lairs and thieves. They thrive on ripping people off. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are all employed by SHOES.COM and get paid to write lies.

You have been warned.

Sold me a beautiful boot at a good discount, but it came with a huge rip on the inside. Would not exchange it, as they no longer had the right size. I asked them if they would give me a small courtesy discount so I could get the rip fixed, and they would only accept the shoe for refund, and only refund it if it "was determined that the defect was the manufacturer's fault." It was ripped! Whether it was the manufacturer's fault or not, it was still defective. Plus, I didn't want a refund; I wanted the shoe. So now my choices are to accept a ripped shoe, or have no shoe, and possibly not even get my money back, depending on their decision. Ridiculous. I will never shop there again.

I received an email from shoes.com letting me know I have $30 available in rewards. I tried to redeem, but there were no rewards in my account, and the instructions provided to redeem the rewards were useless because I was instructed to click on options that weren't available to me. I called the toll-free number for customer service and the recorded message directed me to email my concern. I did that 3 times over the course of a week and called twice more (in hopes of reaching someone) but reached the recording each time. I'm giving up now because the shoes I want are low in stock and I don't want to miss out. I will buy them somewhere else because I'm not confident shoes.com will be there for me if I need to return them. Such a headache.

I couldn't believe shoe.com came to me as a pop up on my phone. I had been looking for a trusted online site. I had a bad experience with online shopping in the past. I didn't trust online shopping, but shoe.com put my trust back in online shopping. My Oder came quick and its exactly what I ordered right down to my size. They even made it convenient for me to track my order. Thank you again shoe.com I will be ordering again soon.

I hate them. I returned my shoes exactly as they shipped them. It took a week for my shoes to get back to warehouse... the worst is that its been two weeks waiting to see my refund... I have called 5 times now. They are hopeless they know nothing! I talked with the supervisor and he was a little annoyed, well Im more annoyed that they have very POOR service and they dont know WHY the warehouse is taking forever! Soooo what do you know shoes.com!? Honestly ITS not worthed!

Shobuy.com uses UPS to ship and they will not deliver without collecting all the fees. By the time you pay shipping, duty, brokerage fees, taxes and calculate the dollar differential you will pay aprox double for the same shoes you can buy locally when they come on sale (usually once a month). I learned the hard way but you don't have too!

Just had the first, and yet the WORST shopping experience at Shoebuy.com. Got a surprising bill with HUGE additional charge out of nowhere, and the funniest part was, when I asked the customer service about it, the answer from the Supervisor (Raj, 2116) was: "We are legal to do so, if you don't like it, just don't ever shop at Shoebuy.com again." Wooaahh, I certainly will follow his suggestion.

First attempt to contact them, I was put on hold for 72 minutes. Second attempt I emailed them. I did not get a response. On my third attempt, I emailed them again. Finally got a reply and they told me I had the wrong order number. (FIY: order number was correct). Finally, after 4 days of frustration I received a UPS return label. The return label printed the entire 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. They can't even email the proper size label for UPS. Really? Now they will deduct $8.95 return fee. I will never purchase from them again. ZAPPOS is the only way to go. With Zappos you can print a return label instantly and there are no restocking fees or shipping charges. As soon as UPS scans the return label, the Zappos refund process begins. So sorry I wasted my time on Shoes.com. Beware!

I purchased a pair of shoes. I returned them after wearing them for half a day solely in the house. I had concluded that they gave me the same sort of support as a pair of bedroom slippers. I have just received them back with a note indicating that the soles and insoles were dirty and the shoes could not be resold. This surprised me as I had put a pair of new arch supports in them before I wore them so that I could try them out the way I intended to wear them. I looked at the insoles which are perfectly clean and the soles one of which has a black dot on it. The dot looks like it was made with a magic marker. Avoid these people at all costs.

Shorted me $6.07 on my exchange of the exact same shoe in a different size. I did not wear the shoes, only tried them on, and returned them in the exact same box. Trying to call their customer service is a joke. They are rude and difficult to understand. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy the shoes from them. Time wasted and poor customer service is not worth it.

I'm in the UK I ordered shoes a wk ago and have emailed them to ask when they'll be dispatched, they sent me a generic email in return with their shipping details.
When I look on their web site it says I don't have any orders.

They ripped me off. Charge me three times for the same order. Customer service didn't understand English. On hold over an hour and then disconnected. Visa took care of these scammers. The bottom of the barrel. The worst of the worst.

Just received a pair of skechers today, a week wait to find only one shoe had laces shoes. Coms remendy was send shoes back and after they receive them order another pair of shoes and might receive in 2 weeks. Makes no sense all that for 1 missing shoe lace.im surprised they are still in business

If your shoes don't fit and they don't carry the size larger - they will charge you a $7.95 fee per item returned. They don't mention this when you buy and don't mention it when you return - just send an e -mail when they receive your return - pretty cheap trick.
They are very rude.

I bought a pair of shoes from them more then 3 weeks ago and they were a little to small so i tried to return them as of now i still am not able to return them. I have called them 4 times got in touch twice and was told i would receive a email which would enable me to return the shoes, never happened. I called them a 5th time and got a message telling me i should email them. I did and finally got a return label.

Horrible customer service and charge for return shipping which is comically stated as a restocking fee. They even sent a bogus picture of the soles of shoes that I returned. They were not the shoes I returned.

After ordering a pair of shoes I recieved an email stating, I would receive shipping confirmation and tracking within 1-5 days. At the 5th day I call and was told I would receive a shipping conformation by the end of the week, which would make it 8 days. I ask for a supervisor, the same operator returns to say because I have a P. O. Box it takes longer. Very disappointing!

On 11/10/2011 I sent a payment of $199.95 USD to Shoebuy.com, Inc for the order # ******* "Men's Timberland Classic 6" Premium Boot, Item #: *******" via PAYPAL. Some weeks later, I had a call from DHL agency in Athens informing me about my obligation to pay 100 Euros for the taxes plus 90+ Euros as their fee for the clearance procedure. When I denied, asking from them to ship the parcel back, the man on the phone was heard to happy to accept it and, as he said, to "let the shipper know". Ever since, I had no news about, feeling grateful for DHL and Shoebuy.com. As anyone can imagine someone except me is wearing this pair that I paid for.

I made a purchase 10 days ago and I have not received my order and I've yet to get an update on my order. Calling customer is a joke and I swear I get the same person or their cousin every time who has no information regarding my order and will not refund me my money. Once I get my money back I will NEVER order from this trash company again. You don't treat your customers this way.
