Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.
Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again
Horrible customer service.
I have contacted shoes.com 3 times via email concerning a problem.
They respond with a canned email telling me that they received my email and will get back to me within 48 hrs, yet they never do.
I ordered some shoes last week as a Christmas gift. They arrived a week later in the mail, but were not the shoes I ordered. Now we are looking at five days before Christmas, so I call and explain the situation. They tell me I have to pay for shipping again, even though they are the ones that screwed up. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were busy and would have to call me back. No one ever called back.
I don't know how this place can stay in business. Took 2 weeks to get shoes and they charge you a hefty restocking fee. There are so many better places to find shoes. I don't know what I was thinking!
They hide the "restocking" fee until you have to return something. They are charging you to try on shoes. They say they have free returns but they don't. Company is not honest. Numerous other companies on line with better prices and are upfront and honest. This is not one of them.

I ordered a ladies pair of shoes. I received a men's dress shoe. They would not refund me until i sent back the incorrect shoes which arrived due to their own negligence. The issue will be that the return is based on the shoes that I ordered which i never received. Do not order from this terrible company. Pictures of what i received and what I ordered.
I do not know why anyone would be a repeat customer of SHOES.COM. I sure won't be. Their disrespect for customers is unbelievable. I guess they don't realize that their are reputable online shoes and accessory stores who DO care about their customers.

I placed an order with shoebuy because they were $10 less than from Amazon. But when they arrived I had to pay 50% more in duties. I order things from the US all the time from other websites and never have to pay duties. Plus, duties should not cost half of what the item is worth.

I have purchased several pair of shoes from this company over the years and love that they have fast delivery for the free shipping you get (about 5 days). I have always been happy with what I receive, so I have not had to deal with their return policy. So as long as you can get a coupon code, free shipping, and don't have to return or exchange anything... you get a great deal! I will continue to buy from Shoebuy.com.
Don't ever buy something from them. They deserve -0 stars. They are horrible, just horrible. They send defensive shoes and then they charge you $6.95 refund for there own mistakes. Who does that. Shoebuy you should be ashamed what you are doing to your customers. Shame, Shame on you. Horrible company.

Why didn't the checkout page show we that there would be a restocking fee if returned? Customer Service stinks on this site with rude people. Totally agree with everyone-if you buy shoes from them expect to keep them no matter what-I have been trying 2 months to return shoes that was sent in the wrong size-finally got a return label-sent them back and yesterday I received a pair of shoes too big-different style with a note saying they never received the shoes I returned but received the shoes they sent back to me, therefore no refund. Can't reach them by phone-they keep disconnecting.
I have hard to fit feet! I ordered shoes. They didn't fit. Shoebuy took them back no problem. I ordered different shoes and could tell that I would like them if they were half size smaller. I returned these NO Problem! Was given quick reply to 2 different emails and they were extremely friendly and helpful. My responses came from 2 different people in customer service and both were great! I'm sorry for the people that had difficulties but they are so very far from the treatment I received for delivery time, return requests, free shipping both ways, price of shoes, and overall shopping experience. In fact, I don't bother shopping elsewhere anymore.

I sent 2 emails and still haven't received a response. Not sure if this is scam company but I refuse to stop attempting to contact them unless I get my money back or my shoes sent. However if you want to return a pair of shoes then they charge you a $6.95 restocking fee per pair! They hide this information in small print under the help menu 3 levels down. I bought a pair of sturdy Rockport world tour shoes, only wore them 4 times and the bottoms fell off both shoes, only worn inside and never got wet. I called to ask about returning defective shoes and was told that I was 4 days over the 60 day return policy so too bad, no customer service or flexibility. I had been a longtime customer with over a dozen purchases, no more, never buying from them again.
I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter as a Christmas present. I received a confirmation email from them. When I had heard nothing about shipping after a week, I called to check on my order and was told it had been "cancelled" due to low stock.
I called for help on sizing when ordering a pair of saucony baby crib shoes. Tiffany helpedvme on Wednesday 9/10 around 4 pm. We got halfway through my list of shoes when our call was disconnected. I called back and got a different person who offered to help. When I let her know how long Tiffany had already worked with me she hunted her down and let me know Tiffany would come on the line when she completed another order. Tiffany was extremely kind and patient. She went above and beyond. I will continue to use shoe buy over amazon.

Went online to order shoes and it would not take the card even though all was good but never could finalize sale and they still charged me. Chat said they would reverse the pending charge but would take several days. Will never use them again.
Shoes.com is an online store selling a wide variety of shoes. I have used this site only once so far. The transaction was secure and I received a shipment from them within a couple of days. Unfortunately, one shoe was the size I ordered and the other shoe was a different size (I am confused as to why this happened). I called up customer service and the representative was very kind and apologized. I shipped the shoes back. I was very pleased with how easy it was to return the item.
I rate them as "cool" (3/4). I would have given them a heart (4/4), but even though I had to ship the shoes back because of an error on their end, they did not ship me the corrected order. I was told that I would have to place the order again. The site loses a point for this because I feel that since it was their error they should have simply shipped me the correct shoe. I was, however, happy with the manner in which the customer service representative handled my call and I received a refund.

I purchased a pair of work boots from them a few months back. I received them and they were not comfortable. Their site says to return and you will get a refund minus a re-stocking fee. Fine! So they sent me a shipping label and I sent the boots back. Waited for a just a little over a week. Came home from work and the boots I sent back were sent back to me. Called shoebuy and they said they couldn't take them back cause the soles were dirty. You can literally wipe the little amount of dirt off by hand. Their customer service is awful! So I'm out $180 on a pair of boots I can't wear for work. I filed a complaint with pay pal also and they couldn't do nothing about it. Bull$#*! on both companies. These boots are brand new! Shoebuy falsely says all returns accepted. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Thanks for lying to me and ripping me off of my hard earned money

I lost 23 dollars with a double charge they did to my debit card and am still waiting for a response, since more than a month ago. I sent several emails about this case and talked for one hour to Customer Service. They promised me they were going to investigate and provide more information on this case.
I used to be very happy with Shoebuy.com as they offer a great "ShoeFan Rewards" program. However, can't trust anymore as they are not able to provide information on discrepancies as such...

This site is LEGIT and is listed on the Ugg website. If you look on the internet, you will find many sites that look exactly like this site but are not on the approved site by the ugg company. These guys have a real phone number and a fair return/exchange policy (you do need to pay for shipping). Best part about this site is they have clearance ugg boots, so I bookmark it and see when the boots that I want go on sale.
I bought what I thought was a nice expensive Harley Davidson boot. I wore them no more than 4 times. After the second time I wore them the wedge pulled loose from the shoe and my husband glued it. It is coming loose after wearing them for the third time and after the fourth time the soles of the boots are peeling off. With all this said, I don't believe these could be REAL Harley Davidson boots. I think they are imitation Harley boots they sell for $135.
I called shoes.com and they told me to send them (on my dime) to an address in Massachusetts and they would then determine if they are defective. WTh!

The most frustrating on line experience I have ever experienced. Returned a pair of shoes and am still waiting on the refund 35 days later. Communicating with this company has been unsatisfactory. I will gladly pay extra for my next pair of shoes to avoid this experience. My only recourse will be to work with my credit card company.
