Great experience! Prices comparable to Zappos, and often have additional discounts - have ordered several pairs of shoes from this site, they ship fast, and the few times I've had to return a pair, credit always appears quickly.
Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again
Shoebuy was easy to order and quick delivery. Easy return. Just note if you need something right away, and you think you might have to exchange it, it takes a bit longer. You send your shoes back. Once they receive them, then they send out your new order. Fair enough, but you have to remember to add the time it takes for them to get your return. It's very easy though, so I would not be afraid to buy shoes from them and I am a hard one to fit!

If you need something right away, and you think you might have to exchange it, it takes a bit longer. You send your shoes back. Once they receive them, then they send out your new order. If you can afford it, you'd be better off ordering a couple sizes then send the one back that doesn't fit and get credited after they receive it. Update: I noticed Jen J. feb 2016 stated they now have a restocking fee---I haven't checked into it but be aware of that.
I ordered one pair of shoes from shoes.com on October 29,2017. They shipped on Nov. 2, however they never arrived. The UPS trace landed them clearly in SC, although I live in MA. I called Shoes.com on Nov. 10 to let them know. They were putting in a UPS trace. I called back on Nov. 15, they had yet to hear where my shoes were delivered. I asked for another pair to be sent. They said I would have to purchase them again, without a credit. Customer service point taken away. Then, I called back on Dec. 1, I was told the investigation was still on-going. I called for the last time today. They have lost a customer. No shoes, no credit. Someone in SC is wearing the shoes I paid for. Sorry, but I am just the customer...

Great website ive ordered twice from them already. Im Very happy Shoes came in about a week later maybe a little later than a week but can't complain its free shipping. Plus tax free so the price u see on there its the price u pay. Only thing that i was a little dissatified i had requested them to get a certain type shoes so i can order from them. I got an email back with something that had nothing to do with my question.
This company apparently sells UGGs boots without the box & with a red line through the tag. I asked Ugg what this means and they said that this company is not supported or in anyway connected to the UGGs website. I had a short chat with this company and she answered a couple of questions and then I asked her how long she thought it would take for my order to get to Virginia and she just disappeared. A little strange this company- I would've liked to order a pair of boots but I feel like buyer beware
It took 10 days for them to ship an evening bag I needed urgently. The matching shoes arrived sooner but since the bag did not arrive I had to return the shoes. The company keeps $6.95 for restocking. I communicated to the company that since they still did not ship the bag, I don't need it any more. But they shipped it anyway. I wrote to them 11 times regarding shipping, returns and refunds but there is something wrong with this company. The same day they shipped the bag they asked me if I returned it already. They don't know what they are doing. They don't read emails and until you start dealing with PayPal or your credit card company, they don't bother to respond.
I used www.shoebuy.com for the first time this 01/27/2016 and guess what?... it was a horrible experience.
I placed an order for 27.34 USD and obviously paid for it with my credit card and then I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipment notification by email. I tried to contact them but have no responses yet. Problem is they charged my credit card with 27.34 USD and the proof is in my credit card history, in fact, the nº of transaction is **************.

Terrible Customer service. Sounded like I was talking with a foreign telephone dispatch service. Price was attractive, but wasn't happy with the color of shoe - was much darker than in picture. When I asked for exchange they said they had no more my size and couldn't honor the free exchange policy and would charge me for overstocking fee. I asked to talk with supervisor and was put on permanent hold. Shoes are good quality.

Purchased 5 pairs of shoes and attempted to exchange or possibly return I was told not at this time. Have tried again and now shoes.com site is saying an error has occurred. Not only they sent me the wrong item, when i returned it, they have billed me for the restocking fee. Prior to receiving the email regarding the refund, I was reassured that because this was a mistake on their part, i would not have to pay the restocking fee. However, it was not the case.
This is a shame. First and LAST time buying from them. They don't know how to treat and keep customers!

I called Customer Service 3 hours after I placed my order, to make and change, and they said that they were unable to make the change. I called back later, to ask to speak to a Supervisor, but none were available.
If you feel as though you might need any assistance from Customer Service, consider all possibilities before you place your order with Shoes.com!!
Terrible business - not customer friendly at all. If you order shoes from Shoebuy, and try them on, they will not accept the shoes for a return (or even an exchange). If the shoes don't fit or have a defect, you will be stuck with them.

If you do buy shoes, be very, very careful when trying them on. Shoebuy will use any excuse to refuse a return.

I ordered three pairs of boots, and when I received them, two pair were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I had ordered. Both were cheaper, poorer quality than the originals I had chosen. They would not exchange them, and would only issue me one label for the return of both. Yea, try finding a box large enough to fit two pair of winter boots because I couldn't. I ended up being able to return only one pair and keeping the other (and losing $20+!) because I just couldn't find a box large enough to fit both pair. They charged me a restocking fee for their mistake, and won't refund it! Stay away! I had done a LOT of business with them, overlooked some things, and my customer loyalty did not matter one bit. Rude and illegal, Shoebuy will cause you nothing but headaches. Really, help yourself and stay away from this terrible company!
I bought 2 pairs of winter short boots, and kept one. The other pair I tried on in my home, wrong size, then returned. They said the boots were worn, and scuffed. I sent them photos of the white white soles, rubber, no scuffs. They ruled that the boots were worn. Still has tag on. I am giving them to my daughter and being done with them. Customer service is horrid. Agreed!
I was never so happy with a product EVER! I stand for a living working at my own salon. Hair Replacement 20 years! I thought I might have to give it up but now I have New Feet! Perfect size Perfect Everthing including the feel! When I put them on the was Heaven! I have pictures but don't know how to send them.
There was a discoint for a shoes manufactured in 2018, I did purchase them and in less than a month with normal usage, they damaged. Skethcre customer care said: we garantee shoes manufactured in six months only. This is not what the salesman told me in teh purchasing time.

I was charged for my order right away, however my order never shipped. Their order details page indicates my item has been in transit for 3 weeks. However tracking indicates item never received from shipper. I've tried reaching them multiple times via customer support, but receive no response. I've placed 2 orders with shoes.com, the 2nd order was received and I got a really good price. However the lower prices come with really poor service and like myself you may be stuck paying for something you'll never receive and no support whatsoever from Shoes.com
I ordered a pair of shoes from shoebuy.com and I ordered it in a size 8. When the shoes came they were too big so I called customer service and they lady I spoke to was very rude and apparently had messed up my order because I had wanted to exchange them for a size 7.5 but they sent me a size 8.5. When I called the customer service back they were extremely rude and said I have to get a refund for the shoes. It also takes weeks for the shoes to be mailed. I HATE shoebuy.com
I have been a loyal customer at shoebuy.com for years b/c they always had better prices & the free returns is a must for me. I have a very small foot & sometimes wear kids shoes & sometimes I can fit into a size 5. Anyway the point is it is hit or miss & the option of free returns has made me a loyal customer. I am now on my 2nd pair that I will be returning & paying the fee. The 1st time I thought perhaps it was the brand I bought but after further investigation it is not. I will be deleting my account with shoebuy.com & looking to find some place that truly means FREE returns.

They keeping sending me email about their shoes on sale. By applying the promotional code. When I apply the code, it said it is already applied but the price did not change and if click to verify, it said this product does not offer a promotion. This scumbag try to trick people to buy their shoes.
Purchase boots for my daughter when Christmas shopping this fall. When wanting an even exchange for new size they informed me that they could not because I was out of the return window by 1 week. Even though they had the size in stock. Will never order from them again and will tell others of there failure to assist in costumer service. Seriously one week! They even told me they wouldn't help even if it was 1 day.

There is no service from Shoebuy at all. After I ordered I kindly asked them to review my order. Í ordered from the Netherlands and I can't anything elegant in a WW. I gave them the length of my feet. They didn't do anything and shipped the order. When I received the shoes it was obvious that 3 of them where much larger. A small service by measuring would have helped me with the right shoes. No I'm stuck with them and it cost me a lot of money. I mailed them again and there is no response.
Bottom line is I should've read the reviews before I ordered shoes from this company. I will never order from them again. I WARN everyone not to order from this company. They will rob you And make it seem as though you deserve it when you try to resolve the issue. Their website said my order didn't go through so I checked my info attempted 2 more times and finally gave up only to notice they charged me all 3 times on my account. When I called to resolve it they said it didn't go through. I was adamant in telling them that it obviously did because I'm looking at my account and it's gone through. I told them to cancel everything. They said they can't because it didn't go through. I finally had to call my bank to tell them. Like I said just don't order from them.
