I purchased two pairs of shoes from Shoespie on March 4,2015 (Order #*******) and still to this day, have not received my order. I have emailed them several times and with each response (with broken English), they have told me that my shoes are being made to order and will ship out in five days or three days, etc. What the $#*! did I order here, a Fast Food meal? I am so disgruntled that I don't know what to do. I have my bank investigating the issue as I type this complaint. After working hard this tax season, I don't appreciate them just taking my money and not delivering a product. I am going to do everything I can, including getting my attorneys involved. I have already started the process of their investigating this company or so called company.

And another thing that stood out to me, what real, legit company uses PayPal to conduct business? Macy's, Belk, Nordstrom, and other companies with websites don't even use PayPal to run a business. This sounds like a Home Based Scam to me; someone working from their living room in their pajamas taking people's hard earned money while sitting on their asses laughing at us. Well, I will have the last laugh when it's all over! And I have kept every email that has been sent to me from their fake as Representatives with only first names.

And yes Shoespie, please respond to this message and while your at it put my $145.08 back into my account, you have the order number above!

It has been 3 weeks since I ordered my boots! I keep calling or writing emails and... nothing! Phone has always busy tone and live chat doesn't work! The customer service really sucks! I wish I got to read some of these reviews before purchasing anything through this company!

9 weeks since ordering and paying and get told my shoes are being made for me. Do they really think we are that stupid that every pair they sell are made to order. Asked for refund and got told can't be done as they are in manufacture. Said i would have to speak to manager but she was in bed and can't come to the phone. Stinks of a con and after reading reviews on here i doubt i will ever see shoes or my money again. I'm even wondering if the good reviews on here are fake as many of the good reviews have never commented on any other business so why would you come to site jabber just to leave a review for a company you are totally happy with. Thats smells to me

I paid over 100 euros, they look nice on the picture but when they came I was shocked. The quality is AWFUL, they look like shoes worth 30 euros at the most, definietely not 100 euros!
Sole is made out of very bad quality of black plastic, that does not match the colour of the boots. On the picture they look like made of good quality suede leather, but in reality it is awful and colour is disgusting as well. I post pictures below, I hope you will see what kind of material are they made of.
I bought size 4 UK and the heel is so high that is impossible to walk (shoes for over 100 euros should be comfortable and heel should be adjusted to the size of the shoe, not the same height of heel for each size, that's what cheap shoes are, not ones for over 100 euros!). I have them for a month or so and never wore them. I am still waiting for the company to answer my e-mail. They did not bother so far, but yet they posted me two e-mails advertising other products! It's a disgrace.
I am very very unsatisfied with the overall experience and will never buy from them again!

And obviously I cannot even open a complaint on their page or write a review. Half of the page does not work at all. I was also trying to call them which is impossible also. No surprise. I hope these people will pay for what they do!

I ordered shoes 3 weeks ago and we haven't received anything. I have been trying to contact them with no response. I will not order any shoes from this site any more. We paid 180 worth of shoes and nothing. POOR SERVICE

I ordered my shoes from Shoespie.com and I have not received any word on the status of my shoes, haven't received them, and no one has responded to any of my email inquiries. I sent another email today and waiting on a reply. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'm opening up a dispute with them and PayPal.

I paid for shoes and when I got them, they were defective. Shoespie stated they don't accept returns and refused to even give me a return shipping address. I threatened to contact Paypal and only then did they ask for pictures of the damaged shoes. Customer Service confirmed the shoes were defective, but they refused to give me a full refund. I paid $72 and they offered $28, and would not pay for return shipping. I have all their correspondences on email and have since contacted Paypal's fraud department! BUYER BEWARE. I truly think that some of the positive reviews on here are from the companies employees, because this whole ordeal was a nightmare!

I have received about six pairs of heels from shoesspie, the first two pretty much looked as expected, that was over a year ago. The last four pair however started with tiny differences, clearly not the same heels but not a deal killer, though the visible glue all over them was annoying - the final two however were TERRIBLE, a cheap look alike version lacking in all detail and have sloppy edges with glue showing all over. These heels cost $78 and are not even worth $20. Very poor quality. Their customer service - very poor English writing skills and they said Id have to pay shipping to return and would only get half credit to choose another pair. The last email they sent me, they said they'd be off for Chinese New Year for several weeks! Unreal and infuriating. Never ever buy from them, they started out ok but it's just terrible now. I didn't even care about the long shipping time but if you do - be warned it takes about a month to get these, they ship directly from China, go through customs etc.
