Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.

I've had two align pants in the past two months completely rip at the seams. I am a slim athletic person who is definitely wearing the right size so there's no excuse for that to stretch like that and lead to rips. I contacted customer service and because I couldn't tell them exactly when I bought it even though it was recent, and where I bought it from, they wouldn't give me anything. Such a bull$#*! brand for how expensive it is. The quality has just gone down so much. I'd much rather order from alphalete and buffbunny

I used to buy a to Order ID: c*******748 n of items from this company. I recently bought a few shorts and capris for a trip. The quality is terrible. They didnt retain their shape. When trying to return I had to send pictures of each item was asked a bunch of ridiculous questions and have to wait a week till they decide if it can be returned. How ridiculous is that. I have spent 1000$ of dollars on line and in their stores. I intend to report them to the BBB how dare they treat loyal customers so disrespectfully oh and I still dont know if I'm getting my money back! Unacceptable. Stay away from LULULEMON! If I could give no stars I would..

I had a gift card from lululemon $500, from a email sent on 29July 2023. But when i checked the mail on 03 Aug 2023, the attachment was shown the page not found. I was not able to retrieve the gift-card pin code, and use the gift-card.
Same day report to Lululemon and they said the gift card was used in other counties. I told Lululemon to stop the order cause it was a scam. ( Case number: CAS-*******-S4X4Q2)
They had chance stop the person who stole my e-gift card.They clearly said order number was going different address I had my email on my hand but no help from lululemon.

Unfortunately lulu lemon sent a email to me next day asked me report to police. And refuse any help and follow up.

Have spent over $2500 dollars within the last 2 months and probable $3500 within the last year at lululemon and love the Grand Ave. Store great people always helpful and feel good walking out of there! I went to Edina/Galleria today and as always SNOBS! Except Kelly the woman that helped me try stuff on. But the lady that rang me up threw my purchases in the bag no folding busy talking to her friend and could barley say a word to me then I get home and she forgot to take the security tag off of one of my items! Really I don't have time to return again but will need to but it was so obvious I was an inconvenience to the woman ringing me up that she couldn't wait to have me go away. Love the selection at the store but hope that the St. Paul store can expand so that I don't have to go back to the SNOBISH Galleria store... I have been on lululemon passion for a year but this totally put a SOUR taste in my brain!

I ordered from Lulu Lemon and was guaranteed shipping by Dec 24th. I read the tracker and it stated my package would not arrive until January 10th. I called customer service and they assured me that the package would arrive by the 24th so I decided not to go buy another gift for Christmas. The package was not delivered on the 24th and I did not have a gift for my family member.

I had a gift card that I used online. The order went through and I threw the gift card away because I thought I would never need it as I used up all the funds. A week later when I realized I never received the package, I called their customer support and they couldn't find my order. So basically I lost it. How unfortunate:(
I used to like Lululemon and got a lot of stuff from them until today. The good thing there are better brands out there, like Bandier! Try it! Great quality and people make compliments to me all the time when I wear BANDIER

I visited the store in Germantown. TN today with a friend, and I will definitely never shop at Lululemon again. I have extreme anxiety, and I can't tolerate anything covering my face. I was in the Germantown store today with a friend, and I had a mask on, but it was under my nose. Your very rude employee informed me that I had to cover my nose; and I told her that I had anxiety and couldn't tolerate anything over my face. I was told to leave the store. So, needless to say, I won't be back even if you are giving stuff away!

Went to the store in Carlsbad, said it had the product I needed ended up not having the size I wanted. Sales person said no worries it will be here on the 24th if you order it online! Great really in 4 days it will be here? Yes no problem! Sold! Guess what got an email 2 days later oh your product is on its way... January 4th! So I sent a text to their online service and all of a sudden it will be here the 24th! Well it's 11:06 on the 24th and guess what not here! Check email I have a new update on my shipment... won't be here until the 26th! Why drag your feet? I would have gone to another store that had it and bought it to make sure I had it on time! Never again will I order online and trust the date! Be honest and tell the costumer the truth so they have the option to buy or go to another store! They are only in it for the sale! Such crap!

Why would I spend money with you when your policy is to not only allow shoplifters to steal to the point of store closures (meaning your hardworking employees are out of a job) but to FIRE LONG TERM employees for filing a police report? I burned the clothes I'll NEVER buy from you again and will advise others to do the same. This company is pro criminal and punishes the people actually working for what they need. You're all garbage, thanks

Tip for consumers:
Get a clue, start supporting your employees over criminals. Why would I spend any money with you when I could just rob your store consequence free? I don't support anyone or any company who is pro crime.

I've bought Three outfits that are now burnt to ash in my fire pit.

This is the third time I have ordered online from them and the third time I haven't received my items I ordered. They told me they would give me a refund like they're doing me a favor and giving me my money back. Then I was told they couldn't even reorder the same items either. They have awesome clothes but really suck to deal with. Keep your money order from Vuori or Vissla or Patagonia.

Tip for consumers:
That they aren't helpful. When you have an issue they don't care and don't apparently need your business either. So don't help some jerk who doesn't care about the consumer get richer.

I purchased visor from the Lululemon on July 19th and returned July 24th. The return processing was too delay so I had to contact the lululemon customer service several times but it was useless info from the customer service. On August 24th, about a month later, I checked USPS tracking again and it was delivered on August 11th but they didn't refund my money yet. So I contacted the customer service AGAIN and requested my money back and they told me that I have to wait again about 3-5 days due to refund processing. Unbelievable! They already received a returned item about 13 days ago but they didn't even know until the customer contact them! I have ever, never had this kind of experience with any companies in my life.

I received leggings as a gift. They were really great; however, the wrong size. I returned them the same day they were received in the mail. I was promised to receive an e-gift card where I could then use it for a bigger size. I waited and and never got it. I contacted help and she said wait a little longer. After a month, I emailed again and they told me that the credit card that purchased them would be refunded even though I received them as a gift. Terrible customer service, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER. IM SO DISGUSTED.

Lululemon has the worst quality control over sale items, and they won't approve your review about negative experience.

My experience is the final sale items highly likely to be defect, so don't buy.

Lululemon just assuming all negative reviews are bad customer that want to return the used item. I would like to hear others experience before making a purchase of sale items. If I know sale=final sale= defect or used. I will think about it.

The final sale items are likely having tag pinned on the cloth, which means you never qualify for a return if something wrong with the item because they need to confirm the tag is still on, which never on when it arrived. And they make you feel like you are a bad customer just want to get returns after using the items.

My experience is I got a jacket with a hair sewed in the cuff by manufacturers that I can not take it out myself. Plus it's kinda disgusting to do so. Another it's a used jacket that smell like Tide. The second one I just put in washer. The first one it's in trash now...

Attached their emails for not approving my reviews and assuming I want a return and tell me need tag on to qualify. And also attached the hair in cuff that I took when I notice.

Tip for consumers:
Lululemon doesn’t stand behind their quality, so final sale means used clothes or defect without return. Don’t trust their customer service about offering a return, they will never accept their fault and only issue a one time exception. Unless you feel comfortable about accepting their kind exception and admit they have not fault and you are just a bad customer wants a return.

I have been a loyal customer to Lululemon since 2015 as I have extremely long legs and couldn't find a brand that makes leggings long enough. Around 2018 I noticed a decline in quality and it has only gotten worse since. I bought 2 pairs of leggings a few weeks ago and after being worn THREE times each the seams are completely falling apart. I do NOT pay $120+ per pair of leggings for them to subsequently fall apart. The one pair also arrived with a permanent light spot, which I also don't appreciate included on my $300 purchase. Luckily there are now plenty of other brands out there that can cater to my build because while I was okay spending that much for quality leggings, THEY ARE NO LONGER QUALITATIVE. I attached pictures of my most recent pair- this doesn't even do justice to the condition of some that I've had for a few months. Take your hard earned money elsewhere folks.

Sure I love lululemon but I only have experience in the store. Let's just start out with how hard their mobile app is to use. It requires you to sign in every time you open the app and it frequently deletes items from my cart. Never order online from lululemon. EVER. First of all they charged me double and they didn't even do what I asked for in the ordering process. I ordered two pairs of leggings. One showed up days late and the other was lost. Not just delayed but lost. Like I will never get them lost. And the worst part is that they are not out of stock online and nowhere in stores near me. And all the customer service representative did was refund me and said sorry for ya. Which I'm almost 90 percent positive won't work. It will probably charge me two more times instead of actually refunding my money. Never order online from them. If you want their products actually go in store because ordering online is complete and under crap. It would be better if I hired a bird to go make me some leggings because then I could afloat know that I would get something.

Two days this week I have been on a chat with an "educator" from Lululemon who really end up being non-empowered parrots who literally have nothing they can do to help you with except wasting your time. My order was saying it had not processed and when talking to a chat help they wanted to send me to an "Educator" who never showed up after waiting for 20 minutes. When I went back in to my order the next day it had a ship date after waiting 6 days to see if had even been processed. Recently I had received a discount code as a thank you for shopping Lulu last year (thousands spent for myself and my family) and the email mysteriously "disappeared" today even though I have been looking at it almost daily as I was trying to decide what to get. Now, I understand that maybe by clicking the link it may have activated and when I didn't order the same day it could have been unusable, but the "educator" could not tell me anything and just kept saying they had no access to any discounts and no explanation. Both times a complete wast of time and absolutely no information given that could educate. Worst customer service experience ever.

Tip for consumers:
Know your stuff because they are stingy and unhelpful and certainly not customer oriented. No return on items without tags, they do not resend emails with discount code, their chat line is useless and their communication is rude and unhelpful.

This was not based on product it was based on order status and resending a discount code.

They have to have the WORST customer service (aka Live Educators) of any company I've ever contacted. They did NOT offer any solution. They did NOT offer any support. They did NOT offer anything of value. How do they get such a good reputation for the poor service they offer?

So I love Lululemon for the fact of how comfortable they are but MY STUFF IS ALL PILLING within a month of having the pants they pull like really badly and it honestly hurts because I spent at least 80 dollars on pants that are just gonna pill in month I don't know if they changed something or what but really really disappointed and upset with this

I can't believe this company does as well as it does with it's horrible customer service. I finally broke down and decided to order my first pair of Lululemon leggings. Five days after ordering, I received a notice that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I called the number given to me in the email and was told they were experiencing high call volume so I could opt to be put into the line to receive a text. I entered my information and waited for my text. Three hours later, I received a notice that they were closing for the day but reply yes to receive a call in the morning. Fast forward FIVE days, I received a text that they were ready to help me. At the time, I was at my son's soccer game so I didn't reply for 30 minutes after receiving Lululemon's text. It has now been 3 hours and they have not replied. Why do I think it will be another 5 days? I find it hard to believe in this day and age, people put up with this. I buy a lot of exercise clothing and was excited to receive my first pair of leggings from Lululemon. I will not be ordering anything from them.

IGNORE WHEN IT SAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE BY, YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER WHEN THEY ARE GOOD AND READY. I ORDERED LEGGINGS WEEKS AGO AND I CAN'T FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE. THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR MY ORDER! I TRIED TO CALL BUT HAD TO HANG UP AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. WHEN I TRY TO CHAT ONLINE, I HAVE 549+ PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME, AND DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT.

SERIOUSLY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! BUY ATHLETA THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER.

Overpriced leggings and they won't even let you return them. PLUS, if you order online you don't recieve their famous shopping bag. It's so disgusting that I bought EXPENSIVE leggings for my daughter that were onsale and they won't let me EXCHANGE them so she can actually wear them. Not asking for a refund, just an exchange or credit. I will be spreading the word about how awful lululemon is, taking advantage of middle schoolers.
