Love this tennis skirt. It's a hybrid of comfort and style. Sizing was true to size. Thanks Lululemon!
Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order. The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
Looking for sportswear? Look no further! The sports bras from here are amazing, and cater to the activities I do. The leggings are also amazing and flexible, though they are a little pricey...
The workers are rude! Clothes are overpriced and bad quality! And costumer service sucks! Don't waste your money! Lululemon is the worst company ever
I was waiting in the line to try on a few bras and shorts for around half an hour, then when I finally got to the front of the line, this lady (who works there obviously), grabs a hold of one of my items of clothing and looks at the tag, then asks: "So You're a size 12 in Australia?" and I was like yep. Then she checks my sister's items and goes: "you are not a size 10..." Then I say to her that I've gotten a few items of clothing that are of different sizes, so that I can try it on, thus the reason for my waiting in the line to go to the fitting rooms for like half an hour. Then she says to us: "you two are definitely not these sizes, you guys should be getting the size 6s".
So she basically told us to get out of the line. So we did.
Firstly, you shouldn't just randomly look at anyone's clothes that they're about to try on, let alone saying out loud the size and questioning them about it. It is my choice what sizes of clothing I want to try on, there is no need for you to tell me what is suitable for my body, especially since I did not even ask for your opinion.
The clothes I were wearing may have been covering what you might've thought was something else.
This was an embarrassing experience and this has left me with a bad impression of the store. I now feel embarrassed to line up for their fitting rooms now :(
Horrible customer service (saf from instagram and eldwaldo via email)
I ordered an item online as a gift for a relative. The relative decided they did not want it so I initiated a return online. The directions indicated to either 1. Print the label and drop off at a FedEx location or 2. Print the label and drop off in store. As my relative lives close to the store in Halifax NS (Halifax shopping centre location), she offered to drop it off. I do not live close to a store nor close to my relative. When she did go to the store, the lululemon store refused to put the money back on my credit card as she did not physically have the card. It was not indicated anywhere during the online return that she had to physically have my card in order to fully process the transaction.
Instead, they gave her a gift card for the value which I do not want. I want the refund back on my card but am now stuck with a gift card I will not use and cannot return. I contacted customer service via email and instagram who were both absolutely unhelpful and condescending (saf on instagram and elwaldo via email).
Lululemon, you have horrible customer service and as an aside, stop calling your employees educators. You sell overpriced $#*!ty quality clothes. You're not educating anyone.
I was given a Christmas from my daughter from this company it was a shirt. After 4 weeks the the front started to show piling and wear $78 for this! I tried to do a return in January but was advised this company would only except returns towards the end of Feb. Feb 28 th I sent in a quality issue after 19 days I was asked to provide a photo of a dot and more photos? There is not dot and okay I sent in another photo to the same email thread. Still no reply I then got the online purchase receipt from my daughter and also sent that to the same tread? As suggested in this email. Still no response another week and I send in an email no response … March 26th almost a month later I start a chat trying to get an update …. Well that was a mistake…. I was told that ever time I send in an email I have to wait another 15 days? And that I needed to be patient. Let's keep in mind that the return process hasn't even been approved or denied at this point … I will use my gift card that remain and cut my ties. There gear isn't that special and any other company will take my $$$
Last week, I ordered two flare leggings (black) and sports bra from the Company. I received one pair of leggings and the sports bra but not the 2nd pair. The packing slip indicated that 2 pairs were sent. Knowing this was not the case, I immediately contacted the Company. Waited on hold for hours only to be disconnected. Finally I decided to send an email. In response to my email, I was told the Company would need 15-20 business days to "investigate" my issue. Basically, I was being called a liar. I advised this was unacceptable, to which I received the same response. The leggings are not cheap. Now I am out $100 for the leggings and have to wait for a month while the Company "investigates". If the investigation is anything like the Company's records and service thus far, I am screwed. Whatever you do, stay away from them until they get it together - customer service is abysmal and they don't care if you pay for something you don't receive. The company doesn't care about its customers - this is how they treat customers during a pandemic, my goodness - stay away.
I ordered a pair of women running gloves online about one week ago and it's still in transit in the FedEx truck. Or so they say. So, I chatted with an incompetent agent today Saturday 10/31/20. As an educated person and customer, I am quite sure I know how to read a FedEx website. Our conversation wasn't productive at all. I simply would like to know where are my running gloves? Here is the end of our chat today. :) :) :)
Agent: [10/31/20,12:33:19 PM] You too take care Anne, if you want to relief some stress I would check out some new gear on our We Made Too Much Section. Have a great day!
End of conversation
I sent Lululemon an email tonight to inquire about my order since it was supposed to be delivered to my place today. If they play the arrogant game, I have news for them. I will contact as many organizations as I can and I will get my money back. This company shouldn't be in business. Unfortunately for Luluorange, I know numerous people in the community and I'll communicate my discontent and dislike with them. Apology for being blunt dear Lululemon, but you have just lost one potential customer and many more...
So long!
I bought a LULULEMON Yoga Mat and I had an asthma attack! The first night, I kept the yoga mat in my bedroom by thinking that I will have a nice stretch in the morning. I woke up with the difficulty to breath and I was coughing a lot. I was not sure if it was really the strong smell of the chemicals from the LULULEMON Yoga Mat but every time that I was getting closer to it, I was heavily reacting to it. When I read about the chemicals used for this yoga mat, I figured out that their chemicals used are toxic and can dangerous for your health.
I went immediately to the store to share my experience and I had a hard time to get my refund! I still cannot believe that the lady told me that with the time, the strong smell of rubber will get away! She did not understand that it is not about just a smell but a product that can be dangerous for your health!
Tonight, I have pain in the lungs and strong headaches, the smell is still a bit in my bedroom and I have to wash the towel that I put on the mat. The towel smells like the disgusting tire of a car!
I was never born asthmatic, there are a new study that say: asthma and allergies have increased in the developed world during the last 30 years. The companies want to promote nice new products by using strong chemicals to make the product to look good but bad for our health and it just makes us sicker!
Please look for a hypo-allergenic Yoga Mat instead and please do not encourage the products using dangerous chemicals!
Yes Lu Lu Lemon had a recall on their hoodies made between 2008 and 2014 the drawstring was made from elastic like materials and a metal piece at the end causing injury to people in the face It was not a very good attempt at getting the word out there just how bad the injury could be caused by the drawstring! I myself was injured in 2009 but truly thought it was a freak accident yea my eye was injured and bad! I was not aware until I heard about the recall that my injury was a result of the mistake made when manufacturing the drawstring string! Mistakes happen yes, but take responsibility for it and take it seriously. I reported it yup they offered $550.00 gift certificate I was told my injury was the worse report and to by their own Resolution Team to taktit legal I did but lost due to a limitation act. You must respond with in 2 years of the injury! Today I have permanent eye damage for life yes and they dont care. Worse part is another woman was hurt in the eye about 8 weeks ago and what are doing her? Not much they have replied we did what was necessary by Canada Health these jackets are still out there please beware if you get hurt you will suffer and they will do nothing. I am aftone will show up in a Consignment Store and could possibly be bought by a Mother for a young child as they fit small! So Lu Lu Lemon what if a small child losses an eye will you care then
I purchased a pair of commission pants in Destin earlier this year and liked them so well i went online to order a couple more pairs. I ordered another black pair and i tried a blue/gray pair. They came in i wore the blue/gray pair out and kept feeling something different on the back of the leg. Along the middle of the leg it is like they did not have a full piece of material but two halves. A seam runs along the back of the leg. I checked the black pair. They do not have that. My other pair does not have that. I contacted LuLuemon. After sending them pic after pic of the pant their solution is to send me a store credit that i can repurchase the pants (why they can't replace is a question unanswered) or purchase something else as the item i wanted may not be in stock. May not be in stock? My credit never expires. These pants were $128 and tax. No answer as to why a seam, i have to box up and ship and wait on my credit, there are three stores in charlotte. I declined their offer and they said to contact them if i ever need more assistance. They said they did understand.

I spoke to an "educator" today whose name is Tricia, and she's an epitome of what a worst customer service is. She wouldn't let me talk. Every time I'll explain to her what my concerns are, she jumps in and talk while I'm still talking.
We have been ordering in the past weeks and everything comes in 1 package for every order we make. This time, we were surprised that for this particular order of 5 pieces, they emailed us that it has been delivered, but we received only 1pc. Obviously, that I for confused us. Secondly, another package/order that should come in 1 package stated that it was delivered but we did not. I was following up with Tricia, and she was the rudest, meanest customer service representative I've ever encountered. She wouldn't listen to my concern. She talks when I talk. She doesn't wanna hear my concerns cuz after she talked, she said "DONE"... and she put down the phone on me. She was on speaker phone, my whole family and relatives were shocked and tongue-tied. That was the worst person we've ever encountered in line with customer service. Me and my family are wondering how she can represent lululemon. That's a shame.
I used to love Lululemon but honestly I will take my business elsewhere! My order NEVER CAME and customer service didnt do anything to help! $800 worth of products this is ridiculous!
I have shopped at lululemon for year never a quality issue this is the first time horrible for expensive leggings

I'm debating returning the item I just bought because of how terrible I felt at the store today. I have never felt less valued as a customer. The employee who was tending to me seemed half present when she was with me. First of all she got the wrong size when I had already told her my size. But worst of all was how she just didn't seem to care. She knocked on my door and asked me how I was doing really fast like it was her responsibility and she wanted to leave. I said "it's going well" and I am not lying when I say she very sarcastically said "okay that's greaaaat." When I was checking out I had to wait for her to finish talking to her employee friends about something that wasn't related to work. When she came to me you could tell she was wanting to go back to her coworkers. I felt disrespected and the hype about "lululemon being worth the price" has worn off. I don't want to find out for myself if it's worth it or not. I'm disappointed that there isn't an option to leave a review on experience to lululemon directly. (At least I didn't see it on the receipt which is usually the case in Canada.) Lululemon just lost a customer, Victoria's Secret is enough for me.
Just tried to return a pair of new with tags Lululemon $98 leggings and they rejected my return. It's only been 4 months. What's up?
Tip for consumers:
Heads up that Lululemon only has a 30 DAY Return Policy.

This company has the worst customer service ever. Considering what they charge for clothing, you would think they would value their customers. But not the case. My trainer bought me a gift certificate, and they were having some glitch, and it would not work. The online customer service was absolutely no help at all after an hour or so.
Honestly the customer service was so bad, I honestly thought about just chucking the gift certificate, but my trainer asked about it. I didn't have the heart to tell her about the awful service. I took the gift certificate to the store, and was going to spend another $250. The gift certificate showed I had money on it, but the pin was not correct. They could not process my transaction. I asked her if she couldn't just override the transaction, and she could deal with it later. She refused to offer ANY solutions. I get this generation can't problem solve and doesn't know the value of customer service, but really, lose a $250 sale over a $30 gift card? I canceled my transaction. I doubt I will get anywhere with their customer service. Only reason I may call, is because this company doesn't deserve to keep the $30! Tacky tacky tacky
Tip for consumers:
Don’t support businesses that don’t value customers time.
After years of buying their product today I went to the Kelowna store in B. C. to return two items. I should of known there was an issue when all three people in the line up were returning items. I knew this was going to be a headache when the blond clerk with bad baggy eyes began rolling them. When I looked in both directions I realized I was the only First Nation person in the store. I was told that my one item was final sale even though it was bought by my husband on the same day and had every tag on it, I didn't even try it on cause I knew as soon as I saw it that it was too small. She then tried to tell me that the second item also couldn't be returned cause it wasn't legal to credit my card and I had to use my husband's card. Seriously lady what isn't legal is for me to use another persons credit card. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN - GET REAL YOUR COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I LOOK FORWARD TO SPENDING MY MONEY ON YOUR COMPETITION.

I received a used vest that had some kind of animal hair on it. I received an email for a review of the product. My review included my dissatisfaction regarding my expensive yet previously owned purchase. My review was then blocked. The interaction with Lululemon is as follows:
R.,
I believe I did follow the guidelines required in my review. Would you please tell me specifically where I breached the guidelines?
Secondly, I would like the opportunity to leave another review, how do I go about doing that?
Thank you,
SB
