Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
They are a little bit pricy but girl I have money. There clothes are so comfy and I want to always sleep in the clothes. The fabric is so nice and comfortable. Thanks for the TIMEEEEEEE
I had sent my pants in for hemming and I never received an email saying it was ready. I made multiple calls to the store with the work order number. After more than a week of waiting, I walked into the store and asked. They had lost my pants!
I was eventually given a gift certificate to re buy it if and when it is back in stock, but I was quite disappointed in the service.

I received a pair of align lululemon pants for Christmas. Truly soft and comfy. I wore them maybe 5 times to work out, then one day while pulling them on my thumb went through the material. Sadly unimpressed with the quality and the team at lululemon said nothing they could do it wasnt a quality issue. Really? After a handful of wears putting a hole in 100 dollar leggings while doing nothing more than pulling them on is NOT a quality issue?
I reported this Lululemon impersonator to the actual company. Made the mistake to order from them mid April. SCAM. I had to replace my credit card and obviously no clothes were sent to this day even though they sent an active shipping link. All the emails for contact are fake.

My girls were each given a pair of Lululemon leggings for Christmas 2020. One pair has stretched to the point of needing a hair elastic to hold them up! I sent pictures and a detailed description of the issue. Lululemon will not let me return them as my concern "does not qualify"! The other pair of leggings (identical type) are perfect! The girls wear them equally as much, they have been washed equally as much and never put in the dryer! This is truly frustrating! A very expensive lesson. Never going to purchase Lululemon again.
Not only they have over price items but the most awful customer service on the phone, they don't let you talk, they are like bullies picking on clients.

I truly do not know how anyone can rate lululemon below 5 stars. You can return pants from ten years ago without proof of sale and get a store balance. I do not know any other place that does that. If you have any issues, the customer service will help you and they are truly AMAZING. If there is an inconvenience, they will send you a store balance JUST for the inconvenience. You have pants with a hole or bad pilling? Send them back (or return in store) and get a complete refund (store credit). Like I said, they can be second hand, from a thrift shop, or gifted, they will give you store credit if there is anything wrong with the product. Products are 10/10 quality, and with their policies, you can not say it does not deserve the hype it gets.
It amazes me that you would fire your employees that would defend your store (doing the right thing) and attempt to stop those that steal and destroy. I will never go to your store again because it isn't safe. I hope many more boycott your stores because you guys went "WOKE!" Just Terrible!

I received assistance with a return from a very helpful customer service representative named Miranda. Despite my super unique issue / situation that required her to do a lot of digging, she was super patient and had a really positive & upbeat attitude throughout the entire process. Handling customers' problems is not an easy job (especially in these crazy times), so I sincerely appreciated Miranda's patience and positivity.
I had a gift card - in trying to use, the code needed peeled off even when I tried to gently remove. I spent an hour online with someone who was really unprofessional and would disappear without updating on the process - I never knew is she was still online. In the midst of our chat, she responds "heart attack" - is that code for something? Or was she mixing up our chat with her personal texts? Alarming. She could not resolve. I got passed along. They said I'd have a new card in my email in 1-2 business days. Now 8 days later, I reach out - still nothing. "Oh, looks like it didn't get coded right. You'll have that in 1-2 business days." I'm removing Lululemon gift cards from my gift ideas from friends & family! Shocking for such a large company they have such poor customer service. Disappointing.

I have repeatedly sent e-mails and waited on hold for customer service representatives re: return of define jacket that was too small. Continuously given dates of when refund will be processed and it never happens. Today I received another response to last nights e-mail telling me I need to wait another 15-20 days for processing (jacket received in their warehouse more than a month ago). After that time another couple weeks before card will be received. I am not asking for cash just a credit to purchase the correct size of jacket I received for Mothers Day. I have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing nearly a dozen pair of leggings as well as numerous tanks, tees and jackets. Lulu Lemon is extremely efficient in collecting money, but their customer service (GEC) is pathetic and reprehensible.
Customer service decided to ignore me when I complained about damaged and ill fitting tights. This was the 2nd time thus has happened. I'm so mad. Why do we pay so much when 20$ tights from Costco are better quality.
Lululemon Has restructured their customer service which means you can no longer reach a human if you need help. I have been waiting on a gift card from a defective return sent four months ago and no one is even answering my emails since the restructure occurred. For a company that tries to make themselves look so high above the rest their customer service is $#*! in the toilet. Once I have this issue resolved I will never buy from them again there are a lot better companies out there who value their customers.

Its hard to believe the hype with lululemon isn't true. Yes, the designs are somewhat fashionable. But the practicality of the stitching is not price-worthy for active wear that is supposed to be resilient for physical activity. When I received my order, three out of the six items stitches were fraying/separating. I would check it twice and only buy what you really gravitate towards..
Ordered pants 6 weeks ago and was sent a bra! Returned that but still waiting for pants with no information despite multiple hours with customer service. I dont think they know what they are doing. Watch out!
WORSE customer service experience with lululemon. I got a pair of leggings in February for them to already have a hole in them by March. After wearing $98 leggings + tax, FOUR times, I'd expect an exchange or my situation complying to the "lifetime warranty". I am extremely unimpressed, especially since it's not the first time their in store/warranty customer service disappoint.
Not to mention their sales staff that are not only at times demeaning or barely any help. If I'm paying extreme prices, I'm expecting extreme customer service.
From now on, I will be shopping elsewhere.

I purchase many everywhere belt bags…. But recently the white opals were thrown in mail bag…. Not the style pictured or fabric…. And mailed to us…not once but both orders…. Seems like they want to get rid of old stock…. The ones I received and daughter where the not adjustable strap…. Material had pulls and have a a grid pattern on them…. Nothing like what we ordered……now I have to drive again 40 min each way to do these returns in 2 days……get your order distribution right…. Disregard for customers orders of the right merchandise…. I wouldn't recommend buying white opal…. They seem to let the stores unload the old stock…. Shame on Lululemon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I unhappily received a gift card to shop here and found one pair of leggings that I liked, they happened to be on sale so I got 2, I even bought larger than my size and they were tight 3 inches up my calf. I'm 126 lbs and size 4-5 is what I wear normally, I got a 6 and they're far too tight. Oh and surprise, no returns allowed (which I found out AFTER placing my order) even tho the website advertised "hassle free, free returns" so basically it was entirely wasted money. The material is uncomfortable and they were passed my belly button and the crotch was hanging down 3 inches. If you are skinny and want to feel like a whale and wear super tight clothing that costs a fortune, you're shopping with the right company. For anyone else I'd recommend you steer clear. These leggings are sized very small and far too expensive even at a discounted rate, such a terrible experience.

I have been very satisfied with Lulu Lemon products- various style yoga long tights, cropped tights, headbands.
I wear these products often, they last a long time and are excellent value for money.
Three years ago, a friend, another fan of LuLu Lemon products, told me to buy a high - necked LuLu Lemon one piece bathing suit.
Styling is great. Charcoal Grey colour is flattering and a nice change from all the black I already have.
I only swim about 2-4 times per year. I have worn this bathing about 10 times in the last 3 years.
The quality of the material looks brand new. Unfortunately, the zipper jams and I can no longer zip
It up.
We were leaving the country and my husband wanted another pair of ABC pants for the plane ride but didn't have to time go to Seattle. ( we live on an island) I called and they were extra nice by taking my credit card number over the phone and shipped them out immediately. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit since he gained weight since we bought the last pair. I called the store and talked to Justin who understood and immediately sent me a return label so I put them in the mail to get a refund.
It was absolutely delightful to deal with people who actually care, are professional and do what they say they are going to do. I will try again, but have my husband on hand to get the right pants! Thanks Lululemon!
Love their products. Was excited find something I like and looking forward for their weeks long shipping, worst is after few days received their cancellation email, yet happened on me few times, why you take my order & charges my card if you run out the stock?
