Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.

I've been buying Lululemon underwear for probably about two years now. All of my purchases are documented at my local Lulu Lemon store in Cranston Rhode Island. I kept having pairs of underwear fall apart and have holes in them after about a month of use. At first I thought it was me and something I was doing with laundering them incorrectly. I took the recommendations of somebody at the local store and started hanging up all of my underwear to dry and not putting then in the dryer, and also washing them in a bag on a gentle cycle. I'm so upset that I've stuck with this brand and continue to buy them and some recent purchased underwear is still having holes in them after a short period of time. At this point I am probably up to 10 pairs of damaged underwear. Your underwear is not Cheap and I was OK with that until now. I cannot afford to do this anymore and I would expect to get my money back or sometime type of a credit back to the store. I'm disgusted and I'm not recommending that anybody by your underwear anymore because it falls apart and it does not last. Actually, the store told me that they've been having an issue with underwear but you've corrected it. Apparently this isn't the case because this underwear was purchased probably about two months ago.

My daughter was instructed By store employees to register for the Sweat Collective online. We live over an hour away from a Lululemon and it would be convenient for her to purchase at home. She is 14 and teaches 4 dance classes a week. She spoke to an online employee at length, they had her fill out all kinds of information and was told she would be enrolled within a week. The week is here and her membership online AND in store was revoked because of her age. Online members must be 18. That information was never shared before... but I can understand if that is a term. However, I was told that we would have to go into a store and reapply to reinstate her membership there. What? She has been a member for over a year. She has already brought in proof of employment and applied. They should have taken care of it. I asked 5 times to speak to a supervisor or manager and was refused. The employee was a broken record of useless information. My daughter did everything that was asked of her and now is being punished. Terrible customer service! TERRIBLE!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rate negative stars if I could. I have been misled by so many different "educators" who think they know what they're talking about but every new person I chat with seems to have a different response. They have delayed my return request for a month now and refuse to even look at it. Such a terrible company that overcharges their customers and treats them like trash when they reach out for help. So awful

We recently stopped in Vaughan mills lululemon to get comfy pants for my daughter to travel home in after her surgery at Toronto sick kids I bought a pair each for my three sons my daughter that had the surgery couldn't decide on a pair and the staff comped one pair so she could have both
It made her day she really needed some good luck to come her way and it did starting at lululemon

If you need xmas presents in a rush you are better off with going to their store, it takes 5 days for the express items to arrive, compare that to Amazon's 2 days.

My first and last time ordering there after my purchase. I had ordered the wrong size and immediately tried to cancel the order. Well after being disconnected 3 different times it was out of the time frame to even cancel the order. They couldn't do anything for me and said they would try another way to get the ordered canceled. Almost 2 hours of getting nowhere, a week later the return STILL didn't work and I had to sit for another 40+ minutes to get another girl telling me it didn't work and I needed to print out a form and try a return AGAIN and wait up to 10 days to receive the return after they receive it back in a few days. NEVER AGAIN

This company is fraudulent. I was supposed to receive a full refund for a shipment that never came in December…it is MARCH. Originally i tried to make it work by getting a new shipment sent out but the customer service is run by absolute idiots that cannot read. Three out of the four emails i sent (all responded by different people) had the same dismissive response basically telling me things i already know from looking at the tracking information. When the fourth person responded they had some sort of direction. However when i asked for the refund they wanted me to send in a couple months worth of my bank statements (wtf?!) this is private information they wanted me to send in. It also takes me way longer to cross everything out on my statements than it does for them to look up my name, see my account information, acknowledge the shipment was never received, and press refund… Or is their system that poorly run that they need me to do it for them?!
I am not someone to go out of their way to review but this company is exceptionally horrible and deserving of all the bad reviews it receives. Do not order from them. The clothing is not worth the headache you end up going through.

I placed an order on June 13. Everything was fine initially. Got shipping updates, etc.

Then the updates suddenly stopped on June 17. Every time I checked back, it simply said "check back later."

On June 27, i. E., 2 weeks after the order date, I followed up w/ customer service. They had no idea what happened to the package. They told me that the policy is to start a 'trace' and get back to me in 4 days.

I asked if I could simply cancel. They said "no you can't cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order."

WHAT? So, lululemon made me pay hundreds of dollars, then proceeded to lose my package, then asked me to wait 4 days just to tell me what might have happened to the package, then told me I couldn't even cancel the order?!

And then 4 days later I got this message:

"We're following up with the trace that we have set up for your package. If you've received your package, no need to reply to this email. We hope you're loving your new gear! If you haven't received your package, please let us know. You can do so by replying directly to this email, contacting us on live chat, or by giving us a call at *******300. Have a wonderful day!"

HOW ARE THEY TRACING THIS PACKAGE IF THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I'VE RECEIVED IT?

Stay away from lululemon.com. Just don't buy anything there.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered 1 item and it never arrived. I have contacted lululemon multiple times via the Live Chat option. They refused to do anything until after the 7th shipping day even though FedEx notified me on the 5th shipping day the package was lost and they had issued a trace. Finally after the 7th shipping day lululemon said they were putting in a trace request with Fedex (This was already done on the 5th shipping day) and I would have to wait another 4 days for a resolution. I was also told by lululemon I would receive an email with the trace information immediately, which I still don't have. I ordered the item as a Christmas gift which I'm obviously not receiving and have to figure something else out.
Customer Service should have offered to re-ship the item or a refund and dealt with the missing package on their own. Either have it sent back to them if found or deal with the insurance claim if not found. Instead they make the customer deal with the problem. As of now I have no gift and no refund and am still waiting to hear something about the trace. I will NEVER give a dime to this company again!

I have ALWAYS been satisfied with Lululemon products and service. Between myself and 2 teen girls, I spend thousands per year (usually about $200-300 per visit) and I've spent this money for many years.

Unfortunately, I had a situation with pink hottie shorts that never arrived, so I called the toll-free number only to be told that the shorts "had a shipping label problem and they were never shipped". I was NEVER notified about the shipping issue (from either Lululemon or FedEx). I was only given a tracking number that didn't give any details. The educator (as the customer service reps are called) from Lulu, instructed me to contact my bank and dispute the charges instead of giving me a refund. AND, when I asked for a manager,
I was told "none of our managers are customer facing, so I will send you to our resolution team for follow-up in a few days". The educator refused to let me speak with another human while on the phone. In fact, her response was "you're NOT understanding me, so I will end this call". She hung up on me while I was asking for her employee identifier. She was one of the WORST ever.

There are lots of competitors coming to the market who would love my biz and I will pause before giving Lululemon my money in the future. It was a very unfortunate way to start my Monday.

Tip for consumers:
Refund policy- I was instructed to contact my bank and dispute the charge instead of offering me a refund. The absolute worse agent!

If there is a shipping issue, be prepared to be transferred to another dept called resolution team.

This company cant even get your first order right then they try to give you 25 bux to smooth it over. Get bent I will go with Nordstrom as they actually get your goods to you correctly and on time.

I was a loyal customer all till today. After being o. The phone back & forth. I discovered they are a non hassle free company. I spend thousand of dollars with this company. In top of that recommending this company to many friends. However the store I shop with. Has a pair of box it out tights on sale. But didn't have a size 4. But online do. She stated I Gould called them. And they should give me price adjustment. Didn't know it would be a big HASSLE. After they lady telling me that she will be able to help me. Get my item. Still ran into a bumpy road. Reminder I was on the phone back & forth trying to find this tights. Still didn't get a chance to purchase my tights. She stated that her hands was tide and I can just purchase for regular price. Once they come call them back and she came make the adjustment. Reminder I just had spoke with someone previously. Calm back and Rebecca sattad hat she WILL be able to help. Me. She said let me place you on a brief hold. So now I'm excited thinking I'm going to get my tights. Nope. Very disappointment once again. A company that I have spent thousand of dollars with. Can even give me a discount code to accommodate to a loyal customer. I guess gym shark here I come. I can spend money and this one time they had to accommaidate me ended up a bloody mess. Now I'm super sad & upset. To the I cancel workout. I guess my coins & loyalty doesn't mean anything to you guys. That being said duces.

Ordered over $400 online and realized I put a wrong shipping address. I wanted to change or cancel the order, but I was told I have to wait till next day. The next day morning, I called them and I was told I could
Only cancel the order within 60 mins after I ordered. Well, ok, can you pls update the shipping address? Yes, only after 3-5 days. Excuse me, what is the point you change the address after the scheduled delivery date? The most inconvenient online shopping experience and the worst customer service. The customer service kept stopping what I was trying to tell him and hanged the phone even before I was ready to end the call. Lululemon, if you have so many policies and restrictions for online shopping, pls make sure you have enough staffs to assist and support 24/7 behind if you want to make money 24/7! Otherwise, how can you expect customers to cancel the order within 1 hour without anyone there to assist after business hour. If it is not the business and you dont provide service for online purchase, then pls let them know and dont try to make money with no service and strict policies.

MY SON BOUGHT ME A 50$ GIFT CARD FOR MY BDAY. WHEN I SCRATCHED OFF THE SILVER COVERING THE NUMBER/PIN, WAS UNREADABLE.
CONTACTED LULUMON 4 TIMES, SENT PICTURES OF THE CARD AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A NEW ONE. NEVER DID. EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM, THEY SAY THEY NEED A PIC - ITS BEEN SENT OVER 4 TIMES!
THIS COMPANY IS NOT SATISFYING THEIR OBLIGATIONS. WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!

DONT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS AND THE CLOTHING IS GROSSLY OVERPRICED.

I am absolutely appalled that you think your olympic gear is worth the amount of money you are charging. Better quality that remains to be proven and what ever happened to promote Canadians not your company. Apparently greed trumps all. You seriously should NEVER have gotten the contact for Canadas gear you are obviously not promoting the athletes you are promoting your name. I hope Roots Canada gets the contact next they were affordable YOU ARE NOT and never tried and to say you are cheaper the the United States WHO THE F. K cares we are Canadians not Americans. It still boils down to GREED!

I went into a store tonight (March 3,2021) and wanted to try on some items. I was allowed 6 items in the dressing room. As I am trying on my items, I have tried on 2 of them at this point the sales lady tells me I have 2 minutes left and I have to leave my dressing room. When I asked her why, she mentioned its store policy that each person only has 7 minutes in the dressing rooms. Firstly I am appalled at this policy and the fact it was not mentioned prior to entering the changerooms. Secondly I was asked to leave! I did not get to try on my items (6 items in 7 minutes, that's just over a minute per item) and had to leave. I was also told your store policy is no returns. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I had to leave the store before I got to try on my items and did not purchase anything. I have never been more disappointed. I have been in the fitness industry for sometime, I have purchased lulu lemons before and have loved the products. I was very excited after hitting my goal weight to come into your store and purchase some new items for my wardrobe. I am so appalled and disappointed with your company's policy that I question if I want to even support your company or even go into another location and have another horrible experience like this. Your mission statement is "to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness" well your customer service is mediocre at best. I am so disappointed and unhappy, you need to change your policies before I would consider purchasing from your company again.

I ORDERED A GIFT CERTIFICATE CARD FOR 300.00 THEN PAID 20.00 FOR 2 DAY DELIVERY AND RECEIVED IN 14 DAYS.
AFTER THE 3RD DAY I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS 4 HOURS TO WAIT TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT.
THEN I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND AND GOT AN EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY WERE SORRY, AND THINKING ME FOR THE ORDER.
I NEEDED THE CARD FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTERS B-DAY.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CANANDIAN COMPANY.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
