I was chatting with lululemon customer service through facebook messenger and had the worse experience. Very passive aggressive response when inquiring about price adjustments. If you see someone by the name Colleen, it might be better to just leave the conversation instead of wasting your time.
Every order ships slow. Call hold time for customer service is 30+ minutes. No way to email. Their "educators" giggle and make promises that aren't kept. Overpriced clothes with inept service. Their warehouses cannot manage to ship orders within three days when larger companies do it faster with more volume. I'm done with them.
Lululemon marked by mistake 6 items bought instead of 1 causing the customs to go way up. I spent with them a few hours on line. They wouldnt refund me.
This is a good lesson for me and I would never order from them online again. This time I got lucky and lost only 150$

I placed an order at the end of November it's Dec.16th. Still nothing. Can't speak to anyone. They keep you on hold. The shipping company same thing can't track package it's showing another area. Lululemon didn't put my complete shipping address. Such a mess and bad customer service sent and email and they say they will get back to me in 3-5 business days. I'm sure they won't be there due to the Christmas holiday next week. Never again.
I ordered some items online from lululemon. Wanted to return one item. After several try's could not get a return authorization or any kind of response. Tried calling local lululemon store near me and couldn't get anyone to answer phone or return my message.I will never order from them again. Can't believe the customer service is this bad!
5 phone calls, 4 attempts to return an ill-fitting sweatshirt, all I get is a pop up window that says" we are unable to process your return at this time" Customer Service Robo phone says the same! Ugh!
What shame for someone who used to be so good. 12 years ago I got my first lulu. As trained yoga teacher I wear yoga gear 5 out of 7 days but never in my life o received such a bad service. Their stores stock is never available in size you want so when you order online it's a scam and you don't receive it and when you try to contact them they ignor you. They took my money and nothing. Submitted official complain still nothing. Stay away. Too many other good decent companies out there.
I hv got a pair of lululemon black wonder under crops and a simply bare tank in purple. They share the same quality blunder ----- turning water from clarity to black and purple respectively! No warm water or softener added which I follow the cleaning direction strictly! In fact, the black wonder under crops I got by gift card for their last running tights which got holes on thighs after several washes.
They cost over 120 us dollars but they don't worth at all for color discoloration :(. Even clothes less than 10 dollars (or even 1 dollar) won't fade like this upon washing.
The return policy is also a disaster when their staff gave harsh words to protect their company by all means; and their courier company service is also a nightmare which I have waited for almost a day to find out that they didn't have placed the delivery order. Seldom do they refund for their quality issues clothes!
Don't consider buying their stuff again!
I have been a member of their Swear Collective fitness instructor program for over 8 years. I have been a loyal supporter of their's for almost 10 and spent unimaginable money both in stores and online. As of the past 2-3 weeks my app no longer allows me to use my discount that I rightfully have. I have reached out to 3 different departments all telling me to reach out to someone else, all to be told I need to reapply to the program but they are currently not taking new members. I am ABSOLUTELY furious. The lack of help and professionalism in their staff is completely disgraceful and I couldn't be more disappointed. I'm continuing to reach out to different departments but it looks like they could care less unless you're a social media influencer with 1 million followers. Very sad to see
I called the Lululemon warehouse after having two pairs of my Wunder Under pants rip at the seams. The ladies I talked to on the phone were more than helpful. Within 24 hours they sent me shipping info to send my pants back to the warehouse, and then received a gift card worth $222.00 to use towards new pants. It look about 3 weeks for this whole process to happen, and my brand new Lulus were just delivered! The customer service was impeccable and I'll definitely shop there again! Thank you, Lululemon!
Historically loved product but recently had bad retail experience. Associate was condescending about my return and my inquiry about apparently discontinued product. Store location is Sagamon Street in Chicago. Just lost a some brand love.
Yeah I know everyone has lululemon now but they are still way better than any other yoga workout clothes. Even if everything they have costs too much. My favorite are lululemon hoodies and their sports bras. I even like their gift cards because they come in these neat little coin purses. I gave my BF some lululemon pants which I thought looked hot but he never wore them >.<
I ordered a pair of shorts a week and a half ago. It was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but I did not have access to tracking until today. Now I'm told that my order will not arrive for another week. Every rep I talk to has a different date of when my order needs to arrive to be within their "1-2 processing and 2-7 shipping days." Clearly, they're making it up as they go along. On top of this, I can't even get a refund until my order arrives. God only knows when that would be. The DMV is more organized than the trainwreck customer service department at Lululemon. With such a high price tag, you would think that they would train their staff a little better.
You can't self service a cancellation. You can't self service an address change. You have to contact support within an hour to do any of that and the kicker is it takes over an hour to get in touch. They clearly don't value keeping customers as they've grown extremely popular over the last few years.
Well luckily theirs a hundred options now that are cheaper and better quality. So I would highly recommend you shop somewhere else.
I have been nothing but disappointing in this company. They are absolutely over priced. I have only owned products from lululemon for a little over a year. I got my first pair of leggings for Christmas of 2019. I had to return them after two weeks because there was a hole in the pocket and the seams were torn. I got another pair about a month later (because of procrastination) with no issues because of their "quality promise." However, a little less than a year into wearing the ones I exchanged, there is a needle size hole in the front of my left leg. I was told me they wouldn't help nor exchange because it did not fit under their "quality promise." I absolutely refuse to waste another $100 plus on a pair of cheap leggings and bad customer service. I have a pair of sams club leggings that I've owned for over two years with no cosmetic issues that I paid under $20 for. Save your money for better quality. Lululemon

I purchased 350 dollars worth of merchandise on June 16,2020. I had to return everything because they were too small. They received merchandise July 3 and it is now Sept 2 and I have not received my refund. They told me in August it takes 6 weeks it has now been 12 and I cannot get a human on the phone to speak with regarding this issue. I would never recommend and will never buy from them again.

Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item.
Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope.
Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on.
Worst company ever. Stay away.
I bought a sports hat and it came today but looked awful on me. It's impossible to do a return thru the website! I could not bring my order up! I waited an hour for a response on live chat but none came. And i tried to call but didn't get thru to a living person! I am frustrated and don't ever want to buy anything from your website again!
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
