Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
My first time ordering from Lululemon online. It did not go well. I returned the item and never got a refund. They keep saying it is in process. It has been 6 weeks since they received it at their warehouse. They admit they did receive it 6 weeks ago. They don't seem to have their act together

Just more crap made in china and over-priced. Absolutely NOTHING special about this brand. You over-pay for the name. They are focused on being inclusive so just to make sure I am as well - lululemon is ALL crap!
While I have found the customer service at the actual lululemon stores very good (with the exception of the outlet in Woodbury Commons), when trying to resolve damaged products with the main company, there is a run around and the process takes a long time to receive credit-- you can only get a e-gift card (versus, a credit to your credit card, or original payment method), which in my experience took a long time.
I found the company to be inflexible in terms of damaged items which is surprising considering the very high cost of the products and the messaging that their products are superior.
I do not plan to continue to support this store.
My size wasn't in the store. Associate ordered correct size. Was supposed to arrive before an international trip but was delayed and didn't arrive on time. When I returned home 3 weeks later, no package anywhere. Lulu lemon did nothing to help me because it was over 2 weeks. I paid for an item i never received. I hate them!

Worst customer service ever! They don't help or try to solve the problem they just keep telling you you have to wait! I have been waiting for an order for 2 weeks and had to wait that long in order for them to tell me now they have to trace the package so I have to wait 6 more days before they will send a new order or refund me. If you do chat they pretty much just end the conversation when they don't want to help you anymore! Almost like hanging up on someone!
I placed order number c*******005 in August and as the white shorts at $68 were see through, my son decided to return them for a replacement item. I obtained the return code on the 28th of August and returned the item. I have not heard since, not even an acknowledgement of the return which was sent via tracking. I called lululemon and after being on hold for 29 minutes, the line disconnected. The live chat goes to a blank page. They are literally making it impossible for me to track my return. Any suggestions.
Sent back an online return. They received it 3 weeks ago. Sent me an email confirming. Never got a credit to my account. Tried calling. 1 hour and 45 minutes to hold. I sent them an email. They emailed back "my return has been cancelled" wtf? They have the 2 pairs of 58.00 shorts with tags and they cancelled the return to my credit card? So now I'm holding for 55 minutes to find out why? I will dispute the charge if not handled today. I will NEVER shop at Lululemon again!
They only cares about the money. They don't give a sxxx about the product quality or whether you're satisfied with the product as long as you already paid. The customer service line treated you like annoying animals. All their professional advice for your concerns/issues is to push you to text bot or emails that you're never able to find any useful information. No need to waste your money on their expensive yoga pants. Totally not worth it.
Lulu and laser ship do not speak to people. They deliver to wrong address but will not state what address they deliver to.
They will chat but promise investigation after 30 minutes of chatting. Then you are left trying to get a refund. They try to give you store credit in place of a refund to cc.
Long term customer. I will not buy online from them again

I would give it a negative stars if I could. Lululemon charged me three times for only two purchase. When ask to refund the card back the excess charge, I ended up in an endless cycle of we do pre authorization and sorry. Even though I supplied all documentation showing the error.
So BUYER BE WARE watch their charges and good luck getting it back.
Bought my 13-year-old an item. Chose to return it couple hours after order was placed. Called the next morning, Monday. They said they can't stop orders after 1 hour when it was placed. Fine. It arrived 2 days later. Contacted them by online chat before opening it. They said it wasn't eligible for return. I said no way. 20 minutes later they said we'll give a gift card. I said no way. I want it credited to the original payment method. After an hour they conceited, and gave me a full return. Strike two, they are a "woke" company. I'll never deal with these people again.

I ordered online 6 weeks ago and still don't have my item. Called 3 times as it said shipped and I was charged for it. I was told they were short staffed and it would be shipped, they created the label. 6 week later still stays label created. Finally they have offered to refund me. The point is I wanted the item, it's still available and I can't get it sent. They offered me a $20 gift card for my trouble, which I didn't accept. I will no longer shop there, there are plenty of other Athletic stores to shop.

1. If you a buy a sale item (not "final sale"), it is no longer returnable. Store credit only.
2. They refuse to do store sends, even if you're in a store and an employees show you the item you want is at another location. You also cannot any longer call that store and have them send it to you.
3. Per an employee: Sales are down, which is one reason they have implemented these turn-away-your-customers policies.
4. I returned an item (that was QUITE an ordeal) yesterday in a store. Today there is a pending CHARGE (not refund) on my account.
5. Web and store prices are not matchable between the two.
They have plenty of competition. Might as well go somewhere where they care about and take care of their customers!
I love their products, but they are overpriced. The drawstring in my joggers broke 1 month after purchasing and their customer service was awful. I waited in a queue for an hour and a half and was disconnected right after asking my question with no response. I was also charged for making an in-store exchange on one of my items.

I ordered a white jogger and excited to open it. Unfortunately, there is a black mark on it. I tried to call the customer service line, it sucks! First of all, I waited for 45 mins to get someone to talk to me. The entire phone call is a joke as the rep can not do anything to help. She first told me to wait for 7-15 mins to find my profile (joking right?) then asked for what she can help. I told her the situation and waited for another 3-5 mins for her to talk to me. I am not sure what she is doing. Then she told me to wait as she needs to talk to floor lead. Another 10 mins. Then she told me to fill up a form to send to the so called "GEC" so someone could look into the case to make decision. I asked her how long is the process time, she told me it will take another two weeks. It took me 1.5 hours and nothing could be resolved by the Rep. Then what is the point to have a rep to talk to customer?
We have been trying for days/ 2 weeks to return an item. Due to Covid - they say they will get back in 4 days - we are coming up against our deadline to return - and they send us the return shipping label and it is blank - can not print. No calls from customers service - all emails

I have purchased many Yoga mats different thicknesses and have never been happy with any of them. Lots of different issues ie:- no grip or to thick for balance poses. I recently purchased a 5mm reversible yoga mat from lululemon and am in love. It is awesome I wash it with warm soapy water and it cleans up as good as new. Thickness is perfect. My husband is happy I can stop wasting my money and doesn't understand there is a difference lol
Currently feeling pretty let down by lululemon and their customer service. My boyfriend purchased an item for me with the guarantee that the item would arrive by 12/24 or the item would be free. We still have not received the purchased item and instead of receiving our item for free, we are being offered a gift card, for a lesser value. After speaking to customer service regarding the advertisement for a refund on the item, they let us know that while they value our thoughts they don't offer compensation upon request. The only request we have made is to receive the refund for the item that THEY guaranteed. This was very obviously false advertisement, and it's really disappointing that they are now making us feel as if we are asking for more than what was initially guaranteed. Please make this right!
The pants arrived used with creases in the leg, knee areas. The color is of grayish black. Again, used. Customer service was not customer-friendly, to say the least. They questioned my assessment and did not accept any responsibility. When I asked to return, I had to submit 20 questions. Very disappointed!
I purchased a backpack from Lululemon. It got shipped across country versus my location I put in the order. I was on hold with customer service for 80 minutes. All they did was offer me a refund and priority shipping when I had to pay for my order again! 80 minutes for that. Apparently it is lululemon policy. Even though someone is enjoying my stuff for free, myself as the diserviced customer gets nothing! I am so disappointed, I will not be ordering from Lululemon again.
Did not deliver on the day that they stated at the time of the purchase and didn't even ship the order by then. I reached out to online chat on the date of estimated delivery, asking for a tracking number, and find out that the order wasn't even shipped and this was on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I asked to cancel the order. The customer help refused to cancel. How about that? The item has not been delivered and has not even shipped yet after many days but they cannot cancel the order? I know it's a successful business but I can only imagine how many more customers they would get if they operated correctly, cause I am NEVER coming back to shop there, and I am sure there are a lot of people who are on the same page as me after their online experience with this company. There are plenty of good quality athletics brands out there, from now on I will stay away and buy different brands for myself and as gifts for family/friends. Never lululemon again!
If I could have given zero star I would have. I placed an online order on November 22 and have not received the merchandise as of 12/28. I have tried to call customer service numerous times and was placed on perpetual hold. I emailed and requested a response, none received. Now I will attempt to get my money back. Never again will I place an online order. Buyer beware!

We were shopping at the lulu store on King Street in Alexandria, VA today. We experienced that our interactions with a certain employee was very negative. And here are the reasons! The employee had the attitude of very "know it all" and was disrespectful to our opinions as customers. They acted in a defensive way in the context of our interactions. This employee tried to control the whole situation without regard to what the customer (us) really wanted. It's normal to offer suggestions, but this employee was forceful and tried to get us to buy things that we didn't wanna buy, or switch the
Size when we didn't want the size switched. Don't get me wrong, I love lulu lemon and their clothes but this certain employee in this store made me think twice about purchasing anything from there.
As much as I love Lululemon despite how ridiculously expensive it is, I was so overly satisfied with the delivery because the delivery is super fast! But now I am having second thoughts about how I feel about ordering online because all of a sudden, now I am given no other choice, but to wait over a week or two to receive only ONE item. That is very disappointing considering I received ALL of my past orders within a day or few days.
This is BS. When you order online, please be prepared for the possibility of having to wait over a week or two to receive your order. I also highly recommend you check to see if the item you want, is available in the store so you can actually go into the store to buy AND get it the same day.
