Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
Terrible product quality and customer service.
My legging arrived with the stitching unravelling, and it took them two months to process the return and send me a return label. Once they received the legging, the company refused to refund me onto my card but offered me a gift card - why would I want to spend my money with them again, when it's their fault I returned the legging in the first place?
I tried to contact them, but their customer service is appalling - it's frightening and so sad.
I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't recommend you buy any of their products. I have another one of their leggings, and the quality is not good at all.
The expensive leggins I bought from Lululemon slip down the moment you start exercising. I contacted customer services to see if I could exchange them and was told there was nothing they could do. The product was completely unfit for purpose and customer services less than helpful. Do not use his company.

Lululemon customer service is an insult to its customers. Twice in December I ordered and was charged for items that never even shipped! Then I had to make repeated calls - customer service hours are very limited - to beg for my money back. In both cases I had to wait 3 weeks for my refund. Also, I asked for a discount code to use on a future purchase to help compensate for my inconvenience and was refused. I will not order again. I have moved on to Vuori.
I was highly unsatisfied with their products and policy. I got leggings and the size was too small and i wanted to exchange them, they only gave me $59 for the price of a $98 leggings. Rediculous. They legging quality was not even very good. They get the fuzzy balls all over the pants and it's not even over time. By the 3 or 4th time wearing them, they were already at that state. In the back, on the shins, and in the crotch. Not worth any of the price they sell these products at. They should be disgusted with themselves considering the money they make and they won't even let you exchange for a different size. Over priced and overrated.

Why why can't lulu lemon do anything right? I placed an order for two pairs of short, lulu lemon sent to an address that does not exist! After a week they said they would reship they got the address wrong again! Finally another week later they got the address right…got the package was damaged and only included ONE pair of the two pairs of shorts I ordered! NOW they tell me that they can't help that I have to wait another 2-4 days for someone to call me back! By the way lulu lemon still has my $150!
Stopped at my LL store in Palm desert, Calif. Purchased a polo which was pretty long. Sales associate (SA) told me free hemming in 3 days. Great. Pinned and gone. 10 days later finally got notice shirt ready. No complaint about time delay. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up the $68 polo, it was rolled in a ball, rubber-banded and so creased it was unrecognizable. I asked the SA (no one has a name tag, btw) if she would be happy to be given a garment so creased and rolled into a ball? She said of course not. So I said why would you give it to me like that? I asked her to steam or press which she did. Can't people think anymore? Do they personally ever shop or pull their clothes from a dumpster? How do they hire people who are so ignorant? The staff is reflective of the store and for very pricey athleisure-wear they should be ashamed.

I have called customer service multiple times and have spent hours on the phone on hold.
I had a terrible experience with a " curbside" pick-up order during COVID-19.
After speaking with customer service I was promised a $50 gift card as a customer satisfaction gift in July, 2020.
One month later, no gift card via my e mail.
I have still NOT received it. Horrible!

I never we received my order. After spending 30 minutes on hold. I was finally able to speak to someone. I asked the operator to send me a confirmation of my refund and she said no, it's already noted on my account. I said I wanted an email confirmation because I have no proof that I called in and spoke to someone who told me that I'll be getting a refund. She refused. Hopefully, i got my refund but I'll have to wait 3 to 10 business days to see. And if I don't, I'll have to repeat this process. The operator was very rude and did not answer my questions or understood why I wanted an email confirmation.
The company has the worse return policy, you would imagine that by the price of the product they would take better care of their customers but No. They are taking close to a month to return your money, claiming it is die to Covid 19. All other companies are struggling the same and are returning money much sooner. Do not buy from them!
First, Lululemon is the best. You should buy from here rather than other fake websites. For example, this official site has free shipping and other sites don't have free shipping. Would you have a fake headband or get nothing and get your money taken, or get a more expensive one? Of course the expensive one!~ Besides lululemon is worth it...

After Lululemon acquired Mirror, it has a "terms of service" form that you must accept before you can use the new Lululemon site or your Mirror equipment. I read the terms and as an attorney I can say that it is one of the most onerous ones that I've ever seen. But I can't access my Mirror until I accept the terms of service. This appears to be an adhesion contract -- either you accept the terms of service or you can't use your mirror which you bought for around $1,800. Even though I've never accepted the terms of service, Lululemon is still charging the monthly fee. This seems ripe for a class action suit by the Mirror customers.
Purchased a shirt and after a few wears it manufactured holes. The r wry RUDE manager told me that they do not sell faulty products? Really! Read the reviews on line for the shirt that I purchased and many complaints. I asked for the shirt to be replaced and I was told that - it is not their policy. Really - did I give lululemon faulty money! I will NEVER shoo at the Eaton shopping center in orange Ohio again. TERRIBLE, have never been treated by a retail establishment that poorly. I bought a leggings over $110. And it has issues with the seams hurt my hip and waist. I brought to the store after 10 days purchased. With tags still on. They were rude to me. Tell me there is nothing they can do. Because it was on sale. I am stuck with a leggings cost me over $110 can't wear.
I purchased full price from their website and I received worn dirty running shoes. The website states worn shoes are resold at like new resale store-THIS IS A LIE. Customer service told me people had 30 days to return shoes and made it seem like it was fine that I receive the shoes in this condition. The soles are filthy, the bottoms have dirt and sticks stuck in the grooves, and there is human and animal hair in the box. The sides are splashed with dirt, it is crazy that someone in the warehouse actually boxed them and sent them to a full paying customer.

I have shopped on Lululemon for a few years, and have been very happy with the level of service. I have only one complaint, once I was trying to purchase an item and by the time I was directed to and from my paypal account the item was sold out, but it only showed up as a error, so I attempted the purchase several times and much to my dismay my account was charged for every attempt. I was informed that it's because paypal doesn't know what stock Lululemon has.

They have no idea on how to treat customers. They shipped my order with a courier that doesn't deliver. I have had to contact them three times about a refund or reshipment. Such a headache.
I ordered one top and a matching set (bra and leggings) from Lululemon last weekend. I got a confirmation shortly after and later got another email with the shipping information. This morning I decided to check when my order will arrive and noticed it says that the order for leggings got canceled. You have to scroll to the bottom of the email about the shipping information to see it. There is no "we are sorry" or an explanation why they did not ship it. It's so rude and unprofessional. First of all I can't return the bra. It's was on final sale. And second I don't have anything that matches it and that is why I wanted those specific leggings. This was my first time ordering clothes from them. Never again...
I asked a few simple questions to two lady's in the Lululemon store at the Clackamas mall and there response were not very nice. They did end up answer them which i said thank you. But there response were very stern and rude towards me.

Beware of the refund process. I purchased a jacket that went for hemming. I returned to the store 3 times to pick it up. But the hemming was never completed so I asked for a refund. Getting a refund has been a very painful experience. Apparently the store can not give a refund?
They insist on calling me for credit card information but I have not been able to connect with them. It's been over a month and still no refund. I'm not sure why they cannot simply refund the credit card on which the original purchase was made. Very simple, everyone else is able to do it. I will now boycott Lululemon and will share my frustrating experience.
Recently, Lululemon started a new service where they resell people's used old product. It's through a third party company. I go into it all in my video!
Ordered 2 towels online and they arrived very dirty. Have to go soooo far out of my way to exchange them which is why I ordered online. Took 15 days to get to me. Not willing to give any type of discount for my trouble. Place is way over priced. Don't know why people shop there
I love LuluLemon Products, but will never ever purchase online again. Multiple problems with 3 separate orders, all using gift cards and adding extra $$. All had Order Mistakes, and mistakes with Returns, all requiring me to call Customer Service. They say it will take over 2wks to receive the goods at their warehouse. Only then can I re-order online all over again. In total I've done over 20 calls each with 2 - 3 hour wait times. Problem still not resolved. They owe me a total of $160 of product. The PRINT link on their return email doesnt work, so I cannot print out the return form and shipping label. Eventually when stores re-open I could take the goods there and exchange for the correct sizes I need. Last time I called I was # 795 in line! I dont have the time to keep doing these chat calls...
Customer service representative was extremely dismissive when we chatted online. Made no effort to help and did not seem like he intended to. I was surprised as many brands similar to lululemon that I buy athletic wear from (Gymshark, AloYoga) are much more polite and helpful.
