Received someone else's order. My shipping label. Wrong item and invoice. Did phone chat for 1 hour. Tried to get credit for wrong item. Reordered item again. Meanwhile Lulu reshipped original order.The 2nd order did not come packaged just a label slapped on product. My reorder came without a packing slip opened and appeared used in mailing envelope. Tried to return 2nd order, given an order number but the packing label will not print. Recalled customer service (ha ha) and was hung up on. Worst company ever. Stay away.
I bought an item online. The next day I received a shipping notification from FedEx that included a delivery date. The date came and wentno item. I tracked my purchase only to find the item hadn't shipped. Customer Service tells me my item shipment looks great. Yet they have no answer when I explain the item hasn't shipped. Finally I'm
Told if the item doesn't show within 30 days I can file a claim for them to investigate. Nope. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Other similar reviews show I'm not alone. Shame on you, Lululemon. A customer lost; a disgruntled basher gained.
Return or exchange I've been trying to return the product I purchased for over a week and a half now I've called them I spent 20 minutes on the line waiting for them. I'm on able to go into the store.
They make it extremely difficult for you to return or exchange products when you can't go into the store never again will I purchase anything. They also don't give you cash back you have to get a gift card so that you have to purchase something from the store again which totally sucks that business. They even say you can text them I've done that as well and still no response from them.
I purchased my daughter her first pair of lululemon pants and after 3 wears, she leaned down and it literally left a burnt mark on the knee. I wasn't worried because I knew how great their warranty was. Nope! Barrie, Ontario would not let me get a new pair, as they said it was not a manufacturer product. They also would not offer even a 20% discount if I bought a new pair. They were rude, and cold. This is a future buyer of 10s of thousands of dollars in this brand and their horrible customer service left us feeling uncared for, and that their product was overpriced for bad quality. Very disappointing. I also did a warranty through their online system and never heard back.

I've shopped at Lululemon for yrs with no problem, until 2022 that is. I contacted the company march 29,2022 because my daughter's pants had bad piling. I sent pictures, would wait 15 days for a reply and be asked for more Information and pictures. On about April 9th I finally received a return label and was told I'd get a gift card because the pants weren't in stock. I mailed the pants right away and received nothing. It's now June 9th! I'm not sure why 15 day's wait for emails to be responded to is acceptable from any company, nevermind a place as expensive as Lululemon. Where's the customer service?
A close friend of mine was shopping here a while ago and the staff told her she was too large for their clothing (She's not "large" by any means). This is truly unacceptable and I encourage anyone who shops here to find a new athetics brand. I'm only posting about it now because a coworker had the same experience more recently. This is not okay. Do not support this disgraceful brand.
I ordered on the 23rd of April. Today is the 10th of June.
They still haven't sent my order. After about 20 or 30 emails I have given up and just want my money back. The product isn't worth all these headaches of trying to get the morons there to try and fulfill my order.
I have been a part of the sweat collective program for a while and have given good business to this company. I went into a store and shopped for several items (around 20). I went to check out and they asked for my ID for sweat collective. Totally normal and not a problem - except that I had recently lost my wallet. I showed them a photo of my ID and they did not accept. I knew that was a possibility so I was okay with it (although felt very attacked and judged by the staff), and I asked if they would hold my clothes until I could come back with an alternative ID (my temporary license and passport). They said they would hold them and will put them back at the end of the day. I came back only an hour or two later, while still well before they close, and the staff told me they put all my clothes back. I truly felt like the staff intentionally treated me poorly.

I made an order for a Christmas present for my sister. Made the order on Nov 28th and a couple days later I received an email that said it was shipped AND delivered. The delivery date was on Oct 20th, a whole month before I made the order. Are they psychic? NO, the package was shipped to New Hampshire and I'm in Arkansas. I was in line for "Live Chat" for over 3 hours and all they could tell me was to wait. After a couple more days of waiting in line for hours to talk to an "educator", it was finally said that they might have reused a tracking and/or shipping label and they have no idea if my item was even shipped or not. As an educator, I do not like their reps being called "educators".
I did not see any of these reviews before ordering, my sister just sent me a link to what she wanted. I am so happy that I took the precaution to pay via PayPal. PayPal looked over the tracking number and the transcript of the chat with Lulu. PayPal decided to refund my money.

I ordered a gift card on December 9th for a Christmas gift. I did not receive the gift card until December 27th which totally defeats the purpose of giving this as a gift. I will never recommend Lululemon. Customer service has been absolutely horrible.

I returned a $148 overpriced sweatshirt I purchased for my son. It took one month for a response and I received an email indicating my return was cancelled. The sweatshirt was not worn, it was too small. No explanation and a 1 hour wait to speak with someone.
Extremely disappointed! I spend SO much money here! I've only 1 time in my life have ever exchanged anything, not returned... exchanged.
And today, I tried to exchange, not return, a pair align capris because they were in the wrong sized shelf when I bought them, and they said they couldn't. Couple things, yes my fault for not double checking, and my fault for instinctively removing that back annoying tag that they allow to rip off but still.
They can send them back to corp or the manufacturer to sew the tag back on instead of "throwing them away" they said, because that tag was missing.
They should take a lesson from Nordstrom! I'm not a 1 time shopper either. Again, I buy everything there, have never returned and have only exchanged one time in my life.
Time to find a new brand. Athleta I hear is good as well as P'tula.
Order 3 items on December 3rd. When checking out all items in stock. Received 1 item np. Waited weeks. Received email stating good news. The rest of your order has been shipped. Waited for 21/2 weeks. Christmas comes and goes no delivery even tho it stated guaranteed delivered by the 24. So one present short. Used on line chat was told item not in stock. Which should have been stated at check out out. So no recourse and no compensation. No apology.
Absolutely the best shirt Ive ever bought. I was out in the sun in 100 degree weather all day and didnt sweat a drop. I actually had people coming up and feeling my shirt because they couldnt believe it. Of course I also had lululemon shorts and underwear on. Still not one drop of sweat showing. If I wouldnt have been wearing the clothes I would of never believed it. It took me a while to switch to lululemon but I wont wear anything else now. I purchased an item and it showed up with a security tag! I emailed them, it took them a week to reply to ASK ME what I wanted to do, I reply, another week goes by before they send me a shipping return label, now I have not seen any updates on my product and it's been over a month since my purchase. I have emailed customer service multiple times and have to wait 3-4 days for a reply they tell me I have to wait another 15 days?! What kind of customer service is that?! For the Lululemon price, this lack of customer service is astounding. Do not buy from them.
I purchased a pair of Align Yoga pants for over $100 in February. They began to pill after only a few wears.
I contacted the company and after 3-4 emails where I had to photograph the pants, showing the pilling; the size; the bill of sale; they decided at the end of all of this that they were not defective and that I must have washed them with something else and or didn't launder them properly! They were only two months old. They should NOT have pilled! So I will NEVER buy from this company again nor will I purchase such cheap merchandise. Very poor customer service!

I had to exchange shorts I bought in store for a different style, and lululemon make it so easy. I used the live chat, which was so efficient, easy to understand, and very helpful. Everyone in customer service who I chatted with was helpful, patient, and fully explained everything that I needed to do and that they were doing. Amazing customer service, I had zero problems shipping back my shorts, receiving my new shorts, and having my money returned to my account. Everything when very smoothly, wonderful experience.
If you are a healthcare provider or doctor you get a discount. But if your a dentist, they do not recognize you as a doctor. Oh a DDS - doctor of Dental surgery. Oh I give injections in your mouth, surgery on your gums, implants and biopsies. Nope your not a doctor forget you have a license and DEA. Worst ever. Will never buy their crap again.

I returned my Metal Vent SS on Sunday the 21st of June because there was defect. They didn't have the Replacement in stock but they shipped it to my home in 2 days.

Refer to my old review. Then come back. Not much has changed with old Lulu. It is same old thing of changing product sizing and fit and not the label. Same old thing of no returns and insulting emails. If the product does not perform well in the gym because of these changes, it is your tough luck. This time it was a cuckoo online who sent me pants made for ostriches or beachcombers. She didn't know the difference between an inseam and the length. Duh! At the store, they sell me a product with the same name. After one wearing at the gym, it was obvious it was a different pant. Now the online company has three pairs of pants and refuses to credit my Amex, which has all the charges. Meanwhile, the CEO resigned, and the shareholders are up in arms with losses. Does this tell you something? Go somewhere else from now on.

Terrible customer service and terrible company to deal with! Placed order and your computer system failed to process it but took my money out of the account and now I have to wait 3 to 10 business days to get my money released back to me! Never offered anything for my trouble and inconvenience of being without my money. Now I won't hsve my money until the week before Christmas and will be too late to order without NOW paying for shipping. Don't even know if the jacket will be in stock by that time! If it wasn't on my daughters list I would never buy from this company again! Terrible, terrible customer service and I will Be glad to tell everyone I know and on social media how terrible this company is!

They have an image in their site, but yet you can't find it anywhere and don't even waste your time with their live chat, it's completely useless. People they have working is just so in knowledgable of what they're representing. Expect to hear a lot of " I'm sorry, but I cannot provide you with the answer because we don't know" " I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you because they don't tell us anything" shame on you Lululemon… overpricing your products, barely have any products on sale, and if they are on sale, they're still expensive. You guys really care about your customers.

Navigating their site is disappointing. The item you’re looking for is usually either out of stock or sold out and restocking is extremely slow….slower than slow. Maybe because they just want you to keep scrolling and hopefully make another purchase. This company doesn’t seem to care about their customers cause their products will sell regardless.

I am so disappointed with LuLuLemon lately, the service I have received has been appalling.
For the amount of money I have spent in the past and the amount I planned on continuing to spend you'd think they would bend over backwards to fix what has gone on. They did the complete opposite. I asked to speak to a manager and they even told me there wasn't one.
At this point, beyond using a gift certificate that I received from a friend, I'm never purchasing LuLuLemon attire again and I will spread the word on my experiences with LuLuLemon to my friends and family to ensure no one buys any certificates for me in the future and hopefully doesn't buy product from them again either.
I have had nothing but issues placing numerous orders the last few days, I've missed discounts for Black Friday and cyber Monday due to the discrepancies.
I am just happy to part ways with this company.
