They will send you all kinds of emails saying you gave them the wrong address and merchandise has been returned to them or telling you to contact the carrier to see where your package is on and on …
I'm telling you as an Attorney that this Company is a SCAM! Do not order from them. I have yet to receive any compensation for my order from July. Save yourself time, energy and frustration this company is a SCAM. They will even use the email ciders but that is ALL a lie.

My order just never arrived and after talking to customer service they said I would have to search for my local shipping company contact info and figure it out with them after they resent my order. I waited 4 weeks for a 1 week order, missing my friend's birthday (the person who was supposed to receive it) :( They offered no discount or help.

This company changed my expedited shipping to standard against my knowing. I'm leaving the country soon. They refused to cancel the order or refund me, even after I provided screenshots that the order had not yet shipped, and the payment was still pending. There's only an email to reach reps at, and they are no help at all. The reps also won't connect you to a supervisor. The delivery company they use does not respond to tickets, takes forever to deliver, and barely provides updates on tracking. Be very cautious with this company.

Your ordering from a foreign country, yes they say they do returns. However, if your daughter has a dance in 8 days,then what. The same measurements exactly and one is completely different then this place. But this dress was like 2 bigger sizes then she needed.

I love all of the items I've bought from Cider. The quality of the materials is long lasting and always look amazing for any vibe. If I could I would make my closet solely from Cider. I'm so glad this business is getting the credit it deserves for their hard work and creativity.

I have ordered from Cider for a total of 3 times now- the first order was never shipped out so after a week I canceled. Second order went ok. Placed my third order last weekend and paid extra for express shipping to get it here for this weekend. Kept tracking it, and then this morning it said it was 'returned to sender' before ever leaving China. Customer service offered to refund me so I can place a new order! NOPE! Never!

Just before Taylor swift (I'm talking minutes before) I moved my strap the slightest inch forward. At the tiniest move I definitely wasn't expecting it to fully pop and for the strap to break. Obviously this happened last minute so I had no other option to pin it with two pins from the hotel lobby. Those pins making any movement I did difficult as I worried that they would open. Anyway I technically spent my whole night fixing my dress. Please got stronger fabric! The dress itself was beautiful but just not strong at all. I'll repeat one more time that I only adjusted the strap half an inch and that was enough for the poorly made fabric to break.

BEWARE of returns! So Cider offer a free return service…great?! No. I ordered recently a big order from cider, unfortunately some items were not available to all be shipped together so cider shipped the order in TWO parcels. The first parcel arrived and nothing was of use but of course I couldn't return anything as the other half of my order had not arrived yet….when it did I decided to start my return. Unfortunately as the order came in two separate packages I needed two return labels as the returns would not fit in one parcel. Cider refused and stated only label is allowed. I argued this and said if you the company has decided to split the order into TWO separate parcels then why am I the customer expected to fit it back in ONE parcel?! The customer service agent advised me to "get a big box". I explained that this is not acceptable and other reputable companies would have understood this! After my whole experience I would not shop at cider again.

I ordered a few tank tops, a dress, a skirt, and a few accessories from Cider and shipping took a couple weeks. When I finally received the items, several of the straps were uneven and sewed wrong making the fabric bigger in the wrong areas. Sizing was also off. I ordered my size based on their guidelines and received items that were not even close.
I only had a week window to return my items and after that I only have the option to pay to ship my $150 order back for a refund or get a 30% credit. I will never be shopping at cider again. What a scam.

We have a 14-day return period for orders once it is delivered. If you were not able to send a return request on time, you may still send the items back to us for a cash refund, or 30% store credit and keep the items.

I found some really cute clothing on Cider. I picked out some dresses and clicked size XL. I am a size 14. Then I thought I'd just check the size comparison chart just in case. The XL (which is the biggest size they have in all these dresses) is equal to a USA size 10. Cider you are calling size 10 women extra large? Really disappointed. No wonder everyone has eating disorders

Believe it or not, it's not only the fabulous clothes on Cider that make me want to go back; it's the awesome customer service as well. There will be times where issues with clothes come up, that's inevitable but I know I'm okay because their customer service is there 24/7 to take care of me; answering within minutes and solving my issues "expert-ly". Definitely buying something again!

I recently ordered a pair of pants from Cider. The pants were not only ill fitting ( way too big) but they are poorly made and the fabric feels like thick nylon, hot and uncomfortable to wear. The return policy is free shipping and returns within 14 days. The company refuses to allow me to print out a return label and instead of crediting my Visa card as I requested, they gave me a store credit. I'm not shopping at Cider again so I don't want or need the store credit. They refuse to honor the free shipping and want me to pay for the return, that's fraudulent behavior. Buyer beware!

Contacted support five times about a lost package, received NO help. Wasted $$$, wasted time. Have ordered from them before and liked the clothes, but when it mattered, this cost me money for clothes I never got.

Every dress I've ordered from Cider Curve has been incredible in sizing and in quality. The only qualm I have is that the balconette bust dresses could be more shaped for support. Nothing a great strapless, push-up can't fix. Otherwise, I absolutely love all of my purchases!

Everything is great, until you need to return something. They are giving me a run around to return few item, and do not return my money. Please be aware of that if you buy from them. I packed everything correctly and I return the next day that I received. Really this is a big scam.
