Cider

This company sent me clothing with rips in it and then refused to properly refund me for it. I would never buy anything from them again. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Everything is great, until you need to return something. They are giving me a run around to return few item, and do not return my money. Please be aware of that if you buy from them. I packed everything correctly and I return the next day that I received. Really this is a big scam.

I have still not received my package and spent almost $100. The estimated delivery date just updates everyday but as far as I can see there has been no movement for days when it is supposed to be in my city at some warehouse. I don't expect to receive my package at this point. They use Ontrac and its terrible, I wouldn't order from anywhere that uses them for delivery.

I ordered some items last month and they never arrived.

After calling the delivery company who claims I wasn't home at 13:30 (I work remote, so I'm always home during business hours), I mailed Cider, who also claimed I wasn't home and that the delivery guy must've given it to one of my neighbours. I would be fine with that, if he would've left a note in my mailbox saying which neighbour, as I live in a city center.

Anyway, I checked with the people who live around me and no one has received anything. You'd think "well maybe they kept it", they never did before (as most of them are men) so why would they want them now?

After two weeks of mailing back and forward, still no answers on where the order is or what might happen to fix the problem.
Mistakes happen, I'm cool with that. But figure out on how to fix them too.
They're a new business, so errors might accure, but then also be flexible with the refunds. I don't even want my money back, I just really want the clothes I ordered.

I discovered this online shop though instagram and I decided to check out their brand since they have quite a lot of trendy pieces!

I've read that they are a drop shipping company, not 100% on that but it seems true because people have found similar items on aliexpress (only certain ones though, they DO have many UNIQUE pieces ive never seen before)

WEBSITE: Quite cute/aesthetic and easy to navigate. Sizing is easy to check as they have a chart with cm and inch measurements available right on the same page. An interesting thing that I noted from Cider is that they have shipping dates for each of their sizes.

SHIPPING: I'm international shipping so I paid $7.99 but if you are in the US shipping is free if you spend $59+

I ordered over £100 worth of stuff in May (over a month again) and most of the stuff that came wasn't good quality compared to the photos on the website. So I submitted a return as standard. The items came in 2 packages so I needed to get 2 return labels but they only sent me one (for yodel) so I thought I would go post office and send them back myself (paid for by myself with Royal Mail) and by my mistake I forgot to get a tracking number and now all of a sudden my order is missing and they don't have my return even though I have proof of the return by a receipt. The customer service is shocking and all they kept saying is we need a tracking number when I don't have one it was standard Royal Mail postage. I have to pay £93 for items I don't own or have anymore. I am out of pockage for the postage and now have to pay for items I don't even own and have sent back! Avoid at all costs they are rubbish company. My first and last order with cider!

Cider provides good quality clothes for good prices. I do think that their sales are able to make up for some expensive prices they have. Overall it's a not bad clothing site.

I rarely write reviews, but in this situation I felt compelled:

When I first came across Cider, I fell in love! Their products are adorable, their prices are reasonable, and their packaging is eco-friendly. This was my new favorite store, and I let their business know! I was excited.

However…

Unaware of their very short 2-week refund turnaround, I went to return some items just shortly after their deadline. They told me I was too late for a refund and that they would not be accepting my returns. When I asked for an exception (as I'm a loyal customer, I've already spent hundreds of dollars at their business, and I thought I had the typical 30-day return) they refused. Although frustrating, they did compensate me with a modest store credit. This at least sustained my interest.

I used the store credit to make another purchase. I loved every product delivered! I just needed to exchange two items for the correct sizes.

When I contacted them again, they told me they were not yet set up for exchanges. When I asked if I could return and repurchase the EXACT same items in the correct size for the same price, they refused. They told me they did not accept "store credit" refunds. If I wanted to get the correct sizes, I would need to order again and pay the full price.

I pushed back and asked if they could make an exception, letting them know again I was a loyal customer, that their store credit was a gift to me, and that I was simply EXCHANGING two items for the correct sizes. They still refused, letting me know I should have spent better time considering sizes prior to purchasing.

I let them know it was irrational to lose a customer over a $25 credit/policy. They still dismissed me, telling me (as this back and forth conversation took a day) that I was now out of time to refund any items at all.

This was infuriating. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they did not connect me. I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere and they were fine with it.

I would not recommend this store. Although they sport a trendy style, their customer care, support and satisfaction are not priority. Unfortunately, Cider values strict policies over patronage.

I will be seeking out competitors who better understand the modern online business world. Cider is not worth the time, effort, or hassle. Look elsewhere…

No other store offers the kind of variety that Cider does. And I'm fairly certain I own 60-80% of its pantsuits at this point. For the design caliber, speed of delivery and price point, no other app — or brick-and-mortar store — holds a candle. I'm so grateful to have found Cider and have to stop myself from ordering all of the time. The only thing to keep in mind is the strength of your washing machine. I recently had one Cider shirt fray after its first wash. This doesn't often happen, but be sure to err on the side of caution and wash on the delicate cycle.

They have items that I never see anywhere else and cater to my unique fashion tastes perfectly. The quality and fit is always good. I love how real people can review products and they recommend sizing and fit based in your measurements.

Tips:
Make sure vou put your accurate body measurements in to get good size recommendations.
Read reviews on each product by previous shoppers.

I shop with cider all the time! I can't be sure about the straight size section, but they have fantastic plus size options that look and feel very high quality. I do wish some of the straight size options came with more accessible sizing, but their selection is good nonetheless!

I spotted Cider online, l saw beautiful dress l decided must be mine and l give a try. Honestly can't be happier with the quality of the dress.Soon after that l give a Cider change again and decided to update my wardrobe with some warm clothes and l was over the moon. Pleased with delivery bags as well as they are strong and cute stickers which l give to my daughter. Can't wait to search for new clothes again and must say it's really unique style Cider offer. If you want to be different and create your own style this is place for you. Thank you Cider!

OMGosh I love Cider! I was a little bit skeptical about their products but glad I was wrong. The clothes are so cute, good quality, and affordable. Also, it was a fast delivery. They already shipped out my items a few days after I placed my order. I will definitely order some in the near future.

I just really love the range of different clothes, I ordered for the first time from there and everything was just as I expected, the right size and good quality. I can't wait to do some more shopping

I love shopping on the Cider app. Customer service is always top notch. My last order I bought my normal size but realized that the measurements for the garment I purchased weren't my normal measurements for that size I typically buy from Cider. However, I noticed after it was already shipped and I bought it with a credit. I messaged Cider and asked if there was anyway I could return if I don't open the package being as though store policy is final sale for store credit. The customer service representative was very helpful in telling me how that could be worked out, going the extra mile to talk to her superiors to help resolve the issue. Grateful. Love shopping with Cider and will continue.

Certainly won't be ordering from here again never received my order. They said the company I work for has moved but it hasn't so they obviously never tried to deliver it so don't buy anything from.

Unbelievable, of bad quality, and awful return policy. What is the reason to do business with you If I have AMAZON! Any item at any time delivery/return cost zero. And no problem at all.

The brand is very reliable, kept contact during the shipping experience and updated me on my basket which was helpful throughout the experience, very good and reliable brand with high quality clothing and accessories.
