I received my items. I am happy with my purchase. I don't understand why I'm being charged another $19.99. I already paid for my purchase.

I placed my order over a month ago. Payment was taken from my bank account almost immediately but i still have yet to see the products i ordered.

Quick and easy. The only issue was that the package was held at the post office and not delivered to my home address. I had to check the tracking to find out why it wasn't delivered on time and it said "package held at post office per customers request" which I did not request.

I received most of my order last week but still waiting on 1 ring. I purchased the 1st of Dec for xmas gift and still waiting on the 18th. The shipping information is in Chinese... I don't read Chinese.

When I placed an order (and I never did receive the whole order) the order confirmation email said, in tiny print wayyyyy down at the bottom, that I'd been enrolled in a free two-week trial membership, if I hadn't caught it and canceled it, I would have been billed for being a member... not sure whether this is even legal, but it's definitely unethical. I will never order from them again. (And I would give them zero stars if I could.)

Had not recieved my order and they let me know why and offered a discount coupon for the inconvenience.

You stole from me yesterday 20 dollars. You took advantage of someone with cancer and stole from me. I have no money hardly to pay for my illness so 20 dollars is a lot. I was charged monthly for what I understood was information at the least. I received nothing. Nothing is obviously not no value to ke, yet I was charged and actually paid for i. Since I am not getting my! Money back, I refused to continue to be chaeged. Never si! Ple, very straightforward on my behalf. Since I wasn't n accruing an interest in anything, including any kind of membership interest, I canceled monthly payments of no value to me.

I purchased something from them in June 2020 for $10. Shortly after that they started taking $19 a month out of my account. I have know merchandise or anything to show for this!.

Great price on 10 bracelets.
The quality is less than I expected. Looks more like stainless steel than silver, no smoothed edges…but will keep anyway.

Never heard of this company and have a charge on my account for $19.37. Tried to email and it was returned address unknown. If I don't receive a refund I will take further action!

I made a purchase almost a year ago. The. I am enough ring. I was unaware of a MEMBERSHIP that they somehow included in my purchase! For 19.87 monthly! I just recently noticed my transactions from my account and so far I see 11 deductions for 19.87 which total 218.57. Which I am looking into so I can get refunded! I will be contacting my financial institution to look into this matter as well! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I have read numerous reviews that are saying the same thing! REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! They certainly haven't heard the last from me! ONE VERY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I didn't receive the bracelets and I was charged for the promotional bracelets and haven't received them. Not satisfied

They stated the bracelets were delivered but I didn't receive them.

My order was here on time but they were cheaply made. I have a gifts anyway don't know how or if the persons liked them.

Nobody ever came to phone or answered my emails.

I never agreed to a membership, I only ordered 2 rings, which I have not received. Just noticed they took 19.87 out of my account, even though I told them to cancel me.

I ordered 2 bracelets in November and am now paying for some sort of membership that the credit card I used says I have to try and deal with them first. I never agreed to a membership - RIP OFF - SCAM

The bracelets are nice and sturdy. I wish they were just a little wider so you can really see the written words. Overall, it a nice buy. I purchased one for me and my best girlfriend.
