I had a very bad experience in the Norwalk shoprite store on the 9/17/2016. My shopping order was a total of $178.51 today. Anyway I always check my merchandise expiration date, my last item was " bryces yams " which my kids love so I sent my daughter to go pick one up. She came back with none So I asked her " where's the yams? " she said " I looked at all the yams but they all say January 1,2013. So I went to check myself & they all actually said January 1 2013. Gross! Disgusting! Anyways I bring it to the attention of the cashier and he called over his supervisor. She went back to go check herself, came back to confirm that they were all expired. The supervisor was rude, she didn't say anything nor apologize. I was waiting for awhile but she didn't say anything about the situation, the cashier told me that she wasn't coming back. Something has to be done about this.
The Asian manager in rt 1 edison shop rite is the worst manager I have ever come across he is not only rude but also unprofessional firstly he did not honor the coupon given to me by shop rite itself secondly when I was upset about the whole thing he took away my whole cart of items I intended to purchase and not let me purchase them. I was so shocked at his behavior he does not have the least sense of customer service and he is not fit to be even a cleaner in any store for that matter leave apart being a manager, such managers are a digrace to the company and must be immediately ousted. I will never go to that store again!
I used this for my mom. I wish they were in my state. Best way to grocery shop. Who likes to walk around the grocery store than have to lug it home.
This is the way to go. Buy online they deliver to your home.
This is the worst gift card ever! I purchased a pack of gift cards from Shoprite in NJ to give out in December of 2013. I had a few left over that I did not give out. So I decided to use them for myself in July of 2014 but when I got to the theatre they told me I could not just give them to teller. I had to use the kiosk machine which was out of order. So I just bought my tickets for that day. So I went back once more with gift cards and they no longer had the kiosk machine. So now I called the company and a guy walked me thru each step. My gifts cards totaled $40 and it came up to $38.50, but then they charged me $5 for some type of conveniece fee. What CONVENIENCE? REALLY! So now it took me over my $40 gift card amount. So I used my credit card for the remaining $3.50. And printed it out and took to movies as the guy instructed me to. Then threw away the gift cards. Well on Oct. 25 I receive my credit card bill indicating that I paid 43.50 FOR TICKETS from Fandango. Im like ok this is clearly a mistake. Let me call them immediately. So after speaking with the young man whom just was apologetic I asked to speak with his manager. They only gave me a suggestion to go ask the store to give me another gift card since I had already thrown away the original gift cards knowing that i had used them. The manager said there was money still on the cards. Now remember the cards were thrown out. So he's like I can't help you. So they took 40 extra dollars from my credit card even though thats not what I entered. So now I paid $83.50 for regular movie tickets. This place is a RIPOFF and don't care. THERE IS ''NO'' good reason to purchase these cards its nothing but a headache. I apologized to all I sent them to. This company should not be able to sell these cards and keep Ripping people off while they make millions. Can you believe this it won't let me submit unless I pick a star... This company does not get any rating from me, but i will only select one because i have to.
I don't think offering free antibiotics is very good for anyone. Antibiotics are over-prescribed and have resulted in drug-resistant strains of bacteria. This seems just like a weak gimmick to get people to spend more money from the people at Shoprite.
Here's a more detailed discussion from the forum: http://www.sitejabber.com/forum/health/shoprites-free-antibiotics-offer-not-so-awesome
Pretty cool, this pharmacy is offering FREE antibiotics to help out in this bad economy. Very cool...
Now, ShopRite Pharmacies will offer up to a 14 day supply of 35 commonly used antibiotics FREE to all customers, with a valid prescription. There is no membership or other commitment required.
Answer: Since the "update" everyone is having trouble with the website and app. It's been awful, but they seem to be in no rush to fix it.
Answer: Pretty easy is the cashier supposed to pack the bag?
Answer: Yes- just Google "Grocery stores near me." Chances are that at least one of those stores is connected with a service called Instacart. Instacart is far better, cheaper, faster, and much more reliable than ShopRite. You can order groceries the same day, the delivery fee is much, much cheaper, and you can actually tip on your credit card, unlike ShopRite, which gives you no option to do that.
Answer: 7 days a week. You have to reserve a time slot in advance. They have time slots throughout the day. However, the delivery service is unreliable.
