Drive picked up food for customer from our restaurant and driver eat the food. That's not our fault that's skip driver and skip fault. Skip refunded money to customer but they put down our restaurant score down day by day and they don't care customer give us thumbs up and good review on skip but my restaurant score goes down every day.
That's means skip is the fraud company.
Not recommendation any restaurant for skip service. Go with uber eat and door dash there charges less and always fair decision.
I have had multiple issues with Skip that i dont have with Uber eats or Door dash. Everytime i have put in a complaint with Skip, they say they will get back to me within 24hrs and i have yet to receive any correspondence from them. I have had items completely missing from my orders and was charged yet never reimbursed. Horrible customer service.
I applied a coupon to my order. Which by the way supposed to be applied automatically on the order.
When ordering it shows me that it's applied... when paying it charges me the full amount.
I contacted the customer service asking what was the problem. They simply told me to contact them if that happened again and they understand my frustration.
All I wanted to know is what happened so I can pay attention next time.
But I didn't get any answer.
I know that it's partially my fault but I deserve an answer! Especially that I didn't ask for any refund
We ordered from Skip the Dishes; our food was late getting to us, and it was stone cold by the time we got it.
We decides that we would try Skip the Dishes again, and this time they totally lost our pre-paid food order. Never did see it. Bon appetit, to whoever got our dinner!
This is order number 5 that has been delivered to the wrong address and NO ONE to resolve the issue.
You can't get a hold of anyone but they have no issue taking payment

They allow changing/switching drivers while delivery. It is so hassle because you have to wait for the food until they made the switch and even if you are so hungry already they will still continue the switch. It is so bad that that they charge you so much and yet so bad in delivering /service. I dont even know why I still order from skip the dishes. I will go and switch to Uber Eats. They are much better and better drivers.
I put in an order assuming it would be delivered, but it reverted to pick up when it went through because the restaurant was out of the zone. When I tried to change to delivery, I was told the restaurant is out of the zone. I then requested to cancel the order and was told that because the restaurant started making the order, I can cancel but I would not get a refund! Ridiculous. I will never use skip the dishes again. I could have called the restaurant directly for pick up!
Where to begin... Almost always when I order through skip the dishes, the driver never follows the directions as I have specifically state in the memos as to where to leave the food, and half the time if not all the time, they leave the food in the lobby of my building where by the time I get down to get it, it's gone as someone steals it. When you try and contact support which is useless to begin with, they are no help either.
I ordered two hamburgers at 20 dollars each from medleys and only received one. I believe medleys
When the said they packed two box's of burgers and fries. Skip said they couldn't reimburse me. I hope their driver enjoyed his free meal
Skips hiring practices are a crock of crap.
Applied had to pay for security clearance and buy bags all before your hired. Needless to say didnt get hired and they won't refund my money for the bags. Thieves that's what they are
My debit card worked once and then an hour later they wouldnt accept it. That meant I couldn't order. Very annoying! They blamed it on my bank. They have delivered to the wrong address several times. Overall they are okay.
5 times out of 10 we got nothing and they offered "skip" money in return. Not real money.
The 6th time we got nothing they said we asked for too many refunds so we are keeping your money and you get nothing.
I ordered a meal and it had plastic pieces in it. They only refunded me $2.50 when my meal was 22.00 after taxes. Absolute bullsh! T if I was at the restaurant my meal would have been free. I'm incredibly disappointed and now have to contact the restaurant itself. Ridiculous.
Messed up our order and had to contact someone on an online chat. They told us they could refund our order in skip the dishes credit or it would take 5-10 business to return our money. We went with the credit and had to ask three times for them to credit the right amount back. So we used them again as we have never had a problem before and it's been and hour and a half... still counting for our food. It shows the driver stuck in the same spot for 15min. Never again!
Tried to get a refund for food that was delivered to the wrong house. I must have spoke to 100 people. They all said they couldn't help and disconnected me. We were just trying to order a nice meal. I have never in my life experienced such aweful service. I would give the rating a "0" if I could.
My order was paid for and they did not deliver it at all!, I was home the whole time waiting for it. So when I tried to get my money back they wouldn't refund me, it's impossible to chat with the people on line, it seems to me that they can just about do anything they want to, they honestly don't care about the customer!
I ordered at 11:30pm and they ended up changing my delivery driver twice. After that, the food finally got delivered at almost 1am. I looked out my door and there was nothing there. I got a call barely 2 mins later asking if I had received my food and if I wanted a refund. What the heck! Who does that? Mind you, they had messed up my sleep routine and apart from that where the heck was I suppose to find food at almost 1am. Don't order from skip the dishes! They're so unreliable. Terrible dumb people!
I ordered from Swiss Chalet today at 2:05, at 5pm (when delivery was to be made) I got a message that the food was delivered, I went to look outside my door and there was no delivery. When I chatted with someone from Skip the dishes they refused to help me and I got nothing from them, no food or money back. This has happened to me too many times in the past. If you are going to order food do it from Door Dash or any other place but do not use Skip the dishes, you will loose your money for sure. Because they made so many mistakes I was told that they could not help me.
Total BS, ordered sushi in Winnipeg from our hotel on our wedding night, went downstairs and froze waiting to get order, grabbed it and came back to room only to find it was someone else's order, tried to call skip the dishes and was on hold for 45 minutes(never was able to talk to anyone while on hold), tried to reorder on skip dishes app but skip the dishes site said the restaurant was closed? This was at 5 pm, called restaurant from another phone and they told us that they were open until 11pm? Then the restaurant somehow got skip the dishes to call us on the other phone we had with us, we basically recorded and now 3 hours later still waiting for food! Skip dishes employee asked if I wanted a gift certificate instead of being refunded, told her that I'll never use this garbage service again! Point of the bad review, use another delivery service! Period!
I was in the process of ordering with Skip the Dishes when I cancelled the order before it was finalized. They confirmed that I cancelled the order but charged me any way! They took $111 from my credit card and never refunded me. What a crooked company! I had to call my credit card company to take action.
