On my 1st order tonight the driver got lost. They refunded me in credits. I ordered a pizza next. I tried using my refunded credits. But the app wouldn't allow it! I tried explaining this to the help team, with out much help. I ended up paying for both orders with my visa. When my pizza showed up it was with my 1st order and was ice cold! I still don't know how the 2nd driver got ahold of my 1st order? I was in a chat with 3 different people and non of them HELPED

The ' support' agents couldn't give less fk about your complaints or comments. They end the chat before they have even responded to you, their agents are pretty much useless and do not give one single fk. Driver most likely stole a partial of my order and I reported it immediately and three chats later there is no updates regarding the situation after rest assuring me the refund would be processed by end of day of the order. No one is able to reach the restaurant for answers. It's bull$#*! because my order was over 100$ And the driver was tipped generously. This app is a joke. DONT USE SKIP. WORST ORDER EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food is always missing!
The driver stole my food I was told I'd get refund but revived nothing. I contacted the company several times yet got nowhere they have my money and I don't see any hope of getting it back.
They charge seperate prices compared to what the business itself is charging. I think it's a better idea to just order from the company itself at this rate.
Orderded 2 pizza from oapa johns brantford on 2nd slice long hair entangled in cheesetook pizza back to pspa johns. They wont refund even with video and pic. Called skip they wont refund bc they said we had refunds b4. Uhm ya on orders that missed food or were wrong. So were out of luck. Im going to blow up the pic and pickrt in front of papa johns
Your drivers are continuously LATE, aswell as always fail to bring me my ALREADY paid for orders. And then have the audacity to refuse me a refund claiming the order has already been delivered when I assure you it has NOT.
I used skip the dishes for the first time last night. I had a horrible experience. My delivery driver MD. Decided to stop off with my food somewhere for over 20 mins. I proceeded to complain to skip. After waiting 10 more minutes I decided to cancel my order. Skip refused to cancel my order. Then the delivery arrived (after I assume was a hurry up from skip) my food was cold and nasty. I had already requested a refund because I knew the food was going to be terrible at this point. So after complaining again, skip decided to give me $32 of my $83 order back…. In skip credits! As if I'm gonna patronize your service again after a Horrible first experience and an unwillingness to make it right be the company. My issue is not with the company directly or the restaurant I ordered from. I'm sure when fresh, the food might have been good. But the delivery people skip chooses to employ. I might add that I pre tipped the driver more than the minimum, and this is the return in service I get. So at 10:30 at night I had to make other dinner arrangements.
Imagine spending 30 bucks on food and not getting it on time we'll that's okay right but imagine the person not even telling you they dropped off the food. And when u ask for a refun they give u 5 dollars for your frozen $#*! food and wehn u try to chat some dipper named Simran Kaur who understands English at a level of a grade 5er dosent understand and thinks 5 dollars is enough
$75.85 order. Not delivered. Skip says driver said he delivered. That's it, that is the end of it.
Now I have to rely on Mastercard to fix it for me.

Tried ordering a burger from 5 Guys at 8:20pm and the skip site said it was unavailable. Called the restaurant and they were open until 10am but said Skip has their delivery turned off at 8pm. It's a Friday night and they stop delivering from 5 Guys at 8pm? WTF? It's becoming the norm that food takers an hour regardless of time off day and the support staff are all $#*!ed beyond belief! Must do what we can to knock this $#*!hole out of business!

Do not waste your time here. Today was THE LAST time I ever use them again. The courier called me saying he was unable to get into the hotel I was at because it "was locked" I explained MULTIPLE times how to get in and he kept interrupting me. Then after a few minutes of this back forth he tells me I wrote in my instructions I would meet him outside-FALSE I wrote what hotel and what floor to deliver to it ALL VERY CLEAR instructions, as i continued to explain HE HUNG UP. Nobody takes responsibility and the their professionalism is 0. Your money is better spent some where else.
Will never order from them again, ordered and paid for food I never got and they won't give me my money back wasted my whole lunch, this company is a joke
I have been using Skip for many years and in the beginning they were amazing. The best customer service, it really was impressive. Now? It's laughable. I spend about $1000 a month with them and will only complain if items are missing because I've paid for them. If I don't like something I just deal with it. But they started giving me a hard time in the chat saying that they will no longer be able to accept future orders from me or issue refunds. So I emailed customer service and was able to get my refunds.
I was able to still make future orders without any issues but every time I had a complaint, they would give me the same message. They have no problem taking my money, but to refund? It's like pulling teeth! The fact that I'm ordering so often would only result in a higher chance of there being an error, it's basic statistics here.
Yesterday was the last straw. I received my order with an item missing and it included the restaurant receipt which showed the item not included, but my Skip receipt showed that it was ordered and paid for. This is clear proof that I didn't receive something I paid for. You know what they did? Refuse service and refuse to give me a refund. Are you serious?! I have proof I paid and didn't get an item, but they are now stealing from their customers. They put the customers are fault when it's the restaurants that are messing up.
I plan to put them on blast all over social media. They are a disgrace, liars, and thieves and should be ashamed of the "service" they are providing.
I would give them 0 if I could. Awful customer service! Very disappointed. Spent over $135, then Skip canceled the order, then lied and said the store cancelled it even though the store had already made my order and said they didnt. Which clealy they didnt if my food was ready. The 2 min it took Skip to take my money and now i can't my money back and I have to wait 10 business days to get my money that they canceled. Had to drive to the store myself to get my food and spend MORE money. Ridiculous!
My $40 order is delievered to a wrong place, and ask them to refund, and the customer service stating that my order is marked as "delieverd" and when I try to argue with them, they simply make me disconnnect with the chat, and blocked me.
Skip clearly ignores customers. Had Cora breakfast which terrible + they forgot stuff. Skip demonstrated they could care less. The driver was perfectly fine, though.
