It's a hit or miss if the food will actually arrive. Couriers are paid almost nothing, so it's up to each one if they feel like delivering or keeping the food. No human to talk to, for complaints. All automated text chat. 10 days for refund, but they don't refund your tip!
Today I ordered from skip. Not they delivered the wrong product but also not ready to send the correct product. Even ask me to save the product for tomorrow to return as if I just ordered to save it for them to take back. Rubbish app
Can't contact anyone. When trying to use their online service u need to pay another 2$ for assistance. Garbage Company been waiting for over 2 hours still nothing. I recommend gettjng a carrier pigeon to deliver your food it will probably get to u before they will! Skip the dishes should be re named skip the food but take your money
They should have the option for direct contact deliveries. For those who don't receive their food often. Or to have access to contact the delivery driver
I placed an order at Wendy's $55 order everything in my order was either soggy cold wrong items and small portions when I contact skip the dishes they were ignorant insulted me and then disconnected the conversation without resolving the problem so this is how they work I suggest you use Uber Eats or doordash skip the dishes has fallen down
I received a coupon from skipthedishes for $20 off a few days ago. I used that coupon to order some food and went to check out. The coupon applied properly and my total was a little over $23. When it came time to enter payment detail I didn't notice the coupon was removed and I was paying the full amount of a little over $40. When I contacted skipthedishes they told me the payment didn't go through and to order again eventhough by that time I already paid and had the food in hand. What a $#*! hat worthless company with the worst customer service.
The worst part of skip is the people can steal your food. They will throw the food and says they delivered the food. No contact details of the driver and if the delivery guy says its delivered meaning it is delivered. I figured door dash is better as they pack and seal the food from the hotel. The service of skip the dishes can be awful. Never recommend skip the dishes
Tonight we had a gathering of 3 people and were eagerly anticipating a delivery from Skip…instructions were sent as to protocol advising lobby code for door and to please knock and leave order. Courier did not use code but allowed a building resident to let him in and so no notification. Went to tracking and realized delivery had been made and likely sat at the door for a good length of time. To add insult to injury the food was horrendous, cold and overall experience very disappointing. Will likely go with Door Dash next time.
So I placed an order through SkipTheDishes for about 50 $60 to which the courier showed up at the restaurant and after waiting over 45 minutes for my food. Then decided to cancel the order and not even go inside The restaurant, the courier said they were closed. They didn't even call me to tell me that my order was canceled… And they didn't even refund me my money… Until i Messaged them for it. He proceeded to beat around the bush for my money back. And didn't give me an answer as to what happened. Told him I was super upset about the service today and the guy in the chat didn't give a $#*!… overall very $#*!ty service. Will never use them again.
Put and order in…didn't receive it and DID NOT get my money back…the driver didn't even try and get in contact with me, just left with my order. I tried to talk to support and went through like 5 different people and got nowhere…will never again use this garbage app and hope it goes bankrupt.
They did not deliver the food and blamed us for entering the wrong address. We did not change or touch it on the last order and they refused to look at previous orders and look at our address on the main account. It was still untouched and the driver did not leave food in the lobby if no unit showed up. We have to contact our credit card to dispute the charge. SkipTheDishes are thieves, stealing your money. Their customer service is suck and poor as if they really do not care about you!
You will eventually be scammed by them if you're a courier so look at other apps to earn extra money.
I ordered from Swiss Chalet today at 2:05, at 5pm (when delivery was to be made) I got a message that the food was delivered, I went to look outside my door and there was no delivery. When I chatted with someone from Skip the dishes they refused to help me and I got nothing from them, no food or money back. This has happened to me too many times in the past. If you are going to order food do it from Door Dash or any other place but do not use Skip the dishes, you will loose your money for sure. Because they made so many mistakes I was told that they could not help me.
Ever since I started using skip the dishes the services have been questionable. Regarding the quality of the meal, I would say its 3/10, or they find new employees to put your package together since we're not always getting exactly what we order, or the food being packaged while its not even half cooked. Someone get a grip and shut that enterprise down BEFORE I GET SICK FROM THEM Thanks!
Twice in the last month a delivery had taken 3 hours... the food came completely inedible and soggy. The best they could give me was 50% refund and $5 credit. The food went in the garbage. I essentially paid money to stay hungry and be pissed off. Other providers such as doordash/Ubereats have given me full refunds no questions asked on smaller issues. **** skip the dishes. Will never use them again.
So I ordered white spot through skip the dishes today.I did not receive my order so I went to get help and they refused to give me a refund I will NEVER order from skip the dishes again im so mad right now.I can't believe they didn't help me.they completely ripped me off.I paid so the driver gets a free dinner.so nice they are doing this at Christmas time.what a joke
Drive picked up food for customer from our restaurant and driver eat the food. That's not our fault that's skip driver and skip fault. Skip refunded money to customer but they put down our restaurant score down day by day and they don't care customer give us thumbs up and good review on skip but my restaurant score goes down every day.
That's means skip is the fraud company.
Not recommendation any restaurant for skip service. Go with uber eat and door dash there charges less and always fair decision.

SKIP THE DISHES is the worst experience I've ever had, I ordered food and took insulin ahead of time, the food got here, the bag was ripped open, a fork was missing from the bag, had 2 spoons instead and 1 fork. My food looked like it was tipped over in the car ride, but it was at the bottom of the bag, and all the other food was fine. So only way that could happen is if the driver ate from it. And they didn't offer me a refund. I could of went into a diabetic coma if I didn't have food at my house. As I clearly could not eat the food. It was gross. I even sent them photos. They said if they were in my shoes they would do the same. Like what kind of customer service says that but says "sorry we cannot offer you a refund"
I registered myself with skipthedishes and pay for thermal bag and background check, everything completed but they did not activating my account, It been 1.5month that I am sending request to them to activate my account but they just giving me excuses that my application is not completed, they waste my time and money, So please don't try to register with them because they don't need employee but they took money from you. Kindly save your money and time, they just taking money on behalf of registering with them so don't waste your money. I am attaching screenshot of completed application below and I sent tons of email to activate my account but nothing work, they just ignore you.
