One of The worst food delivery companys I've ever encountered, 3 times I've used their service, it's been picked up, tracked it to delivery location, but never been delivered, when you go online to complain, they just say it's been delivered, tonight I see the tire tracks of the delivery vehicle, when I went to find him, I see them drive off. I contacted skip the dishes to call the driver to bring the food to me, but they couldn't be bothered, now they refuse to give me a refund.
I will be taking legal action against them.
They are theives.

Ive tried contacting support MANY times because my orders dont get delivered to my house AND i never get any reply back nor have gotten any of my money back! Not only that! I have specific DETAILED instructions on how to get to my house, and no one gets it, Uber Eats never gets it wrong and im able to contact the drivers if they seem like they need help, which is very convenient.
The picture i have posted must be the 5th or 6th message ive sent in the span of 1 week. No answer back from them.
Im never using skip again!
I live in the US, Kentucky to be exact and never heard of this company until I received notice that they had a pending claim on my card, while trying to fix this another charge made. For 3 days I have been trying to stop them from getting my money to no avail., so now I am going through it with cashapp who told me to deactivate the card but still paid them. I am in the process of trying to get my money back and they are still trying to get more money from me but can't since card was deactivate. This company is a scam
So - similar to many other reviews - we ordered $120 worth of food, waited, it was set to "delivered" almost immediately with no tracking. Contacted help, they said "it should be picked up soon"... and it simply never arrived. How does this happen? I can't help but think the driver said "Yep, I dropped it off" but then took it home. So, no food and I wait for a week for my credit card to be reimbursed. My daughter told me, "yeah, that happens sometimes." WHAAA? You're damn right I'm gonna "Skip".
My family has used Skip for a few weeks now and after two failed experiences where both times the order never actually showed up (skip credits were refunded) and tonight I decided to use the last credits added from poor service. I ordered from a local pizza place that I know has top service and packaging, and waited for my order at my door when I saw they were close. Then I received a text message stating my order was delivered when it wasn't. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt amd took a walk to check my neighbours front steps and did not see my order at all. Then I proceeded to give my feedback on my app…… this is what bothers me the most. The feedback options fall on the restaurant " provide feeedback on the restaurant" ie. Missing items - poor packaging - did not follow directions - other
I have no complaints about the restaurant. There is absolutely no accountability for drivers. There is no transparency, you get a name and that's it. You have no way of actually connecting with the driver. The driver didn't even call me as most would if they had difficulty finding your place. But each time my order did not arrive, no phone call. Drovers are stealing items or clicking time and hours without doing their actual job.
Chat support is a joke, you speak with a bit the entire time.
Last time. Delete app and just pick up yourself if you can.

Worse service ever! The driver picked up my order then parked in the same spot for 35 minutes. The place I ordered from is a 5 minutes drive from my house.
Never got my food and they wouldn't give me a refund! I tried getting a hold of them through their chat box and nobody would contact me back. If you have any problems you are on your own and there is no way to contact them! Just lost $50
Yup I ordered a pizza for $48 and the tracking app said it's on the way. 45, 30, 20, 12, 4, 1 minute but it never showed up. I called the restaurant they said the pizza is sitting in the countertop no one came to pick it up. Ripped off. They said order through us and we'll bring you the pizza, oh ya for another $40 I get the sake pizza. Argos Greek and Skip the dishes are thrives and a rip off. Order from me and Eds much better and cheaper
I hate skip after this experience, and the way they handled it was so disgusting of them. I made an order, the careless courier dropped it off somewhere outside without calling or notifying me, someone stole it. They refused the refund because their couriers are "independent" which is short for, "once you pay & the money is secured in our pocket we don't care if you received it or not" "we don't care how it's handled either" that's what their actions say when they claim to have no responsibility over the people they trust our items with. What an embarrassment. So this is for anyone who thinks they're worth checking out, don't! Go for uber eats or others.
I placed an order and when I went to track it it said it was delivered. It was not delivered here. No idea where the driver left my meal. It is not like I can even reach anyone at SkipTheDishes. So I am left with no food, no help and no money. Did I mention I spent the last 30.00 I had. It is criminal how hard it is to get help, especially with how much it cost to use their service. I ordered food because I felt a migraine starting, now I have a full blown migraine. I doubt I will even be able to drive home. Why because you hire incompetent drivers and have terrible customer support. I wish I could give you a minus 100 star rating.
Imagine spending 30 bucks on food and not getting it on time we'll that's okay right but imagine the person not even telling you they dropped off the food. And when u ask for a refun they give u 5 dollars for your frozen $#*! food and wehn u try to chat some dipper named Simran Kaur who understands English at a level of a grade 5er dosent understand and thinks 5 dollars is enough
Order wrong every time, they never understand what contact less delivery means, always drop off at wrong address. It a nightmare welcome to $#*!ty brockville Ontario.
Why doesn't Skip The Dishes validate the address? As I rarely use the app, my order ended up at a different location. I realize I was supposed to include the address but can they not validate the address before finalizing the order? I cant be the only one that this has ever happened to. Not happy right now. Very disappointed with this app and service.
Horrible, HORRIBLE service. We places an order which indicated a 39- 50 min wait. Long story short we've been waiting 2.5 hors. Finally called the restaurant itself. They told us that skip the dishes is not sending them drivers. No one at customer support will answer me. I've included my Chat, you can see they just disconnected our chat.
I had a courier tonight who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He called asked for directions I couldn't understand him one bit so I decided to speak very clearly where I was located and he kept interrupting me telling me to come down where he was so I just hung up because I had better things to do with my time. 5 Minutes later he called again. I tell him AGAIN the number of my home and that the porch light was on and then he has the audacity to tell me I'm being rude when he clearly was the one who was being rude to me before hanging up. If you don't want to work for Skip The Dishes fine but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to your clients when you are tasked with delivering THEIR DINNER to THEIR HOME. Have some respect and start showing some professionalism for this line of work or don't do the job at all!

Placed an order at 5 pm was stated 35 - 55 min delivery the order showed up at 8pm. Did not want to do a full refund as the food ended up in the garbage from being cold and soggy. Will not recommend and nor will I ever order again. Been using Uber eats for years. Was willing to try something new. Uber eats is far superior the skip the dishes. They r a company that will always if not most of the time look after the customer even if it is a lose.
I ordered 2 salads from a very close by restaurant it took 2 hrs to get here, only got $5 credit. Wtf. Skip the dishes $#*!ing sucks.
