Many vendors provided stale food and when Skip was advised they did not care to address the issue or refund the money. There are limits to their refund, despite the driver or the restaurant being at fault. Why should the customer lose? Buyer beware.
I had a promo for $20 off one order. When I tried to place an order, the promo code would not show up. After placing the order, customer service said they'd only give me $20 CREDIT rather than $20 REFUND, and said I'd have to place another order to use said credit. Such a slimy, dishonest way to make people place TWO orders in order to get the $20 instead of just allowing them to use it on the first order, as the promo advertised. Deleting the app and never using this crap company again, too shady for my liking.
The ' support' agents couldn't give less fk about your complaints or comments. They end the chat before they have even responded to you, their agents are pretty much useless and do not give one single fk. I order from skip the dishes I have a lot of health issues and when I order from them because they keep offering skip credit and doesn't change anything I quit the app for several weeks then I want to give a chance to see if they took my advice seriously. Nope the driver came to the airlock and would not leave so I have to open the door to shoo him away he drop the bag and left when I got inside the bag smells like smoke don't know if is dangerous for others if I catch anything is life or death I have asthma so it flare up.

The owner of this company hires drivers who don't know what the $#*! they are doing. I can't get my money back for 5 $#*!ing days and I get to starve with no food. Complete joke of a company, employees clearly don't know even know how to read. Ordered the same thing twice, first time the order was completely wrong & they refunded me in skip credits, ordered the same thing again AND IT WAS STILL THE WRONG ONE! Names on the receipts were Ashley & Kayla (I'm a man btw) both orders were cheaper then my original and not what I wanted. Contacted support and asked them for a refund & they told me they could only refund in credits since my order was payed in credits, even though my first order was through debit & they got it wrong twice! Absolutely appalling service would not recommend anyone use them

I have been a customer of skipthedishes for 5 yrs. Over the past 2yrs everytime I place an order I'm either missing items and sometimes the entire order doesn't arrive. I dont know what happens becaise they can see on the slip what was ordered yet I never get my complete order. I as well as several.of my family and friends have decided to stop ordering from skipthedishes anymore. I have already removed the app frim my phone and another 50 ppl that I know have decided to do the same. Now we will order from other means until skip takes responsibility for their workers and they can send our complete order. I do not advise anytime to order unless you wamt go get harged fir food yiu never received. Thank you reading.
On my 1st order tonight the driver got lost. They refunded me in credits. I ordered a pizza next. I tried using my refunded credits. But the app wouldn't allow it! I tried explaining this to the help team, with out much help. I ended up paying for both orders with my visa. When my pizza showed up it was with my 1st order and was ice cold! I still don't know how the 2nd driver got ahold of my 1st order? I was in a chat with 3 different people and non of them HELPED

Worst service evvver! Most incompetent bozos on the planet, cant even get simple food orders properly! And where is this companys contact info when these problems happen? Anyhow not easily readily available, very convenient for them so they dont have angry customers contacting them directly everytime they screw up. Talking to technical is useless because all u have is some kid acroos the country who doesnt care and doesnt understand when you tell them you want to cancel your order and a refund! Will never ever use this app again, will boycott skip the dishes as much as possible and will continue to try getting ahold of the "head office" (if there even is one) to make sure my complaints go all the way to the owner if i have to, tell sandeep that when someone says cancel my order, it means cancel the order, this is not the last skip the dishes will hear from me, i will purposefully dedicate some time to get to the bottom of this!
Please people, I try to warn you even if my message might be taken out. Skipthedishes allow easely hackers who fraud your account to place orders! Now be warned and let it happen to you or not. LOL

I mean who is using this answer in "proper" English. Seems more like an excuse from a foreign employee used by this company to write down a few bottom lines that in the end bring you nowhere!!!
Driver most likely stole a partial of my order and I reported it immediately and three chats later there is no updates regarding the situation after rest assuring me the refund would be processed by end of day of the order. No one is able to reach the restaurant for answers. It's bull$#*! because my order was over 100$ And the driver was tipped generously. This app is a joke. DONT USE SKIP. WORST ORDER EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Food is always missing!
The driver stole my food I was told I'd get refund but revived nothing. I contacted the company several times yet got nowhere they have my money and I don't see any hope of getting it back.
They charge seperate prices compared to what the business itself is charging. I think it's a better idea to just order from the company itself at this rate.
Orderded 2 pizza from oapa johns brantford on 2nd slice long hair entangled in cheesetook pizza back to pspa johns. They wont refund even with video and pic. Your drivers are continuously LATE, aswell as always fail to bring me my ALREADY paid for orders. And then have the audacity to refuse me a refund claiming the order has already been delivered when I assure you it has NOT.
I used skip the dishes for the first time last night. I had a horrible experience. My delivery driver MD. Decided to stop off with my food somewhere for over 20 mins. I proceeded to complain to skip. After waiting 10 more minutes I decided to cancel my order. Skip refused to cancel my order. Then the delivery arrived (after I assume was a hurry up from skip) my food was cold and nasty. I had already requested a refund because I knew the food was going to be terrible at this point. So after complaining again, skip decided to give me $32 of my $83 order back…. In skip credits! As if I'm gonna patronize your service again after a Horrible first experience and an unwillingness to make it right be the company. My issue is not with the company directly or the restaurant I ordered from. I'm sure when fresh, the food might have been good. But the delivery people skip chooses to employ. I might add that I pre tipped the driver more than the minimum, and this is the return in service I get. So at 10:30 at night I had to make other dinner arrangements.

And when u ask for a refun they give u 5 dollars for your frozen $#*! food and wehn u try to chat some dipper named Simran Kaur who understands English at a level of a grade 5er dosent understand and thinks 5 dollars is enough
Simple put. Cold food, 1 hour to receive order. When complaint half refund on cold food slow service and when delivered at door no face mask.

Tried ordering a burger from 5 Guys at 8:20pm and the skip site said it was unavailable. Called the restaurant and they were open until 10am but said Skip has their delivery turned off at 8pm. It's a Friday night and they stop delivering from 5 Guys at 8pm? WTF? It's becoming the norm that food takers an hour regardless of time off day and the support staff are all $#*!ed beyond belief! Must do what we can to knock this $#*!hole out of business!

Do not waste your time here. Today was THE LAST time I ever use them again. The courier called me saying he was unable to get into the hotel I was at because it "was locked" I explained MULTIPLE times how to get in and he kept interrupting me. Then after a few minutes of this back forth he tells me I wrote in my instructions I would meet him outside-FALSE I wrote what hotel and what floor to deliver to it ALL VERY CLEAR instructions, as i continued to explain HE HUNG UP. Nobody takes responsibility and the their professionalism is 0. Your money is better spent some where else.
Will never order from them again, ordered and paid for food I never got and they won't give me my money back wasted my whole lunch, this company is a joke
I have been using Skip for many years and in the beginning they were amazing. The best customer service, it really was impressive. Now? It's laughable. I spend about $1000 a month with them and will only complain if items are missing because I've paid for them. If I don't like something I just deal with it. But they started giving me a hard time in the chat saying that they will no longer be able to accept future orders from me or issue refunds. So I emailed customer service and was able to get my refunds.
I was able to still make future orders without any issues but every time I had a complaint, they would give me the same message. They have no problem taking my money, but to refund? It's like pulling teeth! The fact that I'm ordering so often would only result in a higher chance of there being an error, it's basic statistics here.
Yesterday was the last straw. I received my order with an item missing and it included the restaurant receipt which showed the item not included, but my Skip receipt showed that it was ordered and paid for. This is clear proof that I didn't receive something I paid for. You know what they did? Refuse service and refuse to give me a refund. Are you serious?! I have proof I paid and didn't get an item, but they are now stealing from their customers. They put the customers are fault when it's the restaurants that are messing up.
I plan to put them on blast all over social media. They are a disgrace, liars, and thieves and should be ashamed of the "service" they are providing.
