Please do NOT consider using skip the dishes as they will not refund you for items you do not receive. The online chat just says you need to email and after you email you get a generic response saying there is nothing they can do. Please try other deliver apps like Uber eats as they seem to have no issues dealing with issues.

My $40 order is delievered to a wrong place, and ask them to refund, and the customer service stating that my order is marked as "delieverd" and when I try to argue with them, they simply make me disconnnect with the chat, and blocked me.
I've been a regular skip the dishes customer since 2014/2015. There have been a handful of orders over that span where we were either provided with partially inedible orders, or had items missing outright. I recently was informed that my account was suspended due to "multiple refunds". So essentially, because they've offered over the years to refund parts of a few orders, that I've essentially been flagged as a bad customer. Unbelievable. I've literally been a regular user of skip for years now, dumped thousands of dollars into the business, and this is how they treat me when a few orders aren't up to par? Just dumbfounded and furious that this is how I've been labeled and treated. For the record, most of these "refunds" were in "Skip Credits" meaning they're only good if you USE and ORDER from skip again. Secondly, in most of these few circumstances I was OFFERED a partial refund in Skip credits for the affected items. I didn't ask. Furious with this company right now. Unreal. Hello Uber and Deliverr. Goodbye Skip the Dishes and good riddance.
Ordered 70$ of Chinese food that ended up giving me liquid diarrhea so I requested a refund and now they won't accept any orders from my account worst place ever I would look elsewhere to do online ordering like doordash
I have been charged for an order that was never delivered. Order was over $90. I am being blamed for nondelivery. I was initially promised a refund Skip then changed their mind and refused to refund the order blaming error on me.
Skip the dishes is a VERY dishonest organization that knows nothing about customer service! I ordered a meal and received the wrong order, due to this they refunded my total amount of $37.44, BUT THEN they charged my visa $18.60. I've explained to them multiple times that I've confirmed the charge with my bank and that they in fact did charge me $18.60 and they continue to say that they didn't. I've showed them credit card statements and all and they continue to deny it. I spoke with one of their customer service representatives "Kai" who told me I'm embarrassing myself by telling him/her that they did charge my credit card and my financial institution confirmed the charge, because they "didn't charge me anything" and then blocked me from being able to communicate with them. I've emailed the head office/ support management of this organization and have received no reply days later. Save your time and order from either door dash or Uber eats because I've never heard of a company stealing from the people that support them and then denying it. Do yourself a favour and delete your account and make sure you take all your credit card information with you as who knows how much money they'll want to steal from someone next.
Did not deliver my order and tried to blame me for it. Customer service was argumentative and rude.
They then "called me" over an unknown number and stated that they needed my credit card information over the phone because it was "more secure" than the number they already had on file.
Your drivers are continuously LATE, aswell as always fail to bring me my ALREADY paid for orders. And then have the audacity to refuse me a refund claiming the order has already been delivered when I assure you it has NOT.
This is what would happen when you order dishes from them. They will attempt to reach you only once, and they will hang up the phone and leave the place if you don't answer the phone call within 5 seconds. FIVE SECONDS! If you complain about it, they will keep lying that they have called you twice, waited for 7 minutes outside and sent you a notification. They would even say that their agent have tried to contact you after failing the delivery. They will take your money and never return without delivering foods. The delivery guy will receive even tip from you. Besides you cannot explain your situation fully because their customer service team will rudely hang up the phone, saying that they are very exhausted because of your complaint. In result, YOU WOULD TRULY SKIP YOUR DISHES!
Absolutely terrible company. They treat their drivers like garbage, and can't hold onto staff. There is no way to communicate with them when they fail every single time. They blame the restaurants for delays, when in fact they don't have sufficient staff to deliver your order in a timely manner. I officially refuse to ever use this service again.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE! If I could give a zero, or even negative star rating I would. Constantly inaccurate with timing. It can say 20 mins for 10 mins, then change to 49 mins. Also delivery driver that is supposedly on their way to get your food can change 5 or 6 times in a 15 min period, which then affects how long it takes to get your food. Then they'll refuse to refund you but offer to cancel your order anyway. WHAT!? Yeah I'm gonna give you 30$ to not do your job. DELETED!

I've given this service many chances. We can't make it to restaurants because we have young children. But now I've had enough. Very disappointing experiences. My orders are wrong almost every time I receive them. Customer service has now accused me of being dishonest about it when I report it. It was apparently my fault when the driver didn't knock on the door and sent a text message that the food was here, that I didn't receive and left without dropping off the food. But it's my fault because apparently knocking on the door is a special request and I didn't request it. They can also be super late like over and hour. Try another service.
I just ordered Mr. Puffs through Skip the Dishes, and the driver decided not to deliver my order. I was waiting for over 1 hour and the skip the dish help line advised me that the driver called, but I never received a call from the driver. After complaining with Skip the dishes they decided to blame me the customer, and defend the driver, who is currently eating my Mr. Puffs... I hope the driver gets a ticket for eating and driving. I will never use this service again.
I ordered from skip did not receive my order and was charged $30 when I contacted the help 3 times! All 3 people were rude and said there is no history of this happening even when I have the receipt and bank statement. Scam artists I will NEVER order from them again. The worst company EVER
They don't even take care about the restaurant. They don't have any matrix to calculate the skip score and if you are not accepting their promotion offers, they reduce your skip score to forced to accept their promotions.
Got terrible food from a few places, delivery took over 1.5 hours when it clearly said 30 mins. Instead of an apology, the customer service said I had requested refunds too many times (NEVER MIND THAT I NEVER RECEIVED REFUNDS) and because of that they would not process any more orders or refunds. Extremely rude, disgusting and the worst service ever. Skip literally has the worst service, the worst customer service and is terrible. Period.
Honestly, any other service like Foodora, Doordash and Uber eats have better service than this one.
Have used the service a few times, always short the drinks, received a mangled pizza and lately I couldn't log in, wouldn't accept password and no help, no forgot password. Bull$#*! app. I love Shorty's pizza, but tonight I'm having Pizza Nova.
Skip the dishes basically just stole from me. I placed an order for later in the day, double checked the time i set it for. The site started the delivery for ASAP. When I noticed I contacted support and was told they would get it postponed. A few hours later I found out they couldn't postpone it and also didnt bother to contact me about it so I didn't get my order and they wont resend it or refund the money, thanks criminals.

As a Masters student at the University of Toronto, my busy schedule and long study nights often require me to elicit the convenient service of delivery services such as what I thought your application was meant to uphold.
The experience I had this evening has not only left me feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, but also without the only real goal of fuelling a long night of clinical report writing.
The conversation I had with the customer service department was short of compassion, explanations, or regard for the extent of the impact it has had on my evening.
I am not happy with the sole outcome of a refund and I am even more appalled by the fact that I feel like my voice is not being heard. I intend to make it heard.

Skip the dishes is a joke, I ordered food because my ankle is very badly sprained. My driver would not walk up to my door becase there was 2" of snow on my sidewalk. He literally had the audacity to tell me it was dangerous! So I had to hop on one foot outside to grab the food. The customer service was even worse. Mandy who I've dealt with is horrible. Both times she was miserable and actually left the conversation on me. To which skip decided to give me a $5 credit. This company is an utter joke. Nothing will happen to his terrible driver because skip doesn't care.
Answer: Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
