Never fall in the trap. We booked biz class travel 4 months prior to our travel and we got emails from Skylux with seats. Week of travel full of surprises. Seats ere not attached to tickets and shocker. We have to pay if we want to get seats
When we reached airport they told us we have no lounge access. Disappoint after disappointment. Skylux idiots will not answer or help u if there is a problem with ur reservation. They always refer to agent issue and two agents that helped us left. They have no record of emails shared by agent to us at the time of booking. Support ducks. There is no management to reach to. Never ever buy anything from this site. U will be so upset and ruin ur vacation
I booked an airline ticket along with the travel protection plan but found the service complicated and full of hidden fees and conditions which were not disclosed up front. I found a lower fare which better suited my travel needs and requested to cancel within 24 hours of booking but only a partial refund or convoluted credit and change fee was offered. The sales pitch is high pressure and makes everything seem easy if you pay for the additional travel insurance. But when you actually try to make a change, cancel or get a refund, that's when the full extent of barriers, fees, and poor service become apparent.

Do not buy tickets with this company.
They sold me a insurance saying that if I had to make any changes would be free of cost. Now I'm trying to change my ticket they keep adding so many fees.
They promise to return my phone call and never do. Each agent gives you a different price for the trip.
They were really nice to sell the tickets and now they are providing the worst customer service that someone would expect for such a high price point service. Run!

The data base SkyLux uses allowed them to find exactly what we were looking for at a price that was better than their competition. Douglas was professional, timely with responses, and knowledgeable. Bonus: they book directly with the Airline and I can see my booking on the airline app. I can also change seats and give meal preferences directly with the airline. GREAT experience. I'll repost in January to make sure everything is smooth with the airport/flights during travel.
I've been purchasing my ticket to Bangkok from Skylark for the past few years. I've always used the same agent, but this year there was a new one. Keanu was excellent, and his English was 100% perfect with barely a trace of an accent. Planning a trip to Japan, I was baffled by the lack of information on the airlines I was considering about the seats in business class. It was of critical importance to me to book seats that would lie flat but that information was nowhere to be found on the airline's website! It was such a relief to find Skylux where I was able to get all the information I needed including which airport was the most convenient, which airline had the best reputation for business class travel and how best to plan my US flights to connect with my Japanese flights. I will definitely use SkyLux for all my international flights in the future.

Told me to cancel my TAP Portugal ticket and I would get a refund and to buy an Iberia ticket with them. Over three months later and still no refund. The agent (Ricardo) has stated in many emails it had been processed but no refund has come through. I sure they are hoping I will just write it off. Do not deal with this company.

They are very nice and personable but watch for hidden fees. Their change and cancellation fees are high. Also you have to work through your sales agent typically to change, which can be hit or miss. Lastly, we did not get much of a discount, so in the end we should have booked directly or through one of the larger online agents.

I have been working with Gomez now for over a year. He is extremely Responsive, and once you tell him the details he has options ready to go almost instantly. Also, he is there for you; he sent a message after 30 minutes and said sorry for the delay; which is no delay to me thats quick, I was helping a client who was stuck at the airport get home. Now that is Quality service you do not see in this day and age. Call Gomez you will not be disappointed.

Working with Precious was a genuine pleasure. My wife and I have a lengthy travel itinerary taking us around the world and staying in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe before returning to Los Angeles. Precious worked diligently over several days to get us the best fares and to accommodate my wife's desire to make part of her trip in Business class and the rest in Economy.
