My Skylux agent Nestor was awesome. I know he found the best deal at the most affordable price. Biggest bang for the buck. Upon conclusion he was to call me within 15 minutes after the plane tickets had verified through the system. I did not hear anything back for 6 hours, and began to feel that maybe I had fallen for a 5k scam. After a couple of emails I was pleasantly surprised to see my verified plane tickets pop up in my email. I soon learned that it was the airlines system that had gone down, to no fault of my agent or Skyflux. Either way, small inconvenience.
