I asked for several options including flights several days in advance so my wife and I could do some sightseeing before a Greek Island cruise. The agent provided us with options with competitive prices.

We worked with Dublin to book our flight to Manila. He's a very creative agent. He gave us flight alternatives and listened well to our needs and requirements. My wife was working with another agent but when I shared with her the information that Dublin gave me, she was very pleased that we're able to complete the booking in no time. I would have given a five-star rating but because of the price we paid, I took one star out. Next time I fly again, I hope to use Dublin again.
