Don't book with SkyLuxTravel. I haven't even departed on my trip 11/20/2024. Save yourself the hassle book with the airlines or with someone else. This site is a total ripoff they may have an A+ rating with the BBB but there are also over 200 complaints.

This company took all my billing information, issued me a confirmation number both from their company and the airline but never actually booked my flight. I had to reach out ten times to follow up where they would eventually respond stating not to worry, the fares are held but the sales rep had stats to maintain therefore was waiting til Nov 1 to ticket. They also tried to continually sell me add on services that I repeatedly refused. I have requested a manager to speak to 6 times and they have not engaged. I have escalated to customer service because the rep is now stating the fare has gone up and will no longer honor the price that I booked and received confirmation for.

SkyLux has a great BBB rating A+. My first time using them. Adele looked for flights over several days and was very patient and knowledgeable. My flight is in August so I am confident there will be no major changes and should there be changes, Adele said she will be in contact with me.
