Worked with the agent Soprano, who was patient, polite, courteous and very helpful.

I was attracted to the company based YT ads and emails I have received about cheap business class seats. Chad was a great customer rep, attentive and diligent in his follow up. However, the price is not as discounted as one would think, which is similar with other discounted airline companies. Additionally, they bait you with other products, like insurance and concierge which are all for fee, that jacks up the price higher than the airlines will offer.

I just purchased a business class for my wife and I going to the Philippines. Agent was very professional and definitely a subject matter expert. He tried really hard to look for the best price and flights. Definitely recommend.

My agent, Duke, put in the extra time and effort to find me the appropriate flights at the best prices and most convenient times for me. He would even call me at night from home after work to see how things were going. I really appreciated that, and we got the job done for a successful international trip for a lot less money than I would've been able to get on my own.

Drake gave us superior service when making our flight arrangements to Scandinavia. Our trip required several flights from several destinations, which made booking more complicated. Sylvester remembered me from the first phone call. Ours was difficult with 9 passengers and in different classes. It didn't seem to be a problem, he worked right through it all. He gave us all we wanted and so efficiently.

A last minute reservation was needed to Slovenia and Costa handled it very quickly.
