Lionel was my agent. He was very very patient because l couldn't make up my mind with my bookings and keeps changing the dates, locations. All he will say is "it's ok" we can search again. He was not afraid to make suggestions like some agents will do to avoid being blamed. He was on time whenever he says he will call back and he was never pushy. Always reasoning with you question his suggestions as sometimes as an agent. Will continue to use him for all my travels.

It was a learning experience to understand the different options for business class reservations

Rep found us a good flight itinerary with an excellent cost per person.

I had been searching for two days trying to find a good flight. I have never flown business class or first class, so I was trying to find a deal to fly business class for the first time. I don't know at what point I contacted August, but once I did he proceeded to work on getting me the business flight I was looking for. He said he would find some flights and send them to me via email. I got several quotes and after a few looks I found the reasonable business class flight I needed. This all thanks to August. He even picked out and setup my seating. I am very happy with this flight and I am very excited about taking this trip. Thank you August.

This was my first time using SKYLUX and Sam felt like a friend throughout the process. Planning trips with multiple flights can feel overwhelming; but, Sam was patient, thorough, and consistent in his support. He provided a variety of flight options as well as informed me on which airlines may be best, which accept what frequent flyer miles, chase points, etc., and what he would recommend. He always respected what my priorities were and guided me to the best options from there.

The agent was very understanding and followed up with calls as requested. He responded to all my questions satisfactorily and met my needs. On the day I booked my reservation, I received an E mail from Skylux for available booking for my flights. When I called back right away to book, I was told that the price quoted had expired. This was surprising since I called within 30 minutes of receiving E mail. The agent looked into into and provided me same flight at slightly higher cost of $50/person.

We were fortunate to be assigned Chloe as an agent. This was our first transaction with this company and were somewhat reluctant. Chloe was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely share her contact information with our friends and relatives.

It was my first time working with SKYLUX. I had a million questions and wasn't able ti make up my mind as to what date to fly. But the agent never faltered. He showed extreme patience in wanting to get ne exactly what I wanted.

The agent Mr. Rob did not provide good service, he was not transparent explaining the charges,plus he will not provide the requested documents and information even after several reminders. Once he got our payment he became non responsive for service. Lalit Sheth
Thanks. In one of my email I specifically mentioned to him " The kind of business you are in the most important factor is good REFERRAL " plus he won't make the seat selections, request for wheelchair, and meal selections. I waited couple of days finally I end up calling the airline to make these selections. I needed specific seat location because of my health condition, and when the airline made my seat selection that was the last seat remaining. Thank god I got that seat.Prior to your email I was thinking to report my complaint to 1, Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission.
