This website is almost a scam. The tickets are t even cheaper than what airlines offer. God forbid if you were to make changes to your dates you will never get hold of any agent. There is no supervisor or manager. I have lost so much money in dealing with a simple exchange.
Ronnie Williams has become my go-to person for all our travel flight bookings. Over the years I recommended friends to him, the feedbacks are positive too. I particularly appreciate his thoroughness. He's been consistently responsive, patient, and helpful. In some cases he saved us significant amount of money, in other cased he at least matched the best deal out there, with quality service as an undeniable benefit.
I highly recommend Ronnie to anyone who likes the combination of quality service and good price.
After signing up for a newsletter, I regularly receive emails announcing deals. The prices are completely fake. Like they pulled them out of a hat. There is no way any company can offer a business class ticket to Europe from anywhere in the U.S. for under $4,000. But they promise ridiculous prices like $1,800 to Germany, etc. And the one time I spoke with someone they could get close to about $3,000 BUT on the return, it was like a 24 hour journey. So they somehow find some obscure routes where you have to connect for hours in an airport, and in some cases, going through Istanbul (going far further east for most destinations in Europe.)
In an extreme example (see screen capture) to Milan there are 2 stops, for a total of 30+ hours in either direction! Sure, $2,600 sounds great. But completely unrealistic.

The gentleman I worked with was helpful and patient. When there was a problem, he would call me back. He persisted in getting my reservation completed.

Their response to our many written requests for refunds, as had been promised in their promotional materials, has been to send bunches of disconnected words full of errors. I imagine they get a good laugh about this.
I have repeatedly asked for information on their President and General Counsel, and I repeatedly get ignored.
I suggest that only people who like getting ripped off use these guys for flight arrangements.

After searching numerous websites for a planned trip to Italy and Malta with limited success in finding affordable flights, I discovered SKYLUX. Once i completed an online questionnaire with travel my planned travel dates and destinations I received a phone call from a representative. Conner was fantastic to work with, found flights to match my planned itinerary at cost below other flight booking sites.

I booked my business class trip with them and thought I got a good deal. I realized buying it directly from the airline would cost me $100 more. They stoke my 5400 miles and tried to convince me my airfare does not qualify for mileage credit. Checking with United, they told me it was credited to the agent Air Canada account. Cannot how DOT allows those dishonest agents to sell tickets to consumers. I don't recommend buying tickets through them

I have been trying to determine change of flight options for the last 72 hours, but no one is following through; I'm sending emails and texts, but nothing. I told them I have limited phone service as I am in India, but it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone. My company will not use this service, and I am angry at myself for trusting in this business. I feel as though they took my money and now have conveniently left me to dry.
