Do not waste your time on this supposedly "free" game. You get close enough to get the cards you need to get the rewards and then you of course do not get the cards necessary to win the rewards before they reset the game.

The more you win the more you have to bid to level up or win some of the odd games they add on. Its all about them making money and you losing yours! If you complain they just tell you your luck is bad but will change soon as long as you keep playing and paying. They let you win at the start then change everything to make sure it doesnt keep happening!

Seems everytime you log in to play, they change the full layout and have issues with not giving you your winnins. Ace Pack extra spins locks and then goes away. Lost 11 total so called free spins in 2 days. Reported to Customer Service and they passed the buck, like the Demorats do, trying to blame me telling me it was my connection and not enough RAM. I use to play when it was a yahoo game. Now it's a facebook game which I am not on. So not up against anyone. You have to x out of about 8 purchase options before getting to game. So I play the slotoquests. Play just now had 8 billion dollars and the game Smashloco came up. You can't stop it and it spins for like 8 seconds. I thought I was going to have a seizure. So I put it on auto and watch how many I won on 100 spins. A whopping 3 times lol. But I didn't have to look at screen. So I repeated the process... the game ate 8 billion in about 20 minutes. Shouldn't be wasting my time on it anyway lol.

I was/am a diamond with over 39 trillion points. I have spent good money weekly and then all a of sudden it's all gone., contacted customer service where they proceeded to tell me that my game was linked to Facebook and I should check that. I HAVE NEVER LINKED THIS GAME to Facebook. Wrote them multiple times explaining that I never did this……crickets. Don't waste your money or time.

Somehow when you win on slotomania 4+5 does not equal 9. Maybe 7, maybe even 6. This site cheats you. Too bad as the slots are entertaining. But the company is a rip off.

Took a month to get to 10 billion and 1 day to loose it. Not a game made for fun, odds too much in the games favor. If spending money on gambling, a casino app would make better sense.

When I first started playing, it was a great game. Over the past year, it's been harder to win money to just cover your bet. The prices of coin packages have risen for the number of coins received. If you decide to buy, be sure to read the "fine print". For example, the package where you can win up to 2500% or 2000%, doesn't mean there is that particular percent included on the drink choices.
Daily dashes are harder to accomplish, especially when the fourth is to collect 2,100 club points. If you don't have many coins, reaching that amount is difficult. Of course, there is the option to purchase a package to collect the dash. But is it really worth it? But then where else would they make the money to put out television commercials.
ACE packages are no longer available when playing new games.
There is always the option to write to customer service to make suggestions for the game. Of course in my opinion, they are filed in the "circular" folder.
It's a shame. A game that used to be fun has been flushed down the drain.

They claim that there are 243 way to win in this game. While I understand that this is a game of CHANCE, when you claim that a game offers 243 ways of winning on any given spin and the thing hardly pays coins back even after spinning 50 times you MIGHT win back a few coins 5 or 6 times... Playtika has changed their format from being #1sloto games to flushing it down the toilet. I have been member quite sometime now, and it's getting worse. They do not care enough to get problems solved, always lame excuses. Not like gambling at a slot machine. Slot machines do not keep invading your playtime. Playtika does. Adding more and longer times to slow down what you win and the interruptions thru your game time. Noticed yesterday, Monday, my clan didn't reach the key. Never had that happen, which tells me they are now messing with clan points. No one can play rush, unless they are willing to bet very large amounts. They have reduced the free ticket to play some of the games, and in this case, using your tickets on holey moley before you start game. I could go on with the greed from these new persons oe whoever is trying to make the game unbearable. No option to opt on some of the in-game games. And the worse of all, when they didn't have someone who didn't know how to fix gaming issues. I do hope things start changing back, to when people enjoyed playing. Games are no longer fun!
