I have been member for over 10 years. I have spent a lot of money over those years,MUCH more than I should have. At this point in time I am 95% and 100,000 status points from royal diamond. I have played this game for many many months and enjoyed the process, but once I ran out of coins I decided to purchase a minimal amount of coins for $4.99 on my credit card. That resulted in a good run and got up to up to 321 Million in coins. Right in the middle of playing a slot game everything froze up and I was unable to do anything for 20+ minutes. Contacted customer support service chat team with not being able to load side game S&L as freezes game when select spin dice - this also meant was unable to do clan challenge. They came back and said it must be my internet connection. Had and paid $200 to Geeks Ru tech to come here. He said nothing wrong with my internet connection, otherwise would be having issues with all apps and programs. Me not tech savvy! Lol.
Re-contacted customer support and was informed many customers having issue and has referred to tech team to investigate. Heard nothing for days, re-contacted customer support and informed to 'have patience' and someone from tech would come back to me - this was in Feb 22. It's now May 22 (me forgot about this issue, lol). I had great patience, lol, until had another issue happen on 30-4-22 where wasn't paid for two massive wins in an hour. 1st time thought I was seeing things when money wasn't added to my balance, so ignored it as didn't have a photo / screen shot of win amount. So, next massive win I took photo immediately and guess what, I never received the win amount.
Contacted customer support and once again told was put in hands of tech team with my photo and to 'have patience'.
Finally got back to me on 3-5-22, where told by customer support that a resolution had been reached and someone from tech team would be contacting me shortly but once again to 'have patience'!
Well, I now have been informed that will not be being paid as was a visual glitch but not by tech team - was informed by customer support only after I went back to them on 9-5-22. This is very poor service and treatment even when have photo proof. So unfair.
Oh, and the screen said 'Congratulations you win $$$ in 10 free spins'. Don't know how this can be visual glitch!

Back when I started it was fun and exciting. It wasn't just winning, but it was about opening new games and seeing what the free spins and bonus stuff in the games looked like. That was back when the site was relatively uncluttered with the over load of ads that it is now.
Things were fine and then I joined a clan and got put with one that people kept leaving. Finally, I ended up winning a clan tournament all by myself against the other clans in which several players participated. It made me angry because the clan I was in only had me participating while other clans had lots of group participation. After I collected the prizes from the tournament, I decided I'd had enough and was leaving the clan. I was met with an image of the lucy and a bunch of the other male characters from various games and it was creepy and made me uncomfortable. It felt like I was being threatened and intimidated as the 'Are you sure you want to leave the clan?' question came up. I clicked the yes button. That was the point where things started to change.
Over the months after the win and lose pattern started. Durring that time I won a few jackpots, but found that if I didn't bet higher to loose the jackpot I'd won faster or fast enough to be kept at a very low level of coins, every game I tried I'd lose at and after I'd get to almost no coins then it would change and I'd win here and there.
Then I noticed how many more ads were showing up. I refused to buy coin packages since I realized it would be buying nothing and I figured any coin package would be lost quickly. Other players apparently ended up spending lots of money and then lost it and it became a cycle of losing money.
The finale straw was finding out that to just go up one level would be 25 billion coins. That and for the previous couple of months a variety of glitches became the norm along with them trying to get into my fb page 3 times and me stopping it. I was done. It comes down to this, playing slotomaina is a waste of time. Money can be made again but my time is more valuable and can't be replaced.

Okay so I'm a big time or was a big time Slotomania fan for years since about 2012.
