With an extreme understanding that COVID restrictions and closures were happening we reached out several times. The sales people were excellent but the service AFTER a couch is bought on matienence and repairs was not. All we have gotten so far is exasperated sighs. We offered to drop it off at the curb, let them have it for as long as they needed to fix it, just rebuy the broken section and even attempt to install the part ourselves. After multiple calls we are still no where closer to having this resolved. Good time purchasing even though it was one of their lower priced pieces but zero interest in continuing to provide service after that it seems. I expected more from a local spot and going forward we will make an effort to avoid both this store and likely the franchise as a whole even if it means driving to the cities. We are a local lower-middle income family and they were a local business. To be shoved aside during a hard time for both of us is a bit surprising.
Beware the return policy on the mattresses here. They will tell you it is 120 days which is better than 30 days like their competitors but the difference is the competitors allow a return for a full refund while these guys only allow you to pay a $99 fee plus a shipping fee to exchange for another mattress and then you are stuck with it. They also do not work with you outside of this policy when delivering you defective merchandise. Our first bed was defective and the second one is not as described. The first mattress caved in where our heads laid by about 2 inches. We had no idea that is what made us uncomfortable until we took the sheets off when they were delivering our second mattress. The 2nd mattress is a total joke. In the store it felt very soft and high quality. The mattress delivered to us is hard as a rock and you can literally feel the springs pushing against you. My wife and I both have back pain, hip and shoulder numbness and arms falling asleep now. I've tried to work with the company and the store manager as well as headquarters and when I called them they both just tell me the policy and do not give me any options. I've offered to pay another $99 fee and shipping fee as well as buy a more expensive mattress and they are not interested in helping me. Save yourself a big headache and shop at a store that has a full refund return policy instead of this ridiculous tricky one. The sales person confused me and my wife when we asked him if they have 30 day full refund returns by telling us they have an industry leading return policy of 120 days that is better than the 30 days. It isn't better for the customer, it is better for them because once you buy you are stuck. Hopefully if you do go with this company they at least deliver you a good working mattress and not a second hand one like they did us. I honestly can't tell if they are selling used mattresses here or what the heck is going on. All I know is they will not let you return or exchange it.
