With an extreme understanding that COVID restrictions and closures were happening we reached out several times. The sales people were excellent but the service AFTER a couch is bought on matienence and repairs was not. All we have gotten so far is exasperated sighs. We offered to drop it off at the curb, let them have it for as long as they needed to fix it, just rebuy the broken section and even attempt to install the part ourselves. After multiple calls we are still no where closer to having this resolved. Good time purchasing even though it was one of their lower priced pieces but zero interest in continuing to provide service after that it seems. I expected more from a local spot and going forward we will make an effort to avoid both this store and likely the franchise as a whole even if it means driving to the cities. We are a local lower-middle income family and they were a local business. To be shoved aside during a hard time for both of us is a bit surprising.
