I always take pictures at most group gathering... family parties, graduations, picnics, weddings. You name it. And it's just a good point and shoot. I then put them together in a SmileBox slide show and ALWAYS hear rave reviews. How else would family and friends get to see these pictures! I rely on SmileBox at least a couple times a month. Don't know what I would do without it.

I clicked on this offer, but did not do it. A week ago I saw $47.88 taken out of my checking account. My bank shows a phone number along with name and address. I called this number and was told they have no phone for customer service. Of course 3 seconds later your holding a dead phone. I sent emails which kept saying this issue was resolved. But I did not have my money back. So Monday I spent on research. I tracked down their media company. Then found their stock on NYSE. I called them and told them I was filing a complaint with the stock exchange, was reporting them for cyber crime, and filing a lawsuit against them all for bank fraud. Today, I received a message stating my money will be back in my account within 2 days. I just wanted to warn others about this offer.
I really like the program! Just one thing that could use some tighten your music; It's choppy. I understand money helps to personalize those fine touches but to spend the money I'd have to know its not going to be the same quality

As a Kindergarten teacher I use Smilebox.com to communicate and share information and classroom news and photos with parents. It is a very a effective and user friendly way to share memories. It saves a lot of time by providing a vast array of templates and also music choices if you would like to use them rather than your own. A definite treasure for busy teachers.
I can't believe they operate this way. I had no idea they were charging my EX-husband every year $50 after I was happy to sign up for one year to do a huge loving DVD tribute to my dying father a few years ago. Shame on them and their tactics. I was in advertising and marketing for 20 years and have been in sales for 10, and I would never stoop to this. I wanted to speak to someone to ask them to refund his account for this latest charge, but they so cleverly do not allow for phone calls, so I guess he is out another $50. I would never use them again--though I love their product--and I will tell everyone I know personally of their poor business practices. I had no idea I had signed up for any kind of automatically renewing subscription, which is how so many unethical companies get you. You just don't expect of a company like this, and then they make themselves inaccessible, by not posting phone numbers online, and refuse to refund anyone who is feeling bamboozled. Tsk. Tsk.
I have been using Smilebox as our Christmas card for the past 8-9 years and I have found it totally easy to use and just a pleasure to use. I have investigated other sites and none are as good. Nobody else let's you add photos later on and shuffle them around easily. I defy anybody not intuitively knowing how to use it. Just great, thank you so much!

Answer: It sounds like the pixels don't support the size you are trying to view it in. Try shrinking the output and see if that helps. If all of your pictures are still blurry, make sure your software is up to date. Hope this helps and congrats on your wedding!
