I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!
HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.
I have created about 30 photo books through snapfish over the years, the most recent July 2023.
This last book had the pages fall out on opening!
There was something wrong with how it was made. This book cost $120.
I contacted snapfish when I found some time to do so and provided a photo, I used their online chat.
After explaining online the problem, I was just shutdown as they said I ordered in March. I didn't, this was a different order. They just closed the chat. I was served by
Risphar Musee.
The book quality was lousy. The service even worse.
If I could give 0 star I would.
I'm very disappointed that Snapfish would force us to change to a new site where we can't even edit our photos. It defeats the purpose of a photo site in the first place. The new site is awkward and not at all user-friendly. I assumed the editing capabilities were just difficult to find, so I used the classic site for as long as I could. Even then my last 2 orders on classic were cancelled because of some issues with my pictures. I have loved snapfish and been a regular customer for years, but am sad to say I will be switching to shutterfly or another site where we can still edit photos and the site is user-friendly. I need some photos changed to sepia, and the customer service rep is asking me to be patient (I've needed them since December and it is now April!). Please tell me why we should wait for MONTHS to be able to edit & order photos? That doesn't even make sense. You are a photo editing site where photos can't be edited. Absurd!
Do NOT use. There are other alternatives. The customer service is the worst we have experienced with any online retailers thus far. We asked for a status update, a refund or a replacement on an online order that had gone missing. SNAPFISH slow rolled us and took no actions even after 5 emails. We had to resolve the issue through our bank by disputing the charge. Then it took 3 emails to cancel our online account. The reps are incompetent, and there is no customer service quality control.
Any company that says "share photos" with your friends and family should allow those "friends and family members" to view the photos you send. Forcing them to register is baloney. No one has time to fill that info. They will skip it.
Never using them again.
I give snapfish a good review based on quality, the product I ordered turned out great! However, it arrived 5 days later than the original estimated delivery date and was NOT here by Christmas as promised. The price was OK. Merry Christmas!
I'm really tired of wasting my time on the app. I have gone through my photos, selected them all, only to have them disappear, or have different photos show up, or have no way to review and adjust them. And Lord help you if you try to make an album. HOurs wasted trying to get it right with their user unfriendly system. It's a shame because when it works it's great but getting it to work is hell. The customer service dudes in India have no idea how to help you. They give you the wrong advice. Their English isn't good enough to understand you. And you only get to them after frustrating conversations with a robot that can't help you on the "live chat ". I am done. I'm switching to another app.
Tip for consumers:
Go to another site.

I am surprised Snapfish thought its customers would appreciate a new website that loses all record of their current and past projects. And without any warning? This seems completely irresponsible and I would like to know what they are going to do to correct the situation.
I ordered our cards on 12/6 (100) and they still have not arrived. It finally says shipped for tracking but the delivery is 12/22. How is that acceptable. No one will receive them in time for Christmas. The worse of it all is the customer service. There is no phone number listed. When I looked it up elsewhere and called the number is no longer working. So you can't even speak to someone. Then I waited for over an hour to love chat with someone and when I was the first in line it said "cancelled" and that there were no agents available to speak. I tried sending emails but when I hit "submit" it goes to a blank screen. I have used snapfish for photo books, prints, and cards for years and will never ever use them again!
I am so disappointed. I liked preparing the photo book online but, then, realized the spine would not match the rest of the book. For some reason, you must select the color of the front cover, back cover and spine separately rather than just one cover color. It took much negotiation with customer service to get this issue resolved but, then, the final product came with text cut off most of the pages- even though I was careful to size it so it fit in the space allowed online. I paid for a completely unusable end product.
Ordered cards to be picked up at a local location. I was prompted to put in my cc information on Snapfish, but then had to pay at the store also. Cards turned out bad with a random white border on one side only. Snapfish says they cant help :(
Customer service had the opportunity to help and elected not to do anything. System was very slow and after playing with multiple formats, finally got one to final format. Inadvertently put the wrong number in verbiage section.
3 hrs after placing the order, two weeks before it is schedule to be delivered, realized the mistake. Customer service, which can help, elected to hold to the one hour time limit. Will never use them again.
Every year I make a family calendar. So this year, at the end of January, I made a darling family calendar. The calendars were on sale for $7.99. Then I saw that 8 x 8 tiles were on sale too. So I purchased one photo tile of each grandchild. The tiles were great until I hung them up using the enclosed magnetic hangers. Within 3 hours all 11 pictures were on the floor!
So after purchasing 6 calendars and 11 photo tiles, with the sale, my cost was $64 including tax. Ok, that's fair. Then they added SHIPPING AND HANDLING! S & H was $77.32! It was 120% of the cost of the items. I have never had shipping cost more than the item. I am done with Snapfish. I am going to remove all my photos from their website.
I ordered 40 calendars from Snapfish. I planned to give some out as gifts and sell others, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the printing. Every calendar had defects (dark lines in the images) on almost every page that looked like they were printed on a printer that was low on ink or really needed to be cleaned. Plus, several of them arrived damaged because their packing was terrible. I reached out to customer service about this and sent them photos of several defects, and they asked me to send a photo of all 40 calendars, as if they didn't believe me that they all had the same defects. So I did as they asked and it's been three days and I still haven't heard what they plan to do about it. Their customer service is extremely slow; it should not take this long to decide if I will be getting a refund or not! Don't use Snapfish!
After speaking with Snapfish I was refused a refund. One of my images (poster size) came in wrinkled and ruined and the other part of my package never showed up. Still they refused my refund. I will never use Snapfish again

None, had to order from another company, which did a great job and I actually received the whole order
This was my first time using the new website, having been a loyal customer for many years. Order value of £120 charged to my credit card on order, however Snapfish are not able to honour any of the items ordered following corruption of the pictures needed! I will take my business elsewhere thanks... some items were needed for a family get together and I feel really let down. Time to move on and find a more reliable provider!
I have used snapfish for at least 6 years ordering 10 calendars per year and countless photos. The new site does not allow you to edit photos, looks like I'm looking for a new site to purchase from now! Very disappointed!
The quality of the prints is dark and muddy. Some are not cropped as shown in the image on line. Customer service is asking for over burdening proof and only offering to reprint. No refund. I will not use them again.
I was a very loyal and frequent customer for many years, until now. I recently purchased 5 books and 7 ornaments. Two of the ornaments were upside down, but my biggest complaint was the quality of the books. If I were a first-time buyer I would be disappointed and not purchase from them again, but I know from previous purchases they did have quality products. All 5 books have discoloration, poor clarity, and poor paper quality. I normally anxiously await for their arrival to share with friends before gifting them, but I am now so embarrassed by the poor quality I hesitate even giving them as a gift.
After speaking to 6 different support people trying to get a resolution, and then attempting to speak to a supervisor, still no resolution. I was offered a "free" book, but why would I order more of the same garbage. Come on Snapfish, get your act together.
I ordered and paid for two books a month ago. The service has been disgusting!
The first parcel was sent to the wrong address, apparently!? I did NOT sign for them, so strangers have my personal photos and information.
Then, I was told a reprint was done and will be delivered, and I confirmed the address. Nothing has arrived. I have called numerous times and been fobbed off.
This is an unacceptable service.
I will never use them again.
Their reckless regard of other peoples personal photos is astounding.
Don't bother wasting your time and money making photo books that never arrive!
This company ruined my product which was reported to them and they refused to remedy the situation which is their fault. The customer 'support' dept. is useless especially that Sammy with his rotten attitude and dismissive chatters. Should have seen this earlier due to the other results to consider what runs this business. Will go to their competition from now on. The 1 star rating is too High!
I'm greatly disappointed when it comes to recent customer service by Snapfish. This saddens me, because I'm a longtime customer, who greatly appreciated and promoted prior products.
It just seems like new Snapfish website *does not work* and that the Snapfish company has suddenly chosen to sacrifice quality in order to focus on quantity.
I have great memories, and the utmost appreciation for my prior experience with Snapfish.
This recent change for the worst makes me sad.
Bought three items. Collage print was good. BUT... set of prints was poor - arbitrary trimming off of heads on many photos (option to trim them myself was not presented to me, and I would expect that a VERY basic algorithm would have trimmed them sensibly and some quality control would have been in place). Photos on the notecards were very dark, darker than the prints and darker still than the collage print; not usable. Customer services told me notecard images 'are always darker', so I am not clear why this was not advised at point of sale. Customer services refused refund for poor goods.

I ordered my Christmas cards early this year in order to take advantage of a promo code. I ordered two styles for my Christian and non Christian friends. After I placed the order I left town for a place with poor service. When scrolling through me emails I saw an email from Snapfish saying my order was only 90% complete. I called to see if both orders had gone through. Because I poor service I was having difficulty pulling up the email with my order number. The customer service rep hung up on me I made the mistake of reordering. Because I was not able to figure out my initial order did go through and they were trying to get me to order more cards until after the one hour window, the company refused to cancel the second order. I have ordered many times from them in the past but never will again.
I used to love Snapfish. Used them for numerous books and other projects and was always pleased with the results. The switch to their new format has been a disaster. When I went to reorder a book that I made just a few months ago, I found that all of the text had been lost in the switch. Also, it seems like book orders are taking WAY longer than they used to. I don't think the new format is any easier to use. In fact, it's more cumbersome. Snapfish should have stuck to the old successful format.
I ordered 40 Christmas cards on 11/19/21. I spent $49. They arrived nearly two weeks later and were completely scratched up and poorly printed. Through live chat I was given credits to reorder cards plus expedited shipping. The credits didn't cover the full amount, so I spent $10 more. The live chat agent refunded the $10. New cards arrived today, same horrible quality! Also, they only sent 20, not 40! I called the customer service number and they are only refunding me $39, because they said they already refunded me $10. I explained over and over that I spent $49 plus $10, so I just want the money I spent back. They don't seem to understand. So I basically am out $10 for Christmas cards that are in the garbage. Never ordering from them again!
