I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!

HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.

For prints up to 5 x 7, you may save money with snapfish, but anything larger has a good chance of being of poor quality with dull color, very cheap paper, and lousy packaging.

They lost more than 5000 of my photo collection. Unreliable place. When contacted ref this, they didn't take any responsibility. "Corrupted images" was their answer.

Used be good - made a lot of nice books with them. Those days are gone. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Just purchased 8 12x12 books with 50 pages and all printed horribly with squashed photos and colored lines through images. They said submit order again, I did, those too all printed horribly. GARBAGE. No costumer service help - just bogus online chats and no proper refunds - just credits for more useless printing. What a waste of time and materials. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I am so sad that they have changed their editing program. With the classic site, I could crop and do other editing, but now - nothing. I will be switching services after years of being a loyal user.

I used Snapfish for the first time this last week, needed the book before Xmas, but I was way behind. I got it to Snapfish late Friday Dec. 18, and they had it back to me by the 22nd in a wonderful book that I was sure would not turn out well. The did a WONDERFUL job with excellant service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them in the future for more projects.

I really like Snapfish for photo prints and products. It is easy to use and the quality is great. Prices can be a bit high, but that's my only complaint.

In the new (as opposed to "classic") version,
- there is no automatic save
- no spell checker
- no way to zoom in on text to proof it
- cannot brighten images
- cannot zoom in on a picture to verify its what you want in that spot
- cannot get to a help desk--only chat
If you don't use Snapfish already, DONT start. Go to Shutterfly.

I ordered Christmas cards through Snapfish this year. And what a mistake! I used a professional picture from my daughters wedding, and when I recieved the cards in the mail, they were dark and blurry and on poor paper quality as well. So I emailed the help line and was told to email them a picture of the card. I did so. I was then told that the picture was compressed too much and to ask my photographer to send me another picture with the correct resolution for cards! (As if I had time to request another picture, Re-make it and wait for it in the mail. The christmas season is only SO LONG!) After numerous calls to customer service at Snapfish, I was only refunded a 1/4 of the amount I spent. And I had to FIGHT for that! The customer service here was horrible! Both online and over the phone! I just found out that Snapfish has 1.4 star rating and is ranked 96th among photo sites. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE! Go with another company.

I has someone steal my identity and they made a purchase with the company. I requested that the company refund the money that was stolen from me and they refused. The transaction happened on a Sunday and the criminals that stole my identity ordered blank prints with absolutely no picture submitted. Any legitimate company would have at least contact the customer to confirm that they ordered a print with no picture. I messaged and tried to call the company to cancel the order and nobody would help me. My bank is investigating the issue and I will eventually get my money back. The point is that they would not simply reverse the charges and refund my money even though they new damn well I didn't order a blank print. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

After using snap fish for years, I am DONE with them. I ordered my christmas calendars 3 weeks before christmas, it said the order went through and I ended up contacting them because it was taking so long... and they told me the order was cancelled (they never even NOTIFIED ME). Then they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, for live chat you have to wait for 300 people ahead of you! I waited for an hour to have them not help me at all and said the company would get back to me that night. This has happened 3 times now with no response. I am through with Snapfish- don't use them if you want to save your time and energy!

What successful company would change the way thousands of users are creating something on their website? What company in their right mind would expect people to be other than furious at being told all their work has been lost and that they were 'warned' (no email sent, as they said it had been). It is an outrage what Snapfish has done. People invest a huge amount of time and effort in creating things like photobooks. Now apart from losing a 40-page book, when I try to recreate it on the new version, I find the layouts are all different, there is no room for much text, the font keeps changing, there is no way to choose a theme... I could go on and on. Basically it is a complete disaster. I will continue and finish, since I have a deadline for this project, but I am totally amazed at how the management can have agreed to this disastrous move. I am waiting for the CEO to address the concerns of the huge number of people who have complained. An apology at the very least is required. An explanation would be even better. Adequate compensation would be another possibility.

Having been a very loyal Snapfish user, I am beyond livid at the fact that all my photos and countless albums have all been corrupted with the introduction of their new layout and upgrade. It was not long ago that I could log in and see all my photos. Now, nothing loads, everything is gone and all they can offer me is a free photo book? With what photos do you want me to make a photo book with?! I don't dare bother uploading more photos to a site that will only chew them up. I was never informed that a new upgrade was occurring nor a notification was received to inform me to download my images. Such a huge disappointment. Their copy and paste response was the same as before "However it appears that all your photos are corrupted and can no longer be retrieved. This happens from time to time with Digital media as part of the upgrade and compatibility changes, which is why we recommend storing your important memories in more than one location."
Which is total bull$#*!. I asked for someone else who can help me and I was given the run-around. I was told the out come would be the same, that my photos would still be corrupted and that I would not be helped. Such a shame. This is beyond reprehensible.

I wanted a photo album of my daughter's first year, and was lured to Snapfish by the deep discounts and good looking website. I spent all day on my laptop building the book and honestly it was a very pleasant experience, except when I was done it didn't save the last 1/4 of the book and 2 hours of work, despite regularly auto saving before that. Frustrating, but I did it over and ordered 4 canvas bound books. Excited about the finished product, I then checked reviews. I nearly panicked from all the negative ones! It was too late to cancel so I just hoped for the best. Maybe it's just that my expectations were low, but the books were delivered on time (a day early actually!), and the quality is fine! The books seem well made, the print clarity and vibrance isn't museum quality but I'm happy with the results. The paper is a bit on the thin side but not terrible. And I found the packaging to be sturdy. I didn't have to deal with customer service so I can't speak about that. Overall pleased, would order again.

I bought the Tiles from the website thinking that it was a good idea given that you could hang the product without damaging the walls. HOWEVER, they do not have an option to buy more magnets. If you move, or need to move your tiles to another location, they are USELESS. Now I have these stupid foam tiles that I cannot hang up because I cannot buy more magnets. Contacted costumer service and was told I had to rebuy the tiles. I already have the tiles, why would I do that? Not Satisfied with this product, or the costumer service of this company.

"I wish I could give zero stars.
I created books that I wanted to purchase on the "Buy one, get two free" special that expired April 15. But there was a technical problem with one of the books where some of the pictures would "shrink" when I went to review mode - it looked terrible! So I went to online customer support chat. They said it would have to be sent to the higher up technical team. That was on APRIL 11. I have "chatted" at least 5 times, e-mailed once, and finally called and talked with a supervisor on MAY 2! Every single time they assured me that it had been "escalated" and that a request had been sent to the tech team to resolve the issue. Now it is MAY 11 (a FULL MONTH later) and I still have heard absolutely nothing and the problem is not resolved. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All anyone will say is that it is still with the technical team, who, of course, cannot be contacted except by them sending a message... Looks like I will have to find another site and start these books over from scratch. I will never do business with Snapfish again. "

Thought that I was buying from the OLD Snapfish which was a good company with good products. I was not aware that the company had been sold to a shoddy outfit with outsourced customer service and below par products. Although my order finally arrived, I was misled by their poor website wording and holiday incentives (like reduced 2 day delivery) only to find out that even though you pay for 2 day delivery the clock doesn't start until they actually create the cards which can take many days (in my case 10 days). I could not check on my order status on-line and did not get a confirmation email (always "in process") so I made the mistake of using their on-line customer chat service with someone in India. It was a complete waste of time. The customer service rep could not confirm anything (even when I could expect my order) and since it was obviously going to arrive too close to the holidays, I had to replace my order on another site with great service and fast service. I emailed (auto reply), had a confusing conversation with customer service online, and tried to cancel the order plus get a refund, but their crappy website would not confirm a cancellation. The cards finally arrived (more than a week later than promised) and customer service then sent a note that they would not give a refund since my cards had already shipped (vicious circle of confusion).

I will never use Snapfish again because of the misleading website communications and awful customer service experience.

1. The pictures in my Snapfish photo book are pixelated and not nearly as vivid as my originals. My home printer would have done a better job.
2. I used the simplest template - one photo per page - and they still managed to mess it up. Photos are far off-center or cropped off.
3. Shipping is outrageous. $36 for 2-week shipping.
4. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been in contact with five representatives in the last five days and I am still without resolution. I get the run-around and of course, the trump card: I will have to accelerate your request to a supervisor" and these "supervisors" NEVER get back to anybody. They want to give me a full refund only if I send the books back and pay for shipping (Um, no. I can throw them in the garbage as well as they can, without paying for shipping! The point is to get my money BACK.) Or they want to send me new books. (Um, no. The Christmas party for which these were supposed to be gifts is TOMORROW.) Or they want to give me in-store credit (Um, no. I am never ordering from them again.)

I ordered a photo wall clock online on 03/28/2020. I was given an estimated delivery date of May 13,2020. My credit card payment was taken within a couple days of my order date. To date (05/27/2020) I have still not received my order & have heard nothing from this company. On May 15,2020 I did a Live Chat with a representative within the company who was of No Help, kept thanking me for my patience, & apologizing for the delay in my order. All without a satisfactory result. I Live Chatted again on May 26,2020 & after asking for the status of my order, the representative disconnected me, ending the Live Chat. I immediately called back & once again got no satisfactory results & this representative also abruptly ended the Live Chat. So, here I am $47.00 later, with no product & no one to talk with me to resolve this unfortunate situation. I'm not confident that I will ever receive my order, based on my experience so far! I strongly feel that I need to spread the word about this company by sharing my unfortunate experience! This company - Snapfish - needs to be exposed!

The worst customer care support ever! I bought a photo book and have bought several here before. There is a review and buy section after you are done with editing. I made one photo of the background for both pages which is an option but when printed the one photo printed separately on each side. So instead of a sunset going across both pages it was a picture of the sunset two times. This happened on many pages in an 11 x 14 book that I bought. It looks absolutely horrible and I'm embarrassed that it came out this way. Not my fault and not in the review section when I approved the book. I could understand if I made a mistake on one page but not on several pages. You cannot talk to a live person you just have to chat with them person that has terrible broken English. Did not listen or understand what I was saying and then looked at my project and said all of this was exactly as I approved it. There is a software glitch and I will never ever order from this company again! They said someone would email me. Seriously I'm supposed to have an email chat with someone!? So frustrated I will never ever use this company again and I would never recommend them to anybody. I'd give them a -1 star on reliability and a -1 star on support. I did not feel heard or cared about. This happened on a couple different books that I bought and I absolutely no I did not make this mistake myself. Flushing this company down where it belongs.

Tip for consumers:
Do not rely on the edit mode. And then after review and Buy, you cannot count on the fact that what you have a proved is what you will get.
