After waiting 3 weeks, my 3 photo books arrived. I have used Snapfish in the past, but never seen such poor quality. Online the pictures looked fine when I put them together and the quality looks fine on my iPhone from which they were taken. However, the finished product is SO LIGHT I cannot use them, and am too embarrassed to send them to my family. I will call Snapfish and ask for a refund. I also ordered individual prints and had to throw them away because they are also so light and poor quality.

"Beware of Snapfish advertising. I received an email offering 60% off my cart, but when I went to checkout, that was not the correct discount amount. Customer service said the discount was only on the base book and not the additional pages. Obviously the additional pages were in the cart. That was not stated in the e-mail (apparently in some small print somewhere on their website.) I did qualify for a 50% discount, however, it cost me an extra $13 from what I had planned on paying. Unfortunately, I had invested too much time assembling a 120 page book, I was not going to start over with a competitor."

I am thoroughly annoyed that I spent valuable time making tiles that I have ordered from this site in the past. When I went to place my order, I discovered that while the tiles were on "sale" but the shipping charge was outrageous. As I previously mentioned, I've ordered the 8 x8 tiles from snapfish before so I do know that they are very light weight therefore shipping should not be so outrageous. See image below of my order. I supposedly saved $59.94 from the advertised sale, but shipping was jacked up to $47.94. Total joke. Can't justify this purchase. Will need to explore other options.

I am absolutely furious with Snapfish. I knew there was a new website coming but had no warning that all previous photo books made and current half finished projects would no longer be available. I spent hours and hours on the book I am currently making and can't believe it's all gone! I 'spoke' on the chatline to someone called Ashok who stated that it was not possible to transfer from the old site to the new one. If only I had known that I would have quickly finished and ordered it before the launch of the new site. I asked why there was no warning and he cut me off! I am so livid with Snapfish who I've been using for years and have recommended to many people. There will be no more recommending. There must be thousands of people like me who have lost important projects.

I have given this company so much business and have printed over 10 photo books for each of my child's birthdays. Ordered pictures that said delivered but never received. I called the 800 no one picks up. I reached out to them via chat, they start the chat with a greeting, ask you to hold a few minutes to look up your order to never return. The chat runs out of time and it ends automatically. After so many attempts I ask about the order, long story short they mailed it to a different address. I asked if they can make a correction and to mail my order to the correct address and asked if they could credit for the inconvenience and their answer was "no". I ordered it again and had to pay a second time, but after today I will be taking my business elsewhere. Horrible company and horrible customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Very disappointed in the way they treat customers who have given them years of business.

I recently placed an order from Snapfish for some Christmas gifts for grandparents. I ordered by their advertised "guaranteed by Christmas Dates" and have still not received all of my order. One order said it shipped, but when I track it, it just says label received and has said that for days. When I reached out to customer service I had to wait for a long time to "live chat" with someone who was telling me that I was incorrect even when I had a screenshot of the guaranteed delivery dates. She told me there is a "chance" I would get it by Christmas, but has not offered any helpful suggestions nor has she offered to fix the situation in anyway. In the future I will need to order my gifts from another website as Snapfish has broken promises. I am highly disappointed with their customer service and false advertising.

I originally ordered a calendar I made with pictures for a family member and I received it about a weeks before Christmas. The cover showed the year 2023. The months were for 2024. I spoke with customer service and I was issued credit to remake another due to their error. I had to pay more out of pocket for shipping to make sure it got here in time. I received it 2 days before Christmas and guess what, it was exactly the same problem! Once again the cover showed it was for the year 2023 but months were for 2024. How does this happen twice?! I made sure to look 3 different times to make sure the year was correct and it was, but when I received it as before it was wrong. They only offered me a refund for the shipping. Nice huh? Especially when the issue was on their end not just once, but two different times.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful of every little detail. Take screen shots of your end result!

Been with Snapfish for 10 plus years. Not only is it difficult to view your pictures but good luck with projects. I no longer have time or patients for Snapfish. My only hope is that they go back to the old site.

Snapfish makes it easy to store your photos online. Uploading photos is really quite easy, and sharing your albums is also just as easy. I've made over 20 albums since 2007 to share with families of students; in a way, my (the school's) Snapfish account has a running history of the school for which I work. I have also ordered prints from Snapfish, and the photos come as I requested them, on time and without any issues along the way.

Today I asked Snapfish how I can get access to my previous card projects. Annually they send me an email that says I need to order something off their website or my projects will disappear. Because of this, I made several projects on the website over the years. After contacting them 10/2016 to ask how I can see a previous project they said that just about all photo projects except for books were deleted from their server April 2016. There apparently was no way to save down the project to have a copy of the file and no way to see the project I created online. Thanks for nothing Snapfish. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

Only thing I have to complain about is some the pictures on my ornaments were blurry. It was a small picture on them, so I wasn't too mad about it.
I also ordered 3 hardcover picture books that I made for my wedding. They came in the mail in a soft packaging and 2 of the books were damaged. I told customer service about it, they asked for some pictures, and just like that I was getting all 3 brand new for free and still was able to keep the first 3. They came in a box this time with bubble wrap so nothing was damaged. I bet if I sent a picture of the blurry ornaments, they would've replaced as well.
I will forever use this site because of this! Pictures attached were the damages before they sent me perfect replacements.

Truly horrible print quality. I've used them for years and this is a new problem. They will also not reprint or refund you. Horrible customer service, they will ignore you and reply in scripted responses. Do not order from them.

The website is terrible to navigate and order prints. What a mess. We order on line all the time and have never had this kind of experience. How can they put out a website like this without consumer testing? Will not order from them again.

Snapfish has lost over a decades worth of my photos and videos saying they're now corrupted and that I should find the original photos. I uploaded the photos to the app thinking they would be safe there. Don't ever use this horrible POS app. :'(

I ordered my Christmas cards. My order arrived with someone else's return address on it. This is day two of being in their chat/support area. Each agent asked for more information and if you leave the chat room you start all over.
I even woke up at 6am to get a good time-that agent was supposed to send me an email...that was four agents ago.
I will never use Snapfish again.I am a returning customer so longer!
Plus, they were way more expensive than the ones my friends and family have used.
Shameful customer service. You cut corners, you cut your future business!

Snapfish either used crappy paper, or purposely lowered the color saturation settings on my ten photo books intended as Christmas presents. The colorful landscapes looked closer to black and white! The front and rear cover, done on glossy paper, were reasonably accurate, so their claim that I didn't review the online proof is false.

Snapfish (UK) deleted all my photobooks with no option to migrate to the new site. Hundreds of hours of my work was simply erased. It cannot be right for a company to do this to me.
I am interested in Chris H's class action suggestion below.
Here's the thing - if someone spent 10 minutes organising, editing, sorting, dating and annotating the photos for each page of a photobook - which you will all know is conservative - then with 100 pages in a photobook that is 17 hours of work per photobook.
At the minimum wage, that comes out at $120 per photobook. Or £120 in my case.
I think I could reasonably claim compensation along these lines.

I have created about 30 photo books through snapfish over the years, the most recent July 2023.
This last book had the pages fall out on opening!
There was something wrong with how it was made. This book cost $120.
I contacted snapfish when I found some time to do so and provided a photo, I used their online chat.
After explaining online the problem, I was just shutdown as they said I ordered in March. I didn't, this was a different order. They just closed the chat. I was served by
Risphar Musee.
The book quality was lousy. The service even worse.
If I could give 0 star I would.

I have used Snapfish for over 10 years. I create a photo book for my family each year for Christmas. I was almost finished with a 130pg book when the site deleted all the pictures. I contacted customer support, which took forever & they credited the book. I tried again last night & the same EXACT thing happened. After 8+ hours of work it was maddening. Both people said to look at the Classic site & the project would be there but it is not. The customer service was even worse than the first time. I don't have another 4+ hours to complete before Christmas. I'm very disappointed in this company. Looking at other options for the future.

Used for over 5yrs. Without difficulty, now cannot even access my account, will not recognize my password and when I try to change it, does not recognize that neither.
The new owners seem to have no concept of how to operate the site. Last time I
Tried live chat was #228 in line! Guess my photos are gone forever. Have filed FCC
Informational.

I ordered Dec. 4. Most sites would have my order shipped in 3 days... which means with 2 day-shipping, I would have my order by Dec. 10.
With the much improved 'new' Snapfish.com site, your order takes at least 10 days... and the 2 days for shipping... with no feedback as to what is going on.
Worse - good luck finding a way to contact the company!
Too much hassle, consternation... I will not use them again.

I used to love snapfish! Their prices were great, shipping was fast and the images were better quality than Walgreens. I had a recent order that almost all the pictures came on a thinner paper and all the images looked grainy and not great quality. All of the pictures were taken on a Canon or my iPhone 14 so I know its not image quality. Many of them looked as if I just printed them myself at home. I do not think I will order from them again as customer service isn't really doing much to answer my questions on if it was just the batch or if they switched vendors. Sad since this used to be my favorite site.

I have spent several hours over the past few days trying to set up a photo book. I have chatted online and still can't view the pictures that I pulled onto the site. I am finally giving up. I have done an album a year for my nephew but he may not be getting one this year. I will try a different photo book group.

I was once in love with Snapfish. For over 10 years every month I stored my pictures there, ordered albums, cards and photo gifts. I share pictures with family & club members. Recently I wanted to SHARE an event with club members. My address book no longer has the groups I made. I had to choose each person one by one. One person had changed their e-mail and I could not update their address. After waiting an hour on the chat line I found out they no longer support the address book. No longer can you add comments about the pictures when you send them. Plus the person getting the pictures has to have an account to see them. I was stunned. I had earned (purchased) a lifetime offer for photo books for $10. What good is it now?

I was trying to do a simple biz card, but could not adjust art on the front. Which is very wrong. On the back I could adjust the image. Wacked out. I tried several times to connect and get help (ha and ha) from their customer service. Based in India, useless. Very arrogant and stupid.
Overall, don't waste your time. A total drain of your time and energy with nasty customer service that is useless.
