Been with Snapfish for 10 plus years. Not only is it difficult to view your pictures but good luck with projects. I no longer have time or patients for Snapfish. My only hope is that they go back to the old site.
Snapfish makes it easy to store your photos online. Uploading photos is really quite easy, and sharing your albums is also just as easy. I've made over 20 albums since 2007 to share with families of students; in a way, my (the school's) Snapfish account has a running history of the school for which I work. I have also ordered prints from Snapfish, and the photos come as I requested them, on time and without any issues along the way.
Today I asked Snapfish how I can get access to my previous card projects. Annually they send me an email that says I need to order something off their website or my projects will disappear. Because of this, I made several projects on the website over the years. After contacting them 10/2016 to ask how I can see a previous project they said that just about all photo projects except for books were deleted from their server April 2016. There apparently was no way to save down the project to have a copy of the file and no way to see the project I created online. Thanks for nothing Snapfish. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
Truly horrible print quality. I've used them for years and this is a new problem. They will also not reprint or refund you. Horrible customer service, they will ignore you and reply in scripted responses. Do not order from them.
The website is terrible to navigate and order prints. What a mess. We order on line all the time and have never had this kind of experience. How can they put out a website like this without consumer testing? Will not order from them again.
Snapfish has lost over a decades worth of my photos and videos saying they're now corrupted and that I should find the original photos. I uploaded the photos to the app thinking they would be safe there. Don't ever use this horrible POS app. :'(
I ordered my Christmas cards. My order arrived with someone else's return address on it. This is day two of being in their chat/support area. Each agent asked for more information and if you leave the chat room you start all over.
I even woke up at 6am to get a good time-that agent was supposed to send me an email...that was four agents ago.
I will never use Snapfish again.I am a returning customer so longer!
Plus, they were way more expensive than the ones my friends and family have used.
Shameful customer service. You cut corners, you cut your future business!
Snapfish either used crappy paper, or purposely lowered the color saturation settings on my ten photo books intended as Christmas presents. The colorful landscapes looked closer to black and white! The front and rear cover, done on glossy paper, were reasonably accurate, so their claim that I didn't review the online proof is false.
Snapfish (UK) deleted all my photobooks with no option to migrate to the new site. Hundreds of hours of my work was simply erased. It cannot be right for a company to do this to me.
I am interested in Chris H's class action suggestion below.
Here's the thing - if someone spent 10 minutes organising, editing, sorting, dating and annotating the photos for each page of a photobook - which you will all know is conservative - then with 100 pages in a photobook that is 17 hours of work per photobook.
At the minimum wage, that comes out at $120 per photobook. Or £120 in my case.
I think I could reasonably claim compensation along these lines.
I have created about 30 photo books through snapfish over the years, the most recent July 2023.
This last book had the pages fall out on opening!
There was something wrong with how it was made. This book cost $120.
I contacted snapfish when I found some time to do so and provided a photo, I used their online chat.
After explaining online the problem, I was just shutdown as they said I ordered in March. I didn't, this was a different order. They just closed the chat. I was served by
Risphar Musee.
The book quality was lousy. The service even worse.
If I could give 0 star I would.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
