I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!
HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.
SnapFish is unreliable and lures customers into ridiculous add-on fees (including astronomical shipping fees). On Nov 28th (after spending 8 hours perfecting our holiday cards), I go to check out only to see that the delivery of my cards w/ the standard shipping ($20!) wouldn't get the cards to me until Dec 22 (almost a MONTH after ordering).
Of course, they don't let you know this until you are in check out and the only option is to pay an extra $50 for 'expedited shipping' which gets the cards there in 2 weeks. VERY dishonest of SnapFish and it reminded me of why I haven't used them in the past. Costco is way cheaper, more reliable, and comparable quality.
Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE SNAPFISH. Hidden fees and poor customer service. Additionally, the web site 'edit picture' function didn't even work.

They would not cancel my order so I have to purchase the holiday cards and they MIGHT get out by the New Year.
Ordered Christmas calenders December 4th and still haven't received them. No customer service, just automated responses and when I try the live chat just get useless dribble of not to worry you'll get your calenders. When I asked when they said december25th. So I responded what courier will deliver Christmas day. They responded again not to worry you will get them. Surprise it's Boxing Day and my order status still says in process. Sigh... Never again. I have gone to 2 family functions with no gifts in hand. Thanks snapfish merry Christmas!
Spent hours creating a calendar for our rest home. Shipping cost for 1 calendar around $6. Fine. When I changed number to 20, shipping cost changed to $82. Customer service said sorry but cost reflects discounts bla bla keeping our costs down bla bla bla. What a waste of my time! What a SCAM operation. Disgusting.
On a Sunday night in November I thought I would order a canvas print the price on the deals page was $39. I thought I would order two. I checked my phone and I had a $294.50 charge! I tried to find a way to cancel the order but I worked on it for about and hour. I called the phone number I got from Paypal, and it went to a sex phone line. I tried to get someone to live chat with but after many attempts I was unsuccessful. I did find a person to chat with but they said they could not get into my account. I finally found the right the number but of course they are closed on a Sunday. Monday morning I called and the first time someone answered I was disconnected. The second time AFTER I explained the whole situation they put me on hold for 25 minutes and they too disconnected me. The third time AFTER I explained the whole situation they put me on hold and again after holding 10 minutes they disconnected me.
Snapfish charged my card but did not deliver. And there is virutally no way to get in touch with them They have no phone number or email and when I go to chat it asks me to sign in and does throws an error when I put in my UN and PW. Terrible company.

I paid for and ordered a book but never recieved.
All the information we ate being given and were given is that our photos would be transfered to the new site. The majority of my photos from 2005 to 2010 are now empty. When contacting Snapfish, the response I got was "it appears that all your photos are corrupted and can no longer be retrieved. This happens from time to time with Digital media as part of the upgrade and compatibility changes." All of my photos were fine on the old site. The changevwas bad enough, but now my photos are gone. Had they warned costumers that photos may be lost, I would have bought prints or photo books to insure my precious memories would be safe.
Snapfish did an upgrade and in the process lost 57 videos of my triplets as infants and toddlers - memories I will never ever get back. I originally uploaded them to Snapfish as protection and I was glad I did because the computer I had them stored on fried. I paid $2.99 a month and they are all gone. What did I get in return? A refund on the monthly storage fee and a free photo book! Yeah for me - years worth of memories for a $100 photo book. Thank you Snapfish.
Snapfish used to be great. I used them for all my photo needs. Then recently I uploaded and order photos. None of my edits were uploaded. I had to do each photo again. The prints I received were muddy and lacked color. I filled out a survey expressing my dissatisfaction and never heard a word. Now I tried to get a photo from 2012 and learn, gee they're sorry but a third of my photos have disappeared. Snapfish is awful. What a shame.
I like that you can share your pics on the website, but it's a pain that they force you to order in order to keep your account active... I don't always like to print many pictures... they always end up hidden somewhere. I like to order for special occasions and to send to family, so why should I order when they want me to order?
Please do not trust this company to meet its stated deadlines either to complete and ship your order or to respond to your inquiries in the stated timelines. It doesn't matter how good your design interface is if you cannot then make the product and get it to your customer. Very poor customer service... and it is not the fault of the people at the end of the chat help or phone line, but those who manage this company and obviously do not care about their customers.
Wow! Snapfish is really in the toilet! Wasn't expecting this mess with the upgrade, being a formerly loyal happy Snapfish customer. Spent hours creating the perfect book, ordered it only to have it cancelled without explanation. Customer service was awful, I received credits, ordered my book again only to have it cancelled again without a reason. I was ready to go for a third time and now experienced issues with the book missing photos, backgrounds and embellishments disappearing. Decided to see if I was alone in this. And apparently I am not. I am looking for a new company to replace Snapfish. Time to move on.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR ISSUES!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered collage photos to arrive in plenty of time since I paid a lot more for shipping. I expected - and paid for receipt on April 15th. The Funeral is day after tomorrow, April 20th, and still no pictures. Why charge more to get pics on time, then delay shipment? We all know Snapfish shipping charges are a scam to earn them more revenue but why lie to your customers and charge them more when you know you can't ship on time! Either way - if we get our funeral collages tomorrow - or they are late and the funeral goes without our precious photos - we are totally done with Snapfish. A delivery model and process that is totally messed up! People, wake up to the sham of paying higher prices for shipping when Snapfish is making a ton of money and not delivering on time.

Don’t use Snapfish!!!

I've used Snapfish before and had decent results but this was the first time (and last) time using them for Christmas. I ordered my Christmas cards on 12/10; according to their timelines they should have arrived on 12/18. WELL... they showed up at 5:30pm on 12/22. It would be ok if I ordered New Year cards but I ordered Christmas cards. They say Merry Christmas. They knew the order would be late - they even upgraded my shipping to overnight priority and STILL missed the deadline. The cards themselves are great - which is why I gave them the 1 star... but let's be real... I selected the photo and card. So really I should get the credit. WARNING: Only use if you don't have a deadline your trying to hit.
Customer service is so dumb it will make you laugh. Half order for Xmas cards showed up. Called customer service told it was going to be overnighted... I would have it in 24-48 hrs. A WEEK went by and I called to complain. I was told that 24-48 hrs. Was an estimate and that they were REALLY BUSY. When pressed, I was told it would be POSSIBLY shipped in 24-48 hrs. Asked if they could assure me that it would be shipped in 24-48 hrs and was told (not kidding)... no because you will call back in a week and be mad at us if it doesn't show up. Needless to say I will never deal with this group of half-wits again. Try these. Much better

I ordered nearly 2000 prints and they are ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! They are dull and drab prints on inferior quality paper like they have been printed on a home printer. There is no lustre, no clarity, no definition. They are a total waste of the earth's resources, as they will all have to be binned and reprinted by a reputable company. I should have checked their reviews before ordering.
I ordered cards and previewing them thoroughly. My cards came misprinted as an error on their end they did not catch before shipping. I informed them immediately and asked for a full refund. They would only give me credit for replacement cards. I did not trust they would get it right... they would only refund me the cost of the cards, not the shipping I paid for. THEY SHIPPED ME DEFECTIVE ITEMS... The agent I spoke to would not budge and I gave up after a very long online chat. I am so disappointed and will not use their services again. I'd show you our item but it contains the faces of my children. They make their money off of shipping and apparently, they know that because they won't refund it even when it's their error. Lack of integrity. I will play more with a company I trust before I will go back there.
I guess I lucked out the first time I ordered so I reordered some different prints from Snapfish. Big mistake! Trust me, the quality from you local Walgreens is much better than what you are going to get from Snapfish. Very, very disappointed. Almost $200. Down the drain!
I paused in setting up my project and I saved it many times in the process. I received an email that says "it is 93% complete, click here to complete" BUT there is NO RECORD OF MY PROJECT which I just spent HOURS working on! I called customer service and they are not open on a Sunday! They must think people that work all week long are not interested in photo books? When do they think I am going to do this? They did offer me an online robot assist for $1.00! That is just insulting and I am not going to go through this process again with them! UGH!

Don't fall for their sale prices. They cannot back them up with a decent product.

Tried them both ways. In person pick up and through the mail. In person pick up seemed to go well as I got a text telling me order was ready a minute or so early. So I get in the car and go pick it up only to find out that my order wasn't ready, wasn't even in the system, and it wouldn't be delivered likely for days.
So then I tried the mail option which also didn't go well. The 8x10 I ordered came unprotected in a thin envelope that could best be described as stiff paper. It wasn't even cardboard. So of course it got crushed by UPS during delivery but its not UPS's fault. This packaging wouldn't have survived any sort of shipping outside of someone hand delivering it to me at my front door.
Horrible customer service. While they spout all over their website "customer satisfaction guaranteed" they do not practice what they preach. My prints were cut smaller than the size I ordered, the cuts were not straight, and the shoddy packaging resulted in dented prints. I asked for a refund and they would only give me store credit. I do not want to use them for anything. If they had just provided me with a refund or offered to reprint, I would be satisfied. Instead, I am extremely unsatisfied and will be spreading the word to every one I know to STAY AWAY FROM SNAPFISH.
I rushed an order of a few holiday cards with printed envelopes (my first time doing the printed envelopes) for the holiday. The 5 cards were plastic wrapped and arrived ok but the envelopes were not plastic wrapped and arrived wet & sealed shut. I spent way-too-much-time trying to get this resolved financially (replacement was not an option because it was a rush order and I had to go out and buy — more expense— new envelopes to be able to send the cards)… I stated all and took pictures and explained that I would not have even bought these had they not had envelopes, even plain ones. The customer service reps on 2 levels decided refunding $1.50 — which was the amount I paid for the address return printing, was appropriate as their remedy. Not ok. I did not expect a full refund but $1.50? They could have done so much better. I told them as much and let them know I would take it as a sign they don't want my business (I have used in past and was getting ready to do some other projects) — they didn't care. There are way more options out there that do care. I won't use them again.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use it. Or if you do— it’s a gamble. They won’t take care of you if the order is messed up.

Tonight was my first time on the new Snapfish website and without using language that would be bleeped out all I can say is I am very unhappy. On the original site, I was able to move photos from one album to another and also reorder my photos. Now the photos show up all mixed up and without the captions that I spent hours adding to my photos. At least one product is no longer available as I wanted to make a personalized growth chart for my granddaughter and that no longer exists.
What happened? NO issues on the old site, then this new site causes all sorts of headaches! I can't load most of my old photo albums, NONE of my 30+ photo books are on the new site (but according to the Indian customer service reps "they will be there by the end of February") and there is not even a landline number to contact anyone IN PERSON! No thanks. I'll take me future photos elsewhere...
I received a free voucher to make a 5x7 book. When you sign up, you get "free 20 photos". So i took the offer. Because of the postage, you are actually paying for the prints. I agree that the photo prints are a bit overexposed. It still does not beat the quality of Loblaws/superstore.
I was excited to see this book. Let's just say for the regular price of $12.99 plus shipping, what i got was a photo brochure. I was so disappointed. I cannot give to anyone and it will sit on my shelf collecting dust.
The software is quite user-friendly. I had no problem with it.
I think i will try costco next time
Haven't checked this in a while and come to discover the majority of my photos vanished, mostly from 2000-2007. Got the runaround from the guy in India who told me the photos were corrupted by their updates. Mmkay... thanks for erasing years of memories? He told me I should have backed up my files... these were sent to them on 35mm film, moron! Since some photos in a given album do show up, the problem is on their end -- they're too lazy to fix whatever code or server isn't finding the images. A notification they were going to make an update that could cause this WOULDA BEEN NICE. Zero stars!
