I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!
HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.
Snapfish WAS excellent. Easy to upload photos, edit them and print. New version has lost some photos, you can't edit them and... at this point I gave up. Just AWFUL.
Brutal customer service, made a mistake on shipping address and you cannot edit it apparently even though I contacted them within 20 minutes. Not helpful at all.
DO NOT ORDER PRINTS FOR FRAMES FROM SNAPFISH….I ordered 6x8 prints for a standard 6x8 frame. However, prints measured slightly smaller so did not fit the frame. Snapfish advised that this was due to "tolerance trimming" and print sizes were "approximate". So Snapfish prints are therefore useless for standard sized frames. Extremely disappointing

For 6 years ( since the pregnancy / birth of our first daughter) I have used snapfish and loved everything about it!
I order yearly books ( around 150-180 pages) special occasion books ie bdays christenings etc and countless prints). I always wait for the discount codes as the books are so big.
Realised snapfish were launching a new site but never looked at any emails as things upgrade and change all the time. I just assumed it would be a new layout etc!
Gutted and absolutely appalled having just gone onto snapfish to find 3 finalised books totally gone? My whole 2015 book which had christenings bdays memories days out etc. My daughters second year book and our first holiday abroad book. These took soooo much time energy and love. The perfect words / pixs just everything all gone!
Customer services not in the slight bit helpful.
How can one site think they have any right to delete these books? I've been in tears as I do these for my gorgeous daughters to look back on. They are diaries / memories just for them. I put little captions in and everything and spend so much time on these so if God forbid anything ever happened to me my girls have a diary / memory book to look back on with loving words from their mummy.
Don't even know where to begin or what to do other than be heartbroken
"DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PRECIOUS MEMORIES WITH THIS COMPANY. It is a worthless effort to contact Customer Service, they will tell you anything to get you off the line. This is what happened to me. When Snapfish announced that projects made prior to 2014 would not be moved to their new site, I contacted Customer Service to explain how important some of my projects were to our family, and to see what could be done. Not one, but two different customer service agents told me to rename the older projects that I wanted saved, and they would be moved over. I wanted to verify the instructions and so I called again and spoke with a different Customer Service agent who gave me the same instructions as the first. After the date to move project came and went, I contacted them again when my projects were not moved. I was told to "please give us 2 weeks". That went on several times. After more than 2 months of this they finally admitted they were not moving the projects. What a bunch of liars! What I lost were annual photo journals of my one and only grandchild, and these took hours and hours to create. All gone, callously discarded. How can this company do this to loyal, long time customers? I find the new site to be much harder to use. I probably could eventually get used to it. But I will not deal with unethical people, so I am done with this company for good. Too bad, Snapfish was at one time a great company. In my opinion it has changed a lot. I hope that readers of this review take this information seriously, I wouldn't want to see this happen to anyone else.
In an effort configure an HP printer for ePrint, I attempted to create an "account" and was repeatedly hijacked to a Snapfish login site and urged to sign in using my Snapfish ID.
The Snapfish customer service page offers a link to cancel your account. It doesn't work. Their chat people HAVE NO AUTHORITY and DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH. Evidently HP gave them my email address when I registered my printer. Now they think they own me and are Hotel California. They say they want a shipping address for verification - I've never bought from them and, which of my last six addresses would I give them? They say they want the last 4 of my credit card - I've never given them one and wouldn't recall which card I had given them, and likely it would have changed numbers anyway. They say they'll "get back to me" sometime" - possibly in this lifetime. UTTERLY USELESS TARBABY COMPANY.
They are totally into the "bait and switch" with their home page promos. They say that they are offering 60% off "site-wide" but then when you go to check out they have all these exclusions that definitely were not obvious, and don't give you the discount! So do NOT say SITE-WIDE! Then when I tried contacting them to express my frustration, you cannot get in touch by phone. They want to access your FB profile and my friends list b/f I could access their customer service. I wrote to them on FB and they definitely did not clear up the issue or even a good way to deal with it- rather they said I could just cancel my order. Well that certainly wasn't a real solution. I looked on their site today, and again they have an offer that says it's a certain percentage off "SITE-WIDE" and you really have to dig or know their products backwards and forwards to figure out what is not on sale... but then how is that "site-wide"? I understand not giving the promo if it's an expired code, but if you advertise HUGELY across your website that the offer is on the entire site, well then it should be. And then when a customer tries to make to contact them to explain, then there should be someone you can contact.
The people they hire don't even speak your language and definitely don't understand you. No one to talk to. Just here for you rmoney and cheap quality pics.
Absolutely the worst prints I've ever seen. A 4 year old with a box of crayons could make better pictures
Order a phone case in the wrong size that was $40 and $12 for s/h and they wouldnt let me cancel it, offer me a credit, change the picture or anything!
Yes it was my fault but they wouldnt EVEN TRY TO HELP OR ACCOMMODATE ME!
I AM A PROFESSIONAL SCRAPBOOKER! I PRINT 1000s of PICTURES A YEAR! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Get coupons emailed from Snapfish.l, go to use coupon codes and they never work. Contact the company and nothing is ever resolved

Devastated! Unfortunately, I have everyone on this post beat as far as horrible experiences go. I have twin 8 yr old boys. I take videos of them all the time and I had over 7000 videos (number is per what the supervisor told me) get deleted by Snapfish. All videos from Nov 2011 through Sept 2014. Every single one of them. Hours and hours worth. I am devastated by this. I always will be. So sad that I cried for the first time in who knows how long. So many precious videos that are gone forever. Priceless. I trusted that they'd take care of them so I didn't back them up anywhere. Their customer service was always terrible, but this is just the worst. To top it off, I received an email from their CEO, Manas Chaliha, saying that they'd give me a 12x12 inch premier layflat photo book, valued at $179.59. That's what you get for coming to this company! They may as well have spit in my face. All of the Christmases, birthdays and other special days/moments are now gone, because a company got careless and just flat out didn't care enough to make sure that this didn't happen. If you're thinking of using them for anything, I strongly urge you not to. Unless you want them to lose your precious moments/valuables and get a worthless 179.59 book in lieu of those. Run as fast as you can from them. This is the absolute worst company. They're owned by Hewlett Packard so you can bet I'll never buy anything with HP on it again. I just got the email telling me this bad news today. Run from them. Very fast!
So there are a lot of disgruntled people out there. Snapfish has taken a huge nosedive in my books. I have used them for years, canvas prints, calendars, mugs, photobooks etc. Just had some photoblocks printed - what a disgrace. They arrived with the edges all peeling, scratches on the front, damaged and mangled corners and damage on the black matt edging, glue spots on the photos. Admittedly Snapfish have agreed to remake them for me - but if this is a sample of their work now, this customer is not impressed.
I too lost a photobook that I had been compiling on the history of my family, hours of research lost. I asked them via online chat if my book was safe and would it be migrated to the new site and was assured more than once that it was fine... then after the allocated time frame it still wasn't there, so back onto online chat only to be told that mine didn't come over because the design I had used had been discontinued. That wasn't correct, they are still supplying the same size black leather album that I had been colating. So back to the drawing board.
Like some others I would like to use another supplier, but Snapfish seem to offer the best editing tools etc especially for photobooks.
Because of horrible printing like this, I will never use Snapfish again. How hard can it be to print 1 color on an envelope, so you can read it?
Awfull customer services. All they do is fob you off. I recieved photo bookes all cropped heads chopped off the lot so i rang them upfirst time was put on hold and he didnt come back secont time he told me i need to rotate them all?! So after that i tried the web chat afer an hour of waiting for simple replys i was forced to ask for a refund, quickes reply and money was back in account in seconds. They just dont no how or dont want to help with blunders on their part
Snapfish is horrible! They deserve no stars! You can never talk to customer service. Ornament is pixelated, scratched and faded.
Well, after 10 years of brand loyalty, I am a Snapfish customer no more! The NEW Snapfish has NOT improved! I gave the company another chance after a botched summer order because of all of the deals offered. I was skeptical, but I trusted them with my most important order of the year, Christmas cards, and they failed me. It took them 9 days to process 20 flat cards, a simple order, before they were shipped... now I have no time to make any changes if this order is not right. The length of time to process order I've made has been longer than is advertised, my summer order arrived damaged, and the Edit program is unbelievably difficult even though I have been editing photos for years. I spent 30 minutes trying to "change the size" so that I could order 5x7's in addition to the 4x6 photos... the only option I was repeatedly given was to add 4x5.3 photos... not even close to what I needed! The online chat option was useless when trying to resolve my problem as I am told that there are 110 people in front of me... hmmmm, I must not be the only one experiencing problems. Everything that has supposedly "improved" with Snapfish has actually made it a more difficult and time-consuming process. Very disappointing... so long Snapfish, hello competitor!
I never write reviews. However, I am so upset right now with the customer service from this company. I am currently making a photo album of pictures of my little girl who passed away one year ago. I have vacillated between all of the photo apps for months, and I finally chose Snapfish because it got some great reviews online. I was so so so disappointed when I received the 200 pics that I ordered. They were very dark, and many of them had been cropped ( I did not crop them). I double-checked the photos I had uploaded to make sure that I didn't upload low quality pics, and they were all very clear and good quality. After a few chats with different agents at Snapfish, I was able to get an e-mail to send some examples of the unusable photos. I explained to them several times that these photos were very meaningful to me as they were of my little girl that had passed away. This was on Oct 8. I just now (Oct 13) received another email from them asking me to send them more photos as proof. I was about to, but then I realized how horrible these people must be to make me keep sending them their crappy pics of my dead daughter in order for them to keep their stupid 12 dollars that I paid. I just wanted copies of the pics that I uploaded, and instead I got a ton of too dark and unusable pics. I don't expect special treatment because of my daughter dying, but I do expect a quality product. Please don't use this company. They don't care about their customers.
I can't express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with Snapfish and their abysmal service. I placed an order a whopping 21 days ago, and to this day, I have yet to receive any indication that they care about fulfilling it.
The lack of communication is mind-boggling. I've reached out to their customer service multiple times, and each attempt has been met with nothing but generic responses and empty promises. It's as if they have a script to follow without any actual intention of resolving issues.
The most infuriating part is the total absence of accountability. No one at Snapfish seems to take ownership of the problem. My order is apparently stuck in some black hole with no updates or estimated delivery time. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
The website boasts about their commitment to customer satisfaction, but my experience paints a different picture. I've spent my hard-earned money on a product that seems to be lost in limbo, and Snapfish couldn't care less.
To add insult to injury, the quality of their customer service is shockingly poor. It's evident that they lack both the knowledge and the authority to address customer concerns effectively. It's disheartening to think that a company of this scale could be so negligent in fulfilling its promises.
In conclusion, my experience with Snapfish has been a nightmare. A simple order has turned into a three-week ordeal of frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. I would strongly advise anyone considering Snapfish for their photo printing needs to think twice and explore alternatives that actually prioritize customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid Snapfish at all costs.
I booked hostel in germany for 6 and when I arrived they told me that I could not stay to sleep, I had to find another hostel and they did not return my money.
This is the 3rd time now that I'm reaching out about this, I have been working on a 12x12 book, with almost 90 pages for months. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
Friday I was finishing my last couple pages, saved the project and then all my backgrounds and embellishments were gone, I now have all gray backgrounds with the exception of a few pages and no embellishments anywhere.
The 1st time I contacted support they told me 2 hours, I wake up Saturday morning and I have nothing. I reach out again, the guy offers me the book for free if I will redo all the work. I do not have months to do this again; I need this book ordered today to get it by Christmas.
He tells me it has to be escalated because there was a technical issue with my book, ok fine, well its Monday and I need this done and ordered today.
I'm appalled by the customer service I'm receiving, I have been a loyal Snap Fish customer for years and recommend your site to everyone who asks "where did you get this beautiful book". After this experience I will never recommend or use Snapfish again.
Please don't tell me my data is not recoverable, I have worked in IT for 20 years, 10 of that as a network administrator, I'm very familiar with the techniques to backup and restore data, its very simple and if something is lost on my network I can restore it in minutes. So if you can't do that then your systems really aren't up to par and people shouldn't feel comfortable using your site.
Please let me know how you plan to fix this.
Used them a couple of years ago and they were great. This year I ordered Christmas cards on 12/6 and paid for 2 day shipping. Their website says 5 business days to process, around the 15th, and many attempts to try to reach them after being in queue for 516 people (I did screen prints) we ordered 1 day prints from Walmart and mailed my cards. I then tried to reach them to cancel my order. The moment I typed cancel to the chat person from India, I got disconnected, after that 3 attempts of 500 queues to get "There is no one available to help you now try again later" (have screen prints). They finally sent it next day air on 17th to arrive on the 18th. TOO LATE to be useful -contacted customer service (had to email) again to try to return them and they offered me a free canvas tote when I put in my next order - Gee thanks. Worthless pieces of garbage company - NEVER NEVER USE this company They don't stand behind their 100% satisfaction pledge. Read the articles about when Hewlett Packard sold the company and they laid off a ton of workers - it makes sense now.
Tip for consumers:
AVOID - you've been warned
Revived damaged photos, they closed claim ticket with no resolution what a crappy service. Also unable to access older photos this site sucks!
Absolutely shocking experience, as well as dreadful customer service. STAY AWAY From this company if you don't want to be stressed out of your mind over your order. Payed an extortionate amount for fast delivery well in time for Christmas, literally classed as "overnight delivery". Well tell me what kind of overnight delivery takes 2 weeks? Surely should be renamed to fortnightly delivery. When I purchased my items, (not to mention they charge delivery separate for each item even though going to same address) the predicted date was well before Christmas. When the item was dispatched it's now saying it will take several days longer, so if I'm lucky it will come before the end of the new year! It can't be tracked either! Tried messaging their social media and emailing which I got no response from, not to mention I also saw many angry comments from customers with the same problem as me, which suggests this happens often. I tried the live chat option, which dosnt work. And also tried calling customer service, which IF you do finally get through, they put you on hold for no obvious reason, and leave you on hold until you have no choice but to hang up and ring again, or they just hang up on you if you won't hang up on them! There is no logical reason to be putting someone on hold for over 20 minutes just to "check" an order status. I hope everyone reading this review decides to order elsewhere, as only then snapfish will start to improve. As even if I do manage to get a refund AFTER the new year, I still won't have my gifts for Christmas, and now don't even have time to order them from elsewhere. Every other order I've placed from other companies has came in time, so just really does say a lot about the terrible service of this company. AVOID like the plague
Good value, easy to use site. Order incomplete have tried several times to contact them with no success…. Boo
