HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.

I used a discount code, but for $15 I didn't think the images would be so grainy. I used high resolution, professional images from a vacation shoot. Up close, they are extremely pixelated. Would not purchase again, I guess that's why Snapfish is so cheap?

I'm surprised by the other reviews I've read here. Maybe they've improved their customer service greatly in the past year. I had an order not arrive, and they reordered it for me and shipped it for free. Product was perfect; just like I designed. No problems with the chat function on the website. If you haven't tried Snapfish for a while, consider trying it again.

I seen the reviews after I bought my pictures so then I was worried they would not come, but mine arrived on time and in perfect quality i would highly recommend because there is loads of discounts that you can get to make it really cheap
I would encourage anyone looking at using this company to avoid them at all costs! False advertising, misleading delivery, next to zero customer service. On top of this, here in Australia they're charging you extra for 'express delivery' thru Courier Please who actually don't offer an express delivery option, so this is fraudulent in itself! Delivery hasn't arrived, when you try to contact customer service you're directed to an offshore 'live chat' where you get no help at all. Extremely dodgy company who should be shut down!

Ordered personalized cards in Nov 2023. They were never delivered. Contacted customer service and the agent offered to reorder. Second order never arrived. Contacted customer service and offered again to reorder. Because my schedule has me traveling it's too late for me to get and mail cards so I requested a full refund. Per customer service agent they're only offering me a reorder for which I do not want. A full refund has been requested. Oddly enough their telephone lines are inoperable. Never order again! Avoid.
The photos I ordered never came. Customer service a nightmare. The credit goes to your account. I explained I would never use Snapfish again and I wanted the credit to my card. Not company policy. Amazon from now on. Fast, beautiful pictures and 1/4 the price.
I do not recommend using this company at all. They suck you in with the "1 cent" prints but then charge $20+ for shipping and the photo quality is awful. Not one of my 231pictures were clear. Everyone was blurry. Do not use this company.

There website says “satisfaction guaranteed” however, after chatting with them several times and requesting a refund, all they ever offered was to reprint my photos for free BUT, they would charge me $23 for again for shipping. No thanks!

I ordered my Christmas cards. My order arrived with someone else's return address on it. This is day two of being in their chat/support area. Each agent asked for more information and if you leave the chat room you start all over.
I even woke up at 6am to get a good time-that agent was supposed to send me an email...that was four agents ago.
I will never use Snapfish again.I am a returning customer so longer!
Plus, they were way more expensive than the ones my friends and family have used.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw. It stated it would come in a box with the image on the box. What I received was a box that you would get a pizza or fish and chips in with a bit of paper glued on the front. It looks horrendous and I would be embarrassed to give someone this as a gift. Tried to complain but customer service has ignored me.
I ordered from them for the first time Dec. 2023. I ordered 6 mugs and 3 ornaments. Shipping cost was insane and I thought it was because they were shipping items as they completed them (not very efficient) but that wasn't the case. Even so the order cost was lower than anywhere else. Well now I know why. I'm not sure where their products are manufactured but so far the 6 mugs I received were defective. The biggest issue is the images are completely crooked on the mug. They are supposed to be straight with the top of the mug and every single one is off. A few the image is literally off the mug and completely cut off. There were also scratches on some of the images. I shared one photo that shows how off center the images are. These are the same mug. I blurred out my babies face; that was not a production error.

The only way you can address an issue is through their chat so you better hope it is up and running. Their customer service is a joke.

The photos on the mugs I received in 2022 started to peel a few weeks ago. A repetitive response is " you accepted the product and did not return in 28 days." Huh? This is a shoddy product, and many older mugs from other companies have no problems. Don't expect any customer help. Zazzle has wonderful mugs that you can put pictures on that will last years!
There are now a lot of places to get personalized photo gifts, but I've always liked Snapfish. They don't seem to have as many deals/sales as say Shutterfly or some others. Otherwise competitive pricing and product selection.
Wanted to buy a nice book for a birthday, every single one of my fonts kept getting changed everytime I would save something. Also was really difficult getting help from staff. Super time confusing and frustrating experience
2nd time ever ordering from the App. Zero problems, easy steps, amazing product, price worth the value, and free shipping that also arrived early. As well as tracking information. I will absolutely order again. However one word of advice. Suggested prices are very Hugh, with the discount their fair. I'd suggest lowering your prices and always offering free shipping to repeat clients.

It is regularly priced $69.99 which FYI I’d never ever pay this amount for this item. However my coupon took of $54.99 and they applied $9.99 shipping. I’d highly suggest free shipping especially to repeat customers.
As I've found most photo sites out there do, you'll end up with emails from them often with special offers and discount promo codes. Just be informed that you cannot combine promo codes on one order. The prints are good quality and usually ship reasonably quick.
Long time snapfish user and loved it but tonight - first time on new site - spent about 3 hours trying to make a basic thank you card with photos and abandoned it - absolutely unusable now. Bizarrely Boots in UK which also bought lots of photo books from in past must be part of same company - using same awful new system. Completely non intuitive site. A shame as I'll just go elsewhere.
Horrible. I have used Snapfish for almost 20 years and their customer service and quality has become increasingly worse. Most recently, I paid over $60 for shipping to make sure that my project arrived today, in time for my end of year girl scout ceremony. Despite 2 associates assuring me it would arrive today, a third just told me basically "too bad, it's not guaranteed". Now I just need to figure out how to move my more than 4000 pictures to another cite...
Ordered Christmas Cards that should have arrived before the holiday. They arrived 3 days later. Customer Service was no help. Shipping info was stated at 2 days, but was obviously not. Will never order from this site again. Many other card making sites available to me
Purchased some Christmas Cards on Snapfish. I ordered black cards and they came a weak purple color. I ordered rounded corners and they came square. The pictures were so fuzzy you couldn't even tell who the people are. Just a terrible card.
There is no phone number to talk to anyone. I used their chat system and had to wait forever for a live person. They issued me a credit but when I went to use the credit and re-ordered they said I owed another $75 for a cheaper card. It was a joke.
I don't have any more time to put into this problem so I will try to dispute it on my credit card. I will reorder from another vendor and hopefully have a good experience. What happened to Costco?

First time ordering with the company. Placed my order, was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. 2 days to go. The damn package is still a state away. Snapfish's response? Well we have no control of USPS. Then why send it via USPS? Thanks for ruining my sisters Christmas present. Jackass company. I'll be telling everyone I know to not use them.
Just an absolute horrible company and worse customer service. No one is working there that can answer a question and orders don't show up on time. A bunch of idiots... that's all i can say ruined my Christmas!
Consistently bad reviews... and more coming! What a waste of time. Why do they bother offering estimated delivery dates if they still don't arrive one week afterwards. Customer service was unhelpful aside from offering 20% off the shipping fee of $20. So this means $4... really? I have used them for 8 years and in this time of so many options, I plan to shop elsewhere. Totally unsatisfied with their promises and lack of delivery.
Like most others here, I have received poor service from Snapfish. Order should have shipped by Dec 15 at the latest and still no sign of movement of the order. It's still just marked as being in progress. Repeated requests to the on-line chat have been cut off, or if I do get through I'm told "don't worry your order will ship soon", without actually telling me when the order will ship. I really don't think they have a clue as to when any orders will ship and I saw a note on their website yesterday indicating that delivery of new orders before Christmas was still possible. Liars! Interestingly, I placed an order for the same product with another supplier yesterday and the product has now been shipped. This was my first order with Snapfish and likely the last.

All emails to customer service are ignored or bounce back.
Meanwhile I have had 10,000 spam emails and all my requests to unsubscribe have been ignored, breaching Data Privacy laws.
Overall I would rather be punched by a corpulent man with wounds on his hands than do business with this 'company' again.
