I have been using Snapfish for many years, I am very thankful to be able to used my old pictures stored on their platform. Loved their quality of their product and customer support, they stand behind making sure customer satisfaction is their number one priority. Also very happy with their app and the easy way to add beautiful detail to my photo album and mugs. Looking forward to many more years using your service and highly recommend your site!
HORRIBLE. Don't use them. I used them since inception. My latest order NEVER arrived. I tried to email them. Nope. No email to use, no phone number to call. They were to send a second set of prints. I Have a tracking number. NEVER ARRIVED and tracking number NOT FOUND. They have become an AI invisible entity. GOOD BYE. You will SOON be out of business.
First and last time user of snapfish. I ordered photo cards and received them today. I am so horribly upset. I cannot in good conscience mail them out. A waste of my money.
Why is Classic still available on snapfish.ca? I easily uploaded and edited photos. I chose photos to print but couldn't place order without a Canadian address. Very strange!
Quite ballsy of Snapfish to convert to a new site before ensuring all customers' photos and albums were saved or recoverable before doing so. They lost millions of photos from customers who trusted their site with their precious images. Now all we have are thousands of grayed out boxes. Their customer service rep's remarks that we should always preserve original content, or make back-up copies, is a absolute joke. Of course we do, but when a fire or a computer crash causes loss of back-ups, you would hope that the one place you have trusted for MANY years would hold true to their promise of storing your memories and photos. Their IT and Engineering folks should be fired for the lack of professional service provided in this aspect. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen from so many ppl. I would strongly urge Snapfish to find a way to revert back to the older site in order to allow customers to save their images (that would have been the helpful and most responsible thing to do PRIOR to switching to a new site and losing all content stored previously). What a joke they are!
Extremely upset with this company - I paid way too much for a book and overnight shipping so I would receive on time for a specific event. I went to see the tracking on my order today and noticed that it had not even shipped yet. I contacted their customer support and told them to cancel the order if it had not shipped and they told me I was too late and too bad. Too bad I didn't read all of these reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I've ordered canlendars for years from Snapfish and have always been happy with the quality. That is except for the past two years. I thought last year was a fluke that all the heavy cardstock they're printed on (I order the really expensive ones) curled on the tops and bottoms. They almost rolled down from the top and the bottom portion of the calender buckled. We had a humid year so I blamed it on that. Since I design all the pictures from my own photos, I save all the calendars from over the years. So out of curiosity and not remembering this wet, curled paper look, I pulled out past calendars and not one of them is curled or bowed. The paper is much heavier and they were just stunning. I decided to try again this year and am having the same issue as last year without being able to blame it on high humidity. Just lower quality without any price adjustment. Sadly, this will be the last year I design and have premium calendars printed out with Snapfish.
Photos show the top of the calendar curling. It's not humid this year.

Will not buy from Snapfish again.

In August, I had ordered 3, identical photo books to be given as family gifts. All outside corners of the books were dented and damaged because they were not wrapped with bubble wrap. Glue had pasted pages shut. The albums' print quality was bad that I could see print lines across some of the pages.
Jump to September. I was hoping that the 2nd set of the reordered photo books would be of better quality. The outside of the books has a reddish tint. See photo. The printed title on the spine of the photo books was off-set and the lettering was partially on the front of the books. You can see the difference between the first book versus the second set. There were pages that were creased in 2 places on the pages, as if they were jammed in the printer. How does a company not do any quality control?! It's a waste of time and materials. If I could give zero stars, I would. But, the helpful assistance of Customer service via chat for the reorder during the first chat and the full refund during the second chat is why Snapfish has this 1 star review. I had ordered a photo book years ago and the past quality far surpasses the quality of Snapfish products today.
Tip for consumers:
Go research another company for your printing needs.

I placed a $230 order for sweatshirts. They were listed as $75 which I discovered they double the price then act like they give an amazing discount. The next printing site over offered a much better quality product at $35 each. When I received the order, I was sent 5 t-shirts. I would never pay $75 for a t-shirt. I immediately got on line to see if they could fix it as they were for Christmas gifts. I was told that a Supervisor would contact me by email. 3 days go by and I reach out again and I'm told the same thing. It's been 2 weeks now and Christmas is over. I contacted them again and they offered a credit for their website. I explained that I wasn't using them again as I discovered that they messed up two orders. They offered half the refund if I send the product back. I am mailing their crappy product back and praying for a full refund. I will also delete my account and make sure my family knows not to use them in the future. I would've been more forgiving had they immediately sent me the correct items I ordered when they could clearly see that I didn't get what I ordered. Please save your time and money as they are half-assed and zero quality control.
Ordered over 1000 pictures and had a coupon for 90% off, so my price for the pictures Was only 300 plus dollars period all of a sudden? My pictures were not of quality so they could not print them. Chatted with a representative and they told me to fix the pictures and I could reorder at the same price period cancel my order as was told and all of a sudden. The coupon that I used is no longer any good and I cannot use it nor will it be Honored. Have to reorder the pictures and pay Full price which would be over a thousand dollars. Contacted management, they said sorry we can't honor that coupon. Contacted BBB The company never responded to them nor have I heard anything back from the company. They just did not want to give me that many pictures for the coupon I had even after customer service told me that they would honor it. Now my pictures are in their data base and I can't download them to another company. They used to do great work I don't know what happened. Company probably went to a foreign company so you can no longer talk to an American. TERRIBLE service

I placed an order on the 3rd. Estimate delivery date was the 15th which was already far fetched and ridiculously long. Yesterday my shipment wasn't shipped yet, 6 days after I placed my order. I chatted with customer service and they said they will deliver on the 14th. I just checked and delivery date is the 22nd. Chatted with them again and the guy really tried to tell me that this is the original delivery date. Never ever will I order with them again. Asked for a refund and they tried giving me some freebies, I declined.
I have used SnapFish for years. Over the years, I have created and ordered 18 different projects. Of the 18 projects, 10 of them have been family calendars that are created by everyone in my family and are distributed at our annual family Christmas celebration. Year after year, I have paid for express shipping and always have had the orders completed by the 10th of December. This year was no different.
We completed our order on December 10th and paid over $100 for express shipping of 24 calendars. The delivery date of 12/20/2023 was given on the order. I noticed that the order was still processing on the 18th and I reached out to SnapFish on the 12/19 to confirm the issue via their CHAT tool (the only way to contact them). I went round and round with them but was assured that the order would ship in time.
On 12/20 I checked the status again and the order was still marked as processing. I spent the next 40 minutes trying to connect with customer service via chat again. Again, I was given the same platitudes and promises. I asked to speak to a manager but was informed that this was not possible.
I still have no resolution to the issue and am left in absolute frustration! I can assure you that I will be looking at other options next year.
I have been using Snapfish for at least 5 years and have ordered all sorts of stuff from them. This year I logged in to create my annual photo album and found that I could no longer drag a photo from one page to the opposite page. No matter, what I do, the photo stops in the middle and will not go to the page right across from it. I contacted their online chat support. A person by the name of Ranadheer Arrebelli had a great deal of trouble understanding my question. They gave me solutions for other problems. They closed the chat on me, even after I said I tried what they said and it didn't work. I started a new chat with the same results. There was supposed to be a feedback form for this agent, but it never came up. After trying a variety of options (cookies, browsers, etc), I am pretty sure there is no longer a way to drag a photo from one page to the opposite page in a photo album. The agent should have been familiar enough with the platform to at least tell me that. At any rate, very rude customer service, even if they used fluffy phrases like calling me a "wonderful customer."
THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE as pictures as the calendar format. NO MORE ORDERS WITH THIS SHOP.
The pictures were dark and bad quality.
It is a "quick" service but I prefer to pay more than £20 and get a better result.

Never never again. Not only did snapfish take weeks to send my frame for Christmas, it came late. AND they sent me the WRONG FAMILY! I am reporting to better business bureau!
The edit option is horrible! You have to add the photos into the order and then edit them! Can't you make this option easier? And press 1 for English so you can get someone who don't speak English!
I've been working on my project for a couple of weeks. Finally finished it and went to pay and NOTHING IS HAPPENING. I can't even ACCESS the entire SITE at this point... SUPER FRUSTRATING... WHAT IS HAPPENING? If I am WRONG I will write and say so but this is REALLY frustrating to work on this for so long and then nothing and there is not even a 800 nbr to access now... will try tomorrow but am NOT happy right now!
I can't believe Snapfish erased my videos I paid to store and didn't tell me they were doing it. Heartbroken. And when I called they said we decided we didn't want to be storing videos any longer.
I use the app which told me I was entitled to 50 free prints. There was no promo code needed, just pay delivery charge at check out. I also wanted to get a mug for my husband for father's day. It was marked as 5 euros using the code advertised. When I went to the checkout, instead of a page to review my purchase the purchase automatically went through (I had used the app once before). I was charged 11 euros for the mug (with some discount apparently) and charged fully for the prints, including 10 euros delivery charge. When I tried to discuss with customer services I kept getting a reply saying I used the DAD620 code and I should have ordered the photos in a separate order to get them for free. There were 10-15 mins between replies, I lost 2 customer service reps and ended up starting with a new guy saying the same thing! In the end he said if I wanted the mug for 5 Euros I should have used the TV620 code! So what, there are 2 codes on your app for the same item? The website is deliberately set up to confuse and customer service is ridiculous. I've never encountered anything like it! It's a scam, stay well away
They destroyed all my photos and refused to return the money. The photos were so cropped that half of the head was cut off. And the overall quality was too low.
The third time I ordered holiday photo cards from Snapfish was a nightmare. The reason I have continued with its user-unfriendly software is the huge discount provided to previous users. The package arrived in 48 hours, complete with envelopes that belonged to another customer. It, apparently, was stupid of me not to plan to use address labels as a precaution. That was part one.
Part two is trying to get help when the company offered NO customer service. Its only phone was off the hook. It was busy at midnight. There was no email shown. Chat never worked and kept spewing the same auto-generated message. I resorted to Facebook and Instagram and decided if these didn't work, I would dispense with cards in 2023. Talk about feeling helpless. Of course, I planned to eventually place the matter in dispute with AmEx fi it was not resolved. Luckily, one of these messages got a response that said everything was automated. Right!
Amazingly, my original order arrived and who knows where it emanated from. Was a human involved? We will never know.
Then someone started hitting me with emails in the horrid Zendesk. It took 15 or 20 responses to shut the person down. He or she wanted a photo of the envelopes, which already had been sent by messaging so Snapfish would know I was not a scammer. I kept telling the person I was not here to sort out his automation issue!
By message 10, it was apparent that this was harassment. I will NEVER order anything else from this outfit! Whoever started it must be rolling in dough and uses cheap automation, instead of hiring people who can rescue customers when things go awry. Well, I don't plan to support such a badly run business.
Tip for consumers:
No one should be without some type of customer service in the event of a problem. They type makes no difference but digital is easiest. If you need a person, then a phone or chat is necessary.

I received 40 holiday photo cards with return addressed envelopes.
I was placing my order and realized they charge their shipping rates by the item. Three prints were going to cost me $28 in shipping. Such a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I had over $90 worth of prints made including shipping. My wife uses these for cards. The jpeg files I uploaded were from pictures taken by my wife and the overwhelming majority were files we have had printed at least 3 or 4 times before. The snapfish prints were terrible. The color was all washed out. I scanned the images of both our prior prints and the snapfish prints to compare and uploaded to Snapfish during a customer support chat session. The difference was so obvious. It was a waste of time. The technician, Dinesh, would not bother to read what I was telling him. He kept telling me the print will not match the onscreen image. I tried repeatedly to tell him I was comparing prints to prints - not a print to an onscreen digital image. He finally just closed the chat on me and despite me giving my phone number and asking someone to call, he said he would elevate the complaint and they would email me. Snapfish does not give any method of contact for customer service other than a chat. A couple of days later I received a simple email telling me the same thing Dinesh said - the print will not match the onscreen image. I emailed back and told them again that I was comparing previous prints of the same jpeg file printed by Snapfish - not comparing the onscreen digital image. I again asked for a phone call for clarity sake and resolution, but they do not care. Their customer service is as bad as their prints. DO NOT waste your money. No matter how cheap their prints are, it is still a waste when their quality is so very poor.
I agree with many of the reviews... Used to LOVE Snapfish... the NEW Snapfish is terrible. I am in Canada, does anyone have any suggestions of a new photo prints supplier?
Poor app.
Promotional offers are exciting but when you click the button you are NOT taken to the offer but areas to sell you larger prints etc.
It's the ultimate con offer!
Tip for consumers:
You can never get to the offer page which you have been emailed

Snapfish should remove the barcodes from the products. The placement of the barcode is not the same on the finished product as it is in the review product page. Buyer beware!
I WILL never use this company again. Reviews are 100% correct. SNAPFISH customer service is the worst. I order photo products in large numbers 3 to 4 times a year and know what to expect. This company will not do right by the customer. They use unrelieable delivery services and skimp costs at every corner, they will not track packages if you use free shipping. The tracking number is a hoax. Do not believe you will be able to track your package and do not believe you will see your order in less than a month. If it's lost you basically have to start over. They do not care that you wasted weeks on waiting for the order. DO NOT SHOP AT SNAPFISH! They used to be a much better company with decent customer service. But after 1 hour on the phone with 3 different customer service representatives it is clear Customer Service is not longer going to be reasonable and accountable. There are too many good competitors in this market, I urge you do NOT waste your time on this website, which is pathetic as well, or on this company, You will loose $$$ in many ways and your time will be wasted.
