The old site had some clunkiness but at least it was intuitive. The new site sucks and I've taken my business elsewhere. Sad, after 20 odd photobooks
Uploading takes forever and the ordering process over complicated - take my advice and use another service.
I bought two 8 by 10 photos for frames I had the actual photos are about 6 by 7 the rest of just a white background will not be using Snapfish again
Too embarrassed to even give the gift to my friend. Horrible quality and off center on the pot holder.
The prints I ordered are flimsy, too glossy, colors are off. Better off going to Walmart. Very dissatisfied.
Snapfish made it so hard to actually order from them. I'm not spending any more time trying to get the order completed.
I have used them for twenty years and have had this weird loyalty to them, which I think is a psychological thing because they have my face and my kids' faces in their database, you know? So there's this strange thought, like "I trust them with all my memories and they value me." They don't! I promise you, they WILL lose your photos and they will not care. They will get plenty of fly-by, first-time users who will keep them going, so they don't need long-term customers. Also, they don't want to be a photo storage website, they want to be seen as product-making from your iPhone photos and that's all. Talk to customer service about anything they delete from your albums and it's clear they don't care about your old pictures you entrusted to them years ago, and beware—they might purge all those in the near future. Think about all the pictures people take these days and realize they don't want all those. They want the one you want to turn into a canvas print for $50 and pay $50 shipping for. Even a stack of 4x6 pictures is a hassle to get from them as the latest shipping fee is almost $12 which is insane, proving they really don't want a long term customer who'd order regularly from them. It's so dumb because if monthly 4x6 pictures were fun to get, I'd probably order something ELSE each month while I'm there but they make everything so complicated with promo codes and shipping, not to mention wondering if the 4x6 I want from one of my albums has been lost from their system or not! I don't know why I hung on for so long but I've had enough. Horrible company and really a shame because their early years were promising.
And yet every year I come back because their prices are good. I GET SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH THEIR CIRCULAR SYSTEM WHERE YOU NEVER GET WHERE YOU WANT TO GO, EXCEPT BY ACCIDENT... EVENTUALLY!
I have ordered print photo a month ago and I never get my delivery. They have placed same order second time and the status seems has been shipped but They are obviously lying. Also, they refused to privide me tracking number! They are Scamm!
I just received a photo blanket wedding gift for my nephew. It came out beautiful, I love it, and I know they will too.
Half my prints are missing they keep fobbing me off this is £100 worth of prints. Complaint raised with PayPal. Avoid they are thieves
Service stinks... the print we desired was wrong, the wrong name on the calendars, assistance was terrible and on actually disconnected our convo when I sought help. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Picture quality is great, but they keep falling off my Sheetrock wall! Damaging the corner of my picture
They ruined my xmas. They lost my cards. What's the point of ordering early and having tracking? They just want your money.
I ordered a personalized photo blanket as a Christmas gift for someone I chose the woven material blanket - based on the website description, it was supposed to be very soft. It was the most expensive blanket option. It was almost $100. It arrived and it was awful. It felt like canvas. It was not soft at all. The quality of the pictures was very good but the blanket was nothing you would want to curl up under. It almost seemed like a very thin carpet. It was stiff like that. I attempted to contact Snapfish to complain. The only option was a live chat. I was number 150 in the que. After waiting an hour, it finally my turn Shortly after I got started, I was "disconnected" I got back on and was again number 150 in the que. I waited another hour only to have the same thing happen. I honestly feel Snapfish was disconnecting us. I found an email from them the next day asking is the matter was resolved. I said it had not been resolved. And after going over the whole thing again, and sending them pictures of the blanket etc they have stopped responding. Clearly they are not going to replace the blanket with another material for me.
In the meantime, I had ordered a second blanket at the same time in a Sherpa material. That just arrived today and it is thin and cheap feeling and not at all soft and comfy. I will not even bother to complain. Obviously they don't care.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SNAPFISH. The quality of the material they use is garbage and their customer service is atrocious.
I am ordering new blankets through Shutterfly and spending more money for quick shipping. What a horrible experience. They wouldn't let me post the review with no stars so I had to put one. They don't even deserve that much
Snapfish lost all of my online albums, which I was using to store my photos. ALL PHOTOS LOST! Including my first ANNIVERSARY! Extremely shoddy service. I wish I could punish them.
I received my Print and even though it looks good, it took a bit long and I think it was not that cheap
Very very disappointed in product. And no live customer service with help you. No way to get in contact with anyone
Just look at the reviews. How are they in business? Too bad rating them zero stars is not an option.
Horrible "live chat" help. Website is unusable. I've wasted too much time on this site with no results.
Answer: I hate snapfish after my Christmas card debacle so I can't help... I'm thinking SHUTTERFLY?
